Reminds me of someone in school (student) who definitely knew right and wrong but could get away with it because he spoke like he had downs so no one was allowed to criticise, he used to go round the changin room grabbing and touching people, the worst thing is clearly the teachers knew and were not allowed to do anything because i was actually thanked by my form tutor when i slammed him against a wall american bully style, thanked for teaching him a lesson, if he was anything but autistic hed be in prison but apprently no consequences when you can play it up when you want
