Writing Prompt

Here is  Part 1  and  Part 2  of the King of the Fae prompts

“Hello, my dear Bellflower!” The Fae inquired over their shoulder. “Oh, you startled me. Well, Hello again. Hmm!” they pause. “What is the matter, Bellflower?” he questioned seeing their stop. “I forgot to ask you the other day what should I call you by.” The fae looked at them wide eyed for a second then reverted back, though with a hint of what seemed to be shyness? “Well, Y-you may call me after a flower. Since I call you by the name of a flower, then it would seem fitting that you’d be doing the same.” They pondered it over “Astilbe, *hmm* I like it! Astilbe it is then!”

“So what might we be doing today!” he asked cheerfully. “Oh, I’m planting these irises, if you'd like to help.” they replied gesturing one hand to the pots of flowers beside them.

“Hmhmm!” he lightly chuckled. “What is it?” they asked “Nothing I just remembered a joke, d-do you wish to hear it?” he looked up hopefully. “Oh, alright.” They listened in as they continued tending to their garden. The Fae beamed up “Well one day an iris and a bellflower ran into each other and the iris said ‘Why do you look so blue?’ to which bellflower replied ‘Nothing, I am just simply blue, but what about you?’ then the iris answered ‘Oh it is just something in my Iris.” they chuckled lightly at his excitement, for it was a fair attempt at a joke even if it wasn’t the best. “You know I never get anyone to listen to my jokes.” they turned to look at him and respond “Really? Why is that?” he then looks down not meeting their eyes “It usually isn’t the time or the occasion.” “Well I like it! It was a cute joke.” they answered. “Truly!?!” he asked surprised with delight. “Yes, of course!” The Fae was overjoyed with this “Then I have many I’d be happy to tell you, Bellflower!” They chuckled at his cute but amusing jokes.

Imagine Your OTP

Person A: “I challenge you to a date, you can decline if you wish-”

Person B: “I am not one to turn down a challenge especially one of this caliber!”

Person A: “Oh, well *ahem* g-good then! I was thinking a play at 7:00 then dinner.”

Person B: “Excellent, I shall pick you up tomorrow evening.”

Both walk off excitedly for the next day.

Imagine Your OTP

Person A: “I’m going to die of love and happiness!”

Friend: “You’re not going to die of love and happiness.”

Person A: (Points exasperated) “Of course I’m going to die, that is my freaking husband!”

Imagine Your OTP

Person B wears a nice waistcoat...

Person A: “Aw, you look so charming in a waistcoat!”

Person A: *Then walks off and sighs to themself* “They looks dashing in that.”

Person B: *Blushes then proceeds to proudly wears more of them the next following weeks*

Bonus:

Person A and B are walking together happily whilst Person B is beaming with pride.

Friend or colleague: “Hey, haven’t you noticed Person B is wearing a lot of waistcoats most of the time now?”

Second friend or colleague: “I think it had something to do with Person A’s complement a while back.”

Imagine Your OTP

Person B takes Person A to meet their colleagues or employees...

Person B: “Everyone I would like for you to meet Person A!”

Person A: (Shyly waves behind Person B) “Hello!”

Everyone: “Hello?”

Person B: (Turns to Person A with their hands on their shoulders) “If any ignorant wretch tries to say any vile thing to you; such a beautiful, dear flower, let me know.” 

Person A: (Smiles at them) “Thank you!”

Person B: (Smiles back) “You are very welcome my dear~”

When Person A walks off to explore, before Person B goes along to give them a tour they do the ‘I’m watching you’ sign to the group to which they shrug off.

Imagine Your Favorite Character

Imagine dozing off in your favorite character’s arms and them carding their hand through your hair. They telling you sweet words and complements and when they think you’ve finally slept they then kissing your forehead with a smile.
