RFA boys + Saeran meet their baby for the first time

so I got a request for this! maybe? or i read it wrong either way i hope everyone enjoys this! i had fun writing this and then half way though zen’s bit i realized i may have read it wrong so i decided i would write the other interpretation of the request too

Jumin

Stiff and nervous (though he would never admit it) he’s definitely worried his kids will think he’s cold like everyone else. He doesn’t play favorite but your daughter definitely does and she is a daddy’s girl through and through.

-        He has prepared for this moment for nine months

-        So of course he feels like he’s ready for it

-        When the nurse hands him his daughter for the first time he is stiff

-        It takes your hand on his forearm your thumb rubbing soothing circles there for him to soften

-        you can see the same hazy sheen from your wedding in his eyes

-        he’s not crying but the sentiment is there in his eyes

-        he sings a gentle lullaby when she starts fussing and when she calms down at his voice that’s it for Jumin he is wrapped around this child’s finger

-        you’re hold your newborn son but you can already tell that your daughter is going to be a daddy’s girl

-        when your son starts crying Jumin is there in a second but since his arms are full with his daughter he looks lost

-        you chuckle at his look he clearly wants to help he is a man of action after all

-        then your daughter is crying in his arms and he stiffens again

-        people have called him cold all his life and now he’s panicking because babies need warmth and these tears feel like rejection

-        at least until the nurse pulls her from his arms gently to help you breast feed them for the first time assuring him that the children are simply hungry (being born is hard work after all)

-        he takes time off to help you and the babies settle in and he absolutely takes an active role is soothing them to sleep (there’s two of them so you welcome the help)

Yoosung

Cries and feels woefully unprepared. He’s closer to his mother so he’s determined to be a very active parent so that doesn’t happen with his son. (he’s always been sensitive about being left out)

-        he tried to prepare but he feels so monumentally unprepared

-        he’s watching you hold your son and 100% crying he just has a lot of emotions okay

-        you motion to have him come closer and slowly transfer the little bundle of joy into his arms

-        this boy melts Yoosung sinks into the chair by your bed and looks in awe at this tiny child in his arms

-        he tries to welcome his son into the world but his voice breaks and he settles for kissing him on the forehead

-        when the baby opens his eyes and he sees the lilac that’s near identical to his it hits him

-        this is his baby, HE helped make this baby, it’s in this moment that he makes himself several promise’s

-        one: he will do everything he can to make sure this child is safe, happy, and loved

-        two: he will make sure YOU are safe, happy, and loved.

-        Three: he will learn and try to teach his son about the importance of moderation and balance because it’s something he struggles with and he wants better for his son

Saeyoung

He is super scared of hurting them. He doesn’t want to be like his parents and he still thinks he has a dangerous life. So it’ll take some prompting but only a little since you’ve already melted his heart a lot.

-        Scared as all hell

-        You can see it in his eyes even as he asks if the baby blankets are “womb” temperature

-        He’s honestly afraid to hold them at first, what if he’s like his parents what if he hurts them

-        You insist because there is no way you are letting him get away with his “you can’t be around me I’m dangerous” bull

-        “Saeyoung you will hold one of these babies right now it’s your fault we have two after all!”

-        He’s not crying he just has something in his eye is all

-        The baby starts crying and he panics thinking he hurt the child he tries to return the baby but you refuse telling him to make a funny face or sing a silly song (its his kid after all you know its got a great sense of humor)

-        He swallows nervously but tries to make the silliest face he can.

-        And the baby has stopped crying in favor of staring up at Saeyoung with wide eye’s

-        This is the moment that Saeyoung starts to feel a bit more confident

-        He swears that he saw the baby smile (even though you tell him it takes almost 2 months for children to be able to genuinely smile)

-        He is now hooked on making funny faces at these kids and you are legitimately starting to worry about all those moments you mother told you your face would freeze that way. If it was going to happen to anyone it would be Saeyoung right now.

-        He insists his babies are humor savants the smiled and laughed their first day of life they are comedy geniuses

Zen

Look the second he sees his daughter he is wrapped around her finger like a ring. I want to give her the world on a string. She is a princes and you are his queen.

-        He absolutely kisses the heck out of you, he’s just loves you so much and you’ve given him a family and he’s never been happier than the moment he first saw his daughter

-        When the nurse hands him his child he cries but only a little

-        He’s just so proud and filled with emotions

-        He’s showing her off and braging to all the nurses that a more beautiful baby has never been born

-        He Instantly takes a new dad selfie but you decline saying you look awful (labor is not a pretty process)

-        he tells you tour glowing and beautiful and magical, and finally he talks you into a family selfie to post in the RFA chat

-        He absolutely has cute outfits all picked out for your baby and is a little disappointed when the nurses say no dress up until y’all get home

-        He is ready to fight someone when he sees the nurse giving his baby girl her first bath and she cries

-        He holds his daughter every chance he gets. So much that you have to ask him to let you hold her

-        You have no doubt whatsoever that this little girl will grow up knowing her worth. Her doting father is already telling her how spectacular, beautiful and loved she is.

Saeran

Even more cautious than Saeyoung. Refuses to hold the baby at first. Insisting the baby would be better off without him. it isn’t until the baby won’t stop crying no matter what you do but does stop when it holds his finger that he relents.

-        He stays out of the delivery room. He’s not sure he’s strong enough to hear you in pain even if it is normal for labor.

-        so when the nurse ushers him in to see his child he’s more nervous than he’s ever been.

-        Seeing the baby for the first time he feels like he can’t breathe. The nurse offers to let him hold her and he refuses

-        The nurse tries to push but you step in to let him have some time to get used to the idea.

-        He watches silently as you feed the tiny infant and then rock her gently as she wriggles peacefully

-        Then she starts crying and he’s on his feet to help but unsure what he should do. He doesn’t want to touch her for fear that heal hurt her.

-        you hush her gently, attempt singing to her, check her diaper, everything you can think of but she’s still whimpering quietly and you can see Saeran getting antsier by the minute

-        you get an idea and guide his hand gently to hers. She grips his index finger and mouths at it immediately quieting down

-        you can see the fear and anxiety in his eyes slowly shift to wonder as his little girl gums absently at his knuckle

-        “I never thought” he starts before trailing off

-        “you’ll make a great father Sae. I know you will.”

is there any way i can request jumin reacting to MC proposing to him probably just wanting to renew their vows or something but she plans a whole date around it

Jumin x MC proposing to him to renew their vows

Jumin Han is not a subtle man. MC knows this and she also knows that Jumin can appreciate her being unsubtle about her love for him.

So she decides to make this a big deal.

She gets the RFA involved, his dad, her family. She works out with Jaehee and Chairman Han a day where they could strategically plan for him to have an unexpected night off.

Reserves Jumin’s favorite winery for that night and plans to hide their friends and family.

It takes a lot of convincing to let a special kitty.

Gets the best allergy medication for Zen.

The night arrives, Jaehee lets MC know that Jumin is on his way home. The plan is in motion!

MC prepares for Jumin to arrive home, she pretends to be surprised to see him and convinces him to take a light night out to the winery.

Little does Jumin know V is hiding in another room, waiting to take Elizabeth after they leave.

Jumin, however, is very observant. “There does not seem to be very many people here tonight.” He noted.

“We just must be lucky.” MC tries to pass. He seems a little suspicious but MC quickly tries to distract him with his favorite wine.

They do a few tastings before MC finally takes his hand. “Jumin, meeting you was one of the most wonderful things to ever happen to me.” She says. “And I am sure you had something special planned for our five year anniversary but there’s something I wanted to ask you.”

“MC...?” Jumin says looking confused as doors to the backroom open and all their friends come out, V is holding Elizabeth III.

He’s even more confused but sees MC putting her purse on the table and taking out a small box. “Jumin Han.” She said opening the box to him. “Will you renew your vows with me?”

Bean is so shook.

He’s actually never thought about renewing their vows before. He was planning on having an extravagant vacation but this...

He nearly gets teary-eyed but scoops MC into his arms and kisses her. Wine all around and cheers of congratulations!

Keith: When we were kids you convinced me eggs weren’t real

Shiro: They’re not

Keith: Haha very funny

Shiro: I’m serious. Didn’t you hear?

look okay i was sad and i can’t write angst but damn you can and you nailed it you ripped my heart out and river dance stomped it to death. I loved every minute. i regret nothing

Saeyoung didn't know when it started, but it persisted. The hallucinations. The nightmares. Waking up without MC in his arms then suddenly feeling her hair tickle his neck.

It happened without warning. Watching MC kiss Jumin at the Christmas party only to blink, finding his hand casually held in her own. Blinking again for his ears to pick up her chatter about decorations instead of whispered sweet nothings and giggles under the mistletoe.

MC playing with Zen's hair in the shade of a tree. Matching sets of adoring eyes meeting then darting away at Yoosung's graduation. All this to wake up or blink or yawn and see her beside him, sense her hand idly tracing the lines of his palm, and feel shame in his veins. Shame for the jealousy her felt towards his closest friends. Shame for MC's constant reassurances that he is more than enough and not believing it himself. Shame for being unable to stop what was happening to him.

The next "reset" happened at a coffee shop where he swore Jaehee was the cashier.

Another reset, playfully dodging Zen's kisses as she booked his next audition.

Reset. An extravagant wedding. Jumin standing tall at the alter, sweeping MC into a kiss.

Reset. MC broadcasting live with his brother. Their hands clasped firmly in defiance.

MC and V... STOP!

Reset.

Reset.

Tripping down the stairs of Rika's apartment building. Chasing her. Watching her leave. Knowing this wasn't the first time.

Reset.

She pulled out her phone and opened the door, "I'll be back. I just need to save him!"

Reset.

"It's the last time. She needs my help, if not for herself then for Yoosung."

RESET.

RESET.

"Saeyoung! Are you okay?"

She hovered over him, holding onto his shoulders tightly.

Saeyoung reached up and pushed back her bangs. Tiredly searching for answers in her hazel eyes, "Please don't leave me again."

Her gaze softened, "I never left."

Saeyoung blinks. The warmth of her hand is gone. She's gone.

Reset.

I hope your the same person that asked me to add Saeran and V to the Depressed MC and MC that leaves when angry

I added Saeran to both but umm I’ll be honest I’m 8 days into V’s route and i don’t think i can write for V. I have a pretty long history of being a codependent enabler and V hits a bit close to him so it’s really hard for me to write that without going back to some really unpleasant hurts. 

sorry. i really wanted to write both for you but even just playing his route is really difficult for me because i see so much of my past in his actions.

um anyway i did add saeran so i hope you enjoy those at least.
