What I Learned in Term 3 (aka My First Term Back in My Home Country/What I Should Do Next Term) ⋆ ₊ ゚ ☽ * ₊

These are all the tings I had learned from term 3 and what i should do in term 4:

Plan everything out on what I should do/study that week (time management basically).

Stop procrastinating!

Ask for help from others when struggling.

Study more and effectively.

Get in enough sleep.

Eat healthier and enough food for the day.

Stay hydrated.

Do work a little bit faster in class to ensure that I have no homework.

Make sure to stay fit (even if it is a little bit each day).

Review materials regularly.

Stay motivated.

Use online resources when struggling.

Stay organized.

Engage effectively with material by taking detailed notes and asking questions.

Hopefully I will do these things and get better grades and also fo things more effectively.

Daily Reflection: 28 Nov. 2023

What I did today:

♡ Physical/Social Health

- I drank 4 glasses of water.

- I was outside my room more than I usually am.

- Stretched after I woke up.

- Ate breakfast and a health-ish dinner.

♡ Emotional Health

- Nighttime guided journal.

♡ Mental Health

- Completed a section of "how to win friends and influence people" by Dale Carnegie.

♡ Intellectual Health

- Finished lesson 1 and 2 and practiced those two lessons on MochiKana.

♡ Self Care

- Did my AM skincare and also brushed my teeth AM.

- Did my PM skincare (also used a cleansing oil which I haven't used in a while.) and also brushed my teeth PM.

- Took a long shower PM.

- Checked-in my emotions on Moodee (app)

♡ Personal Projects

- I worked on 2 of my writing projects.

- I almost finished a section on one of those writing projects.

Daily Reflection: 28 Nov. 2023

Reflection:

I am very proud of myself for what I did today, and even though it might not seem much to others it is more then what I would usually do when I have no school.

Hopefully tomorrow I can stay on track, but also rest my eyes and give them a break(I have really sensitive eyes.).

I am going to go to bed in an hour or so because it is a bit too early to go to sleep and everyone in the house is awake and they are probably going to wake me up.

I will see you guys tomorrow and I hope you have a great rest of your day/night.

My Fitness Plan (sort of)

My Fitness Plan (sort Of)

Okay so it isn't actually off season but it is for me and school was hectic so here I am.

Last term I went to netball trials and since I haven't played this sport in like 5 years, I didn't expect to do good (I didn't). I am in the team E/F. I mostly want to get more fit and familiarize myself with netball drills and things like that.

Running

I am mostly going to run with time. For example, one day I am going to run for 5 minutes nonstop and the next day I just add 1 or 2 minutes. Something like that.

Drills

Since I am a Wing Attack (WA) I want to do drills mainly focussing on my speed, agility and balance. I also want to focus on my footwork and fundamentals of ballwork.

And I think also refreshed my knowledge of the rules and other things like that. I will also update every day on what drills/workouts I did that day.

6 Days Until Term 3 Ends -`♡´- (part 1)

Okay so, I know I haven't updated in a while (because I kind of forgot about this) BUT I have been really busy with school so now I am here to update you about my week.

So Tuesday I had a EMS test and it was my very first EMS test that I have written and I am pretty confident that I will get above 60% and I also did my English oral that day and my teacher showed me my mark (I think it was only because I'm new) and I got 17/20 and I was a bit dissatisfied because I knew I could have done better but I am still proud of myself.

On Thursday I wrote my second math test and I do think that I will do better on this one than on my other one (I got 28% because I genuinely did not know what was going on there... yikes) so with this one I prepared way more than my previous so all I am hoping for is 50% or possibly above. And I also got my math project results back. We had I part one (I got 40% on that one) and than a part 2(got a 77%) and in total I got 33/50 (66%) and I am so proud of myself (because I suck at math)
