Writing Prompt
They were struck, eyes widening at the sight of this person as they entered. It wasn’t some grand entrance yet somehow it felt as if the lights were slightly flashing, with their heart beating loud and erratically in large motions with the rhythm in the background. Feeling as if their thoughts were sporadic and yet still at a loss for words. They were completely in awe of how someone could hold such power over the atmosphere yet here they were as if they were turning the world around them.
They had realized that they had fallen in love.

Person B: “You look beautiful!”
Person A: “What?”
Person B: “I said you look beautiful!”
Person A: (Purses their lips to the side in thought, looking confused as they try to process the complement)
Person B: “Are you alright!”
Person A: (Starts tapping their head to get the thought processed) “Yes, sorry … it’s just … hard … to process. Give me a second……. Really?”

Person B laughs lightheartedly further cementing their charming personality.

King with Pearl Earrings
So apparently I came across some Byzantine styled icon that depicted Alfred wearing pearl earrings and my brain just forced me to do something otherwise it would haunt me forever so…yeah
I can’t find much detailed information about the icon but from what I got it seems like a contemporary work?
