Abilities:
Water manipulation: Being a [sea dragon] of sorts, Tiamat has power over any type of liquid it may be…. though, in her current, weakened form, she can only control the water around her area along with being limited to the amount of liter of water she could manipulate; unlike in her prime where she could literally flood the entire world within two days should she wish to.
Life creation: Also, due to being [The Primordial Mother] even in her weakened form, she could still create life, though it’s limited to small creatures such as mice, insects, and small golems made out of sticks, sand, etc.
Immortality: In her original form, at least, and the only thing that can kill her at that point is God. As she’s currently weakened, Tiamat can be killed with enough blunt force or even illness, though she still has quick regenerative abilities that you have to pierce both her heart and brain in order to kill her.
Appearance:
Tiamat has very long arctic blue hair which turns into a slightly lighter shade nearing the tips, and is long enough to reach the ground. She also has two long ahoges on her head along with braids tied in her hair. Her eyes are seafoam green with an outwards orange gradient.
Like most of the entire cast, she wears nail polish that comes in the color of orange. Additionally, In her current/weakened state, she looks to be not too or somewhat slightly physically older than Luke. She actually looks like a fully-grown adult woman.
“Demon Form”
In her demon form, Tiamat has two black-grey-and-silver horns that form into a hook-like appearance, and a black scaled tail appears. Her black pupils also get whitened out as four points appear.
She wears a blue and yellow swimsuit-esque clothing with a small but long gap at the center of the chest, with translucent blue cloths for sleeves and a makeshift coat or skirt of sorts, and black collar on her neck with a short chain and where a short translucent blue cloth is attached to. She’s also sporting fishnets that reach down to her feet.
Casual Attire
Tiamat’s casual attire is nothing but an oversized and baggy long-sleeved blue and green top that just barely manages to cover her thighs, and brown shorts hidden underneath it. She’s almost always barefoot, unless she’s not allowed to in which case she wears sandals.
Personality:
Tiamat is very quiet and rarely speaks up unless talked to, but even then it takes her about a solid minute or so to even reply back and all the while she’s directly staring at the other person without so much as blinking an eye. Though she really doesn’t mean any harm in this; her memory is all blurry and along with the fact that she is in what she assumes to be a foreign land, Tiamat has zero ideas on how she should act.
Despite her quietness, Tiamat is actually quite gentle and somewhat motherly; she could easily tell what the others want even without them saying it and it will quickly appear, she’s completely willing to help them in whatever they need helping even if she doesn’t really know how that thing works, she’ll reassure and comfort them but also criticize their behavior in a firm and extremely honest manner even if it may seem a bit harsh— well, at least that’s what Leviathan and Solomon, and MC, say.
She’s actually also pretty intelligent, although said intelligence comes out at random times due to her memory loss, but when it DOES display itself she showcases a rather deep knowledge about ancient civilizations, languages, and cultures, a mature way of thinking, and responble decision-making. Though it doesn’t exempt her from acting a bit stupid at times, though it mostly comes from a mixture of culture clash and, as said many times, amnesia.
Surprisingly, or not, she can actually get quite aggressive and downright hostile, either out of protectiveness or genuine anger. Tiamat might not remember much about her past, but her instinct and subconsciousness still do which is why she’s almost always ready to seemingly bite at Simeon and Luke, who are literal angels. Her antagonism also stretches out to Diavolo and Lucifer, with the latter not pleased in the slightest about her disrespectful behavior towards the former and it has resulted in more than one threat of being kicked out from the House of Lamentation.
Additional information:
She thinks of everyone younger than her as a “child”…. In which case, it’s literally everyone.
Tiamat can speak dead languages extremely fluently, such as Sumerian/Akkadian. In fact, they were the only languages she could actually speak until she eventually learned and adapted very quickly to other languages, now able to speak fluently as well.
While she is normally doting and motherly, in her weakened amnesiac state (and even when her memories return), she’s rather quiet and keeps to herself, but it’s mostly because she’s observing her surroundings.
During her amnesiac state, she is prone to try and attack either Simeon or Luke like a rabid animal, and she has a semi-antagonistic behavior towards Diavolo and Lucifer. Although she DOES hold back the antagonism a tad bit regarding Luke since he looks like a child.
Besides these four, she actually acts pretty neutral towards the others and seems the nicest towards MC, Solomon, and surprisingly, Leviathan.
In canon, she appears just three days after everyone stays at the Demon King’s Palace for a retreat.
BONUS:
the best part is Guda actually WANTED Draco dead at first. The only reason they can't kill her is because she'd take them with her!

Because Tiamat is just so committed to seeing us as a delinquent after spending so much time with Arcade!Guda, and it’s hilarious.
she’s so upset we’re not working with her against Draco, because Arcade!Guda helped her, they just did it no questions asked.
“they’re a nice child, who listens to their mother when she says not to work with a literal Beast of the Apocalypse” so naturally she assumes that “her eldest” will be just as easy to convince that Beast VI/S is bad news, because they beat her and Goetia, so they clearly understand the threat Beast’s pose to mankind, and will naturally make the right choice.
But unfortunately Mobile just finished fighting goddamn ORT, and Guda’s sense of danger and self preservation have been snapped clean in half after dying twice, so of course we’re gonna help Draco regain her Authority of the Beast, “we can just beat her after, right? What could go wrong”
They say, while Mother is ripping her hair out because she doesn’t know how to handle the #RitsukaDelinquentArc
There’s also the fact Arcade!Guda just does not speak as much as Mobile’s, so she genuinely has no idea what to do with her child talking back to her. No one prepared her for this, please help her.

Funfact: the Seventh Singularity of FGO is the only Singularity that change it's name from the first arc and the second arc? in this case Gorgon was act 1 (Babylonia) after her defeat, Tiamat awakens thus Arc 2 starts the name changed from Babylonia too Mesopatamia...
