I think we are not giving enough attention to the fact that Omega wanted to STEAL the literal ship of THE EMPEROR

I propose a new headcanon, senator omega (also my take on adult omega)

My notes on her adult design, I know this may have plot flaws, let me be happy

an underrated part of omega is that she's probably AMAZING at science. like she probably knows such advanced science, specifically about cloning and genetics, and her brain is most definitely wired to solve other difficult, complex problems because of 1) her strategy skills and 2) this child spent 12 years helping nala se in her lab she knows more than a few things. she also knows how to fix most kinds of droids as we see multiple times in season 1 AND she learned how to fix starships from tech. there is nothing this girl does not know and if she doesn't know it she sure as hell is going to figure it out

anyway give me more of scientist omega. give me more strategist omega. these are like...her most important skills at the beginning and we do NOT talk about them often enough

i'm on such an "omega is a STRATEGIST" kick right now so here's all the insane strategy moments of hers i remember off the top of my head:

everything she did when she was kidnapped by cad bane. she tricked his droid into letting her out of the cell, found a way to contact the batch, and orchestrated her own rescue. in SEASON ONE

wins every strategy based game ever, but it's implied dejarik is her favorite

is able to alter her and hera's plan on ryloth on the fly when things go poorly

both escapes from tantiss (obviously), but especially the first one. she was planning that one for MONTHS, just waiting for her opening

she was also the one to make all of her and crosshair's plans on their way back to the batch, and as ridiculous as they might've seemed (stealing the emporer's shuttle), there was thought behind all of them

the second escape from tantiss is what shows us how CONFIDENT she's gotten in her strategic abilities. she's always had them, but by that point, they're enhanced with everything she's learned from the batch, which makes her DANGEROUS

all in all, the empire should be glad omega chose to be a pilot because if she was running rebel strategy they wouldn't stand a chance (but also give me head of rebel strategy and intelligence, general omega karr)

Madelyn Cline is not my first or best choice for Omega live-version but she gives suitable vibes for story.

I'm rewatching episode five and there's just something about the way it's Echo that gets to reassure Omega she did the right thing by escaping Tantiss and what mattered was that she got out of there. It's like he knows she feels guilty about leaving the others behind and he knows she wants to do more, because he does too. It's a subtle nod to what he went through but also another little moment showing their dynamic and I love that.

Omega, reading a recipe: Beat three eggs?

Wrecker: It means like in hand-to-hand combat.

Omega: Ohhhh-

Hunter: Both of you get out of this kitchen.

Omega: Every zoo is a petting zoo. Unless you’re a coward.

Crosshair: I’m worried about you.

Omega: I want to grow up and be like Crosshair!

Crosshair: That is called Acquiring Depression.

Crosshair: I’m sad.

Omega: Don’t be sad, because sad backwards is das.

Omega: And das not good.

Hunter, Echo, and Crosshair: *spinning a little and talking*

Omega, Wrecker, and Tech: *flying past them, spinning as fast as they can, screaming*

Also, Crosshair stands with an Imperial Shuttle while the others stand with the Maurader. And Wrecker and Omega stand closer to Crosshair, while Hunter is further back perhaps symbolizing that Hunter will take longer to forgive Crosshair than the others.

I love the attention to detail. Two islands of light. Crosshair on one, the others on the other. They perfectly displayed the huge gap that was created in the first season by Cross. Now he needs to regain the trust of his brothers after almost a year of living apart. From now on, the arc of Crosshair's correction begins in the eyes of the rest of the squad, his rehabilitation begins now and it is not known how soon he will be able to become a full-fledged part of this family again. When they trust him again and accept him as their own.

Omega will most likely help him with this. She was generally a ray of light, a supportive sister who you want to protect. She's the only one who believed in Cross, who trusts him even after all this time. Now that her brother has stopped listening to his demons and has begun his redemption, she must help him become Clone 99 again.

I sincerely hope that his story will not end with his death, otherwise we have already lost one.

Wow, Nice analysis, I'd also like to point out, that if the Marauder represents Tech, then Hunter lingers longer inside than Wrecker to meet Omega when they meet again. Maybe that he’s more willing to let go of Tech to see Omega again while Hunter is still kinda stuck in his head, leaving Tech’s goggles on a pedestal as a reminder of his failure to protect his family.

I have a theory. Throughout the series, we’ve seen Omega interact with pretty much only destructive animals(those weird dogs in season 1 count), like Muchi the Rancor, and now Batcher the Lurca hound. Obviously, Omega isn't force-sensitive like Jedi are force-sensitive but maybe she has a connection to only dangerous animals. Like maybe awakening the squid thingy was actually her fault because she just attracts only dangerous animals.

So here's my weird theory, Omega Will ‘befriend’ the Zillo Beast in order to escape Tantiss for the second time. I mean, The Zillo beast as a distraction would be boss.

OK ok ok ok so I thought of this thing just listen, so first, crosshair left his CT number if CT-9904 *4* remember that, then echo (sort of) left HIS CT number is CT-1409 *4* AGAIN! And now, listen TWO people left TWO "RULE OF TWO REMEMBER THIS" and then echo comes back for a little so now theirs only one gone but who dies next? TECH! TECHS CT NUMBER IS CT-9903!!!! *3*!!!! 4,4,3! and now theres two gone again, then Omega is lost, (idk what omegas CT number is but a lot of people thought it was C-2, as in clone two, boba/alpha is clone one/C-1) and she's gone next 4,4,3,2!!!! And then omega and crosshair get beck so theres 1 gone, so they keep echo out so he's "gone" so 2 again technically _BUT_ WHATS WRECKERS CT NUMBER?!?!?!?. 9902!!!!!!!!!!!! Wreckers gonna die next! The pattern was 4,4,3,2 and their probably gonna bring echo back to help save omega so there's 1 gone, and the next number in line is Wrecker!!!! 😭😭😭😭 And with the rule of two rule, Wreckers probably going to die trying to rescue Omega and they fail! 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Anyway, this is just a theory I got when taking a shower so it's probably just my brain wanting me to be sad but you never know 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♀️

TBB SEASON 3 SPOILERS

So yeah, we don't know how the Bad Batch will end all we know(I think) is that the ending is ‘bittersweet’ (that's what I've heard don't hate me) but I just got a new idea and It could shake out for bad or worse.

Season 1 ended with Omega risking her skin—like everyone else has for her—for someone[AZI-3] that she cares about but ultimately fails due to circumstances(?) and her own weakness, she has to be saved by Crosshair.

Season 2 ended with Omega being helpless once again and unable to save a person she cares about[Tech] due to circumstances.

So that makes every season finale a loss for them. Every. Single. One. And that's discluding Omega’s kidnapping and the fall of Tipoca city.

So will this be the season that breaks the pattern? Or the one that fulfills it?

The hopeful ending is that finally, Omega can break this cycle and not be helpless like she has been in season 3 and finally be able to save the people she cares about.

But this isn't bittersweet. I think the bitter part will be Omega finally being independent and leaving The Batch.

The bad ending I think would be the cycle continuing and Omega is unable to save the person she cares about [Tech?]. I don't think this one will happen(maybe it's just naive hope).

These are just my thoughts, but I'm still worried.

TBB SEASON 3 FINALE SPOILERS

Omega said ‘Keep an eye on Wrecker and Crosshair…” not “keep an eye on Wrecker, Crosshair and Echo”

If my guessing is correct, the time when the Rebellion needs pilots in Rebels is after Old Man Rex is recruited which means the Clone Rebellion is over. Which means Echo never came home.

Echo who deserved rest and peace but chose to help, is the one who didn't make it.

I’d hope that I'm wrong but I don't think I am.

Hunter & His Shoulders

Anytime Hunter expresses anything, he does something to do with shoulders.

Love/Concern: Hand on shoulder.

Important Stuff: Both hands on shoulders.

Angry: Angry shoulder bump.

When Sad/Stressed: Someone else puts hand in shoulder.

Going to even vaguely touch someone: Shoulders.
