Person B: “And welcome to the city of miracles!”

Person A: (nodding with their hand under their chin) “Yes, I do agree. Seeing as a miracle such as yourself is here, it truly would become ‘the city of miracles’.”

Person B: (Turns to them with a stunned expression) “WhAt!?!?”

Please help if you can, I’ll try and look for ways to help Congo as well.

But a good way to start is to boycott technology brands such as Apple, Tesla, Samsung, etc. By not buying new devices from them. As well as expressing why you’re against the suffering/genocide they’re doing to the people of Congo on their social media.

Educating yourself on what is happening there is also a big help, supporting people and posts discuss things on the matter, as well as content creators from there.

Continuing the other boycotts like Starbucks, McDonald’s, Disney +, and more that funds the genocide in Palestine is also a big help as well as expressing why you are boycotting them.

Leaning about the people, their stories and cultures help continue to keep them safe and keep them remembered so they will never be snuffed out by their oppressors who wish to erase any remnant of them.

Today is Giving Tuesday! Please take time today to donate/volunteer/campaign/do something good!!!!

Here are some organisations you should consider donating to:

Palestine Children Relief Fund

Medical Aid Palestine

Action Against Hunger (DRC)

Sudanese American Physicians Association

Darfur Women Action Group (Sudan)

Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe

You can also take action to help Palestine today by attending a pro-Palestine event near you and contacting your reps to demand a ceasefire (links for US, UK, Canada and Australia)

Even if you can’t give anything monetary please please do something to help those in need today!!

Writing prompt

Villain: (a bit agitated with their arms crossed as they look away from their hero) “Why is it that you try so hard to love everyone in the world so much?”

Hero: “Yes, I do try my best to love everyone I can in this world but truth be told. In my heart you are my world! The world in which I love so dearly and easily~”

Villain: (turns to looks at them, stunned) “Really?”

Hero: (not taking their eyes away from villain) “Undoubtedly~”

I know I don’t usually repost on heavy topics like this on my page due to it being a sort of comfort page for some.

But it’s hard to ignore that there are people in the world hurting and suffering in need of safety and comfort as well.

To this day people will cry over the knowledge and works destroyed when the library of Alexandria was burned down.

And yet no tears are shed as Palestinian archives and libraries are bombed.

Saint Porphyrius Church, built in 1150 and the 3rd oldest church in the world has been bombed.

It's not an accident.

Israel aren't simply killing Palestinians, they are trying to erase that there ever were Palestinians in the first place.

Destroying their livelihoods, trying to to destroy their culture and history and pretend this land was never there's.

It's easy to deny someone's existence when there's no record of them.

Which is why it's so important to look at the atrocities and bear witness to what's happening.

But to also recognise that Palestine is more than it's suffering.

There is a living breathing culture, of art, history, literacy which all come from the Palestinians.

Traditions they've carried for centuries.

So while we mourn the dead, we shall fight for the living. Fight for the preservation of their crafts, amplify their voices as they speak on their culture.

Palestinian history and culture is alive. And no matter how much the world wants to erase that, they cannot and will not.

Imagine Your Favorite Character

Imagine having a relaxing spa/self care day at home with your favorite character. You both are all set, from facial masks to skin care creams. They lean in close to helping you apply your mask and you doing the same for them. Smiling brightly to each other while you do so.

As you wait for them to set you put on your favorite comfort show/movie or guilty pleasure to watch together and talk about. Lounging on the couch or on the bed as your attention is glued to the screen.

If you want it can be a fun activity and sleepover with one or more of your favorite characters as you talk and laugh over funny stories/events.
