Optimus is confused. Where did Bumblebee hide it? Or find it? If not on Earth, then where? The last space bridge? After the burst of panic and confusion, Optimus makes a decision. Bumblebee can continue this, as long as it isn’t around Sari or other humans. He knows what it’s like to be young and stressed, and he’d done this too (when Sentinel would bring it back to the academy for Optimus, usually the night before a test he was stressing about).

Ratchet is extremely concerned and takes it away from Bumblebee. He’ll dispose of it properly (so that organic life isn’t impacted) and teach Bumblebee some relaxation techniques. Some of which Ratchet can guide him through.

Prowl will start to gently encourage Bee to find a better de-stressing method. He’ll ask Bee to try meditation with him, but if Bumblebee is persistent about using the substance, Prowl will leave him alone.

Bulkhead couldn’t care less. If it’s helping Bumblebee, then he’s fine with it. Might even join Bee if he’s stressed out of his mind. Bulkhead won’t make a habit out of it though.

My God, yes!!! Bumblebee resembling Elita doesn't help the amount of guilt that Optimus has for leaving her behind. I like to think that Optimus trying to protect Bee was at the beginning of their relationship. But he eventually realizes that it wasn't right and how it was unfair to Bumblebee to treat him as Elita instead of his own person.

As for the aftermath...

Optimus: I just- I'm sorry, Bumblebee.

Bumblebee, becoming confused and concerned: Boss Bot-

Optimus: I- I should've trusted you more. You were right, Bumblebee. You are your own bot, but please be more careful for your and your friends' sake.

1. I’m gonna say Cliff is older!

2. Cliff barely knows the guy, has seen him visit a couple of times to pay hush money to his mom. Once got into a brawl with him as a teenager because the two got into an argument that was about to get physical.

3: They’d be very rocky with each other initially when they first discover each other’s existence. Cliff would immediately assume Ben lived a charmed life in the city (Cliff and his mom—I imagine a former prostitute who gave up the profession when he was old enough to understand what she did to put a roof on their heads and now works a low-end Manual job—lived in poverty/a bad part of town), Ben would have issues with how rough Cliff is and how Cliff tends to handle everything with violence (and if it isn’t working it’s because not enough violence was applied).

They’d learn to get along as time goes by and they understand each other better though! Definitely more friends who are related, but they definitely BRAAAHHH/BROOOO each other quite a bit.
