good luck on your journey!

so i’m thinking about going to college and i have to take a math placement test whenever i’m ready to submit my app. i’m not the best at math. i actually suck lmao. so i’m starting completely fresh with learning foundational math and gradually moving up the ranks.
i also will be doing just simple problems on my phone on my free time, diving into books or whateverrr
i’ve actually been wanting to do this for a while before even thinking about college but i get pretty nervous especially with math and self critical with myself but yeah…. anyway!
new skill on the radar for me. (pray for me)
one thing i need to start living by is “become the thing that you want” if i want friends who throw themed parties maybe i should start throwing those parties. if i want someone who writes me love letters maybe i should start writing letters for the people i love. if i want to hang out at museums and pretty cafes maybe i should invite my friends to these places. and maybe even then i won’t find the kind of people i want to be around. but then i would have become the exact person i want to be around. and maybe that’s good enough.

tutors
not the "free resource" part of this post but sometimes we forget we can be tutored especially as an adult. just because we don't have formal education does not mean we can't get 1:1 teaching! please do you research and don't be afraid to try out different tutors. and remember you're not dumb just because someone's teaching style doesn't match up with your learning style.
