I’m craving some Nadja & Guillermo bonding in England next season.
i just finished what we do in the shadows s5 (and this post is about the ending(among other things) so spoiler alert!!!!)
i just have to say ohmygod it was so good i cried i laughed i felt every feeling imagineable. but my mian poiny rn is guilermo with the longer hair and the beard was so goddamn hot. he was just so so AAAAAA
also it has been so beautiful to see all the vampires start caring more and more for guillermo this season. lazlo and guillermos relationship has grown so much, we started seeing their friendship last season when they were both raising baby colin robinson togehter. but this season their friesndhip really peaked, with lazlo agreeing to keep guillermo being turned a secret from the others, then helping him through it, then giving him a head start when nandor found out, and then at the end when he helped guillermo take derek to the necromanser. also nadja and guilermos friendship has grown this season too, with the whole urgent care episode being about them (cant remember if they were the real focus but they should always be). it has just been realy nice
also all that nandermo in the last ep was just *chefs kiss*
More theories because i’ve been wondering and I don't remember if the show addresses this
Nadja mentions every vampire has a special skill and that hers is the wall crawl we only see her do, if i remember correctly, BUT she says she's particularly gifted at the crawling on walls which means the others can also do it
Then Laszlo’s gift must be hypnosis, he does it a lot through out the show and is seen to be particularly skilled in it, not just in comparison to nandor but in the Jackie Daytona episode he hypnotized the WHOLE town!!
I made a post about how we see that he’s not particularly skilled at hypnotizing animals BUT he was just taking a really long time at it, we never really get to see if he would’ve succeeded or not and the animals attacking him in this episode could be that they were aware that he was trying to control them, Maybe animals just don’t like him, he has a lot of taxidermies in his room, maybe like Carol smelling vampire deaths on Guillermo, animals know that he’s a hunter?? His animal hypnosis could just be weak from only using it on higher levels on humans???? doesn’t mean it’s not there
i understand why laszlo and nadja would want to smash him now...
i had a dream nandor and guillermo were fighting (probably because of the reveal) and guillermo suddenly hugged him saying something like "you always avoid my hugs" and at first nandor was trying to get away but then he hugged him back and they sat down on the floor and then lied down holding each other thightly for a while
wwdits finale was... not what i had expected. what the fuck were those last two eps :((((
no because i was already frustrated with the wwdits s5 finale and now This? the memes are funny though
