The “I Can Do This!” Motivation bottle.

I made this little bottle for my wife at work, but I’ve decided to post it because I know finals are coming up and I think this could be helpful for those of you who are juggling your finals with the rest of your life!
All of these things came from my kitchen spice cabinets, so nothing too crazy or difficult to find here!
I made this as something that embodied what is needed to get through the tough days. It isn’t a good luck charm, just something to bring out the best thing already in you.
Each layer is for a different piece of what makes up a good, productive day in my opinion, so here we go!
Sea salt - for protection
Cinnamon - for success & wisdom
Sage - for peace
Caraway seeds - for mental power
Basil - for confidence
Rosemary - for mental clarity
Red Pepper flakes - for energy
I find that saying my intent out loud really helps me to know that it is there, the more I say something out loud, the more I feel like it is true and real, so I focus on saying my intent for each layer out loud, over and over until I really do feel it there. I also find that saying these things out loud, and being sure of them, helps you to realize that there really IS power in your words. You have power to speak these words and really bring life to them because you are stating, whole-heartedly that this rosemary is going to bring mental clarity to your day. Don’t be afraid to spend as much time as you need to on each layer to feel like your intent is there. This helps me, personally.
Once you’re filled up, put the cork back in, tightly. I would recommend packing these layers in tightly also, so if you care them around in your pocket, they don’t all mix together if you don’t want them to.
After, I sealed my bottle with wax (mine was vanilla scented because it is my wife’s favorite scent and it’s something that really makes her happy) - (also I will make a little post about how I seal up little bottles with wax later on!) and sat with it for quite a while, really focusing the intent into the whole bottle, and what you want for it as a whole. Like before, I sat repeating out loud until I really felt it and believed it with the knowing that my words have power!
I hope this was helpful!
The bane of my existence—the notion that Loki is a "god of fire"—was apparently first proposed by Jacob Grimm.
I'm beginning to notice that if the things in Heathenry don't lead back to Blavatsky, then they lead back to the Grimm Brothers.
Potion of Extreme Stamina
This is a Skyrim-inspired potion I came up with for those days when you just need a little boost, when you’re having trouble keeping up, and you just can’t make those power attacks anymore.
- one part lavender - one part Douglas fir needles (or cedar, or pine, depending on your location. just be ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN you know the species you are taking needles from of you collect them yourself, and make very sure that they are safe to ingest) - one part spearmint - one cinnamon stick - one part green tea blend of choice for flavor - one part honey
(Measurements for a mug of potion. If making a large batch, double up ingredients. The large batch I made was about three cups after boil and simmer.)
Boil the amount of water you need, then add the ingredients. Let boil for one minute, then simmer covered for five minutes. When finished, strain into container of choice. Wait to cool, then take a swig and enjoy a stamina regen.
☀️witch tip: Hibiscus🌺

(My photo)🌺
🌺Red hibiscus flower infused oil, sun water, dye, honey, etc. Makes a potent sun magic tool. Red hibiscus is good for cleansing, strength, happiness, love, protection, sweetness, confidence, creativity, passion, and glamour.
Medicinally it's good for treating high blood pressure, lowering temperature, aiding digestion, anti bacterial, soothing skin, and it's a diuretic
🌺Best used dried for infusions, if you grow them and wanna pick them yourself (like me!) watch for little bugs! They're very sweet flowers and attract little ants and such
🌺It pairs really well with lemon, rose, marigold, laurel, juniper, orange, and cinnamon (magically and flavor-wise)
🌅When infused in sun water it can be used to symbolize sunset
💕The oil makes a great attraction/love oil, confidence, beauty, and it's good for your skin!!
🌺A spoonful or 2 of hibiscus syrup (or just a strong hibiscus infusion) in some tea or cold water makes a refreshing, cleansing, love, confidence, and creativity spell (add a small squirt of lemon juice too!)
🌺Use it in a bath to attract self love and confidence
🌺Cinnamon- Hibiscus tea can be used to symbolize fire and sunset and make a great grounding and protection tea
🌺It's also my favorite (flower) flavor because it's so sweet yet as a very strong taste
☄Crystal pair with garnet, carnelian, or red goldstone

“I Know What I Want”
During times of unsureness try meditating or sleeping with this sigil near your head
Perhaps draw it on your forehead or chest (over your heart) with something easy to wash off
