Let’s talk season 4 umbrella academy.

Season 4 was honestly so underwhelming.

The destruction to Allison’s personality was in season 3 when she sexually assaulted luther. I was hoping in season 4 we could see more of Luther’s perspective on it but instead it was forgotten, like it never happened which I really hate cause like why are we brushing past it as if that’s normal?

Now five and lila, I genuinely was so confused why they even have a romance to begin with. Every morals and value they had as a character suddenly flew out the window. Don’t understand? Let me explain.

Five character from the beginning had an overwhelming love for his family. Getting trapped in the apocalypse world for 45 years and still hadn’t given up on going back to his family. So it confuses me on why he would ever betray Diego (his brother) like that cause season 1, 2 and 3 five would never do that. Five gets trapped 7 years on a subway and suddenly when he actually finds a way to go back home to his family he couldn’t care less.

Now you can argue its because of his love for Lila, I’d say that would make sense IF it wasn’t for the fact that five spent 45years in the apocalypse world with Dolores and yet still left her behind to go back to his family. So what changed? Why is five suddenly a homewrecker?

Now I wanna talk about the ending. The ending made sense, I will say that especially knowing that in one of the earlier season when five talk to his future self he said “don’t save the world” so the ending being that they have to all die by letting the world end makes complete sense! But what doesn’t make sense is how the kids are still alive. If they never existed wouldn’t the kids also cease to exist, scientifically that’s how that works. You can say it’s because they were put on that subway thing but that still wouldn’t make sense. The subway was created because of the umbrella academy, because five kept saving the world and accidentally creating different time lines so if the umbrella academy ceased to exist so would the subway.

Am I the only one lost on how caiti suddenly changed her story?

I feel like saying someone put their hand up your shirt is a clear implication that they touched your boobs? Getting lost in greed for more viewers that you went as far as recording revenge porn and even child pornographie. explaining why you did it wont change that you still did it. That you still hurt those girls, maybe even ruined some of their lives.

Instead of giving in to the pressure you should’ve banned the people in your chat, told them to stop saying that stuff, that it was wrong. To influence your audience and teach them that it isn’t right. Your views went down when you didn’t do that stuff because you attracted that audience that wanted you to do that.
