o Then when you came over one day you mentioned wanting to watch him play just a bit (since you were a little nervous about learning to play)

o But during the game he mentioned to the guys that they should lay off the swearing since his girlfriend was listening so obviously his guild mates had to roast him
o It only took a minute or two of listening to the guy’s trash talk before you steal his headset and begin your tirade
o You tear each and every one of them a new one, you are honestly probably a little harsher than was necessary
o There is radio silence before you notice Yoosung has already closed the game
o Your blushing because you knew you overreacted but they had said some legitimately hurtful things!
o Then you notice the way Yoosung is looking at you. his face is blood red and his eyes are hungry.
o It is in this moment you learn he has a thing for you being angry.
o And it is in this moment that his guild labels you scary AF
my good mysme route includes
so I have FEELINGS and rather than deal with them like an adult, I’m going to write about what my perfect MYSME route looks like. Major spoilers so it’ll all be under the cut. I really just want everyone happy and healthy.
this was really really fun to write and I’d love to hear other peoples thoughts on the perfect MYSME route since it’ll be different for everyone depending on what they want their MC doing.
my MC is a caretaker/mom friend TM (like me) she likes to work but gets bored if she has to do the same thing everyday plus Jumin is my favorite so i chose to have her marry Jumin and use all the free time she has because she doesn't need to work a job to take care of the RFA.
1: Jaehee and zen becoming best friends Jaehee helps him take care of himself as well as using her connection at C and he encourages her to chase her dreams.
2: Jumin promoting Jaehee to a delegation position where she hires and trains several assistants to do her job rather than get drowned in busy work
3: Seven and Saeran living happily together with a therapy service dog to help with Saerans medicine, panic attacks, and both the boys self care.
4: seven owns a toy store while saeran tends to a garden and play area in the back for kids who do not wish to go home right away (no matter what the reason is)
5: yoosung seeks grief counseling and begins his journey of moving on after rika
6: rika gets arrested and sent to a mental health rehabilitation center where she receives INTENSIVE therapy for and extended period of time
7: v realizes his codependent nature and also receives at least some therapy before he even considers getting into another serious relationship. his councilor advises him to avoid rika and he listens. meanwhile he reunites with the RFA and begins to rebuild the broken trust there.
the end result is that jumin learns to express himself and empathize with jaehee. he marries the love of his life. yoosung learns to motivate and live independently so he is not so swayed by outside influence or so reliant on others to motivate him. he want to improve himself, for himself. saeyoung gets his brother back as well as very tolerant and gentle pet trained to help calm them both down. he is out of the agency and doing what he actually loves, building and creating things that make people happy. zen becomes good friends with jaehee who reminds him how much his acting affects his fans not simply because of his looks but because of his skill as well. she actively cares about his health and happiness motivating and empowering him to follow his dream. jaehee learns to delegate and manage people to get consistent results without being overworked. she hires multiple assistants for jumin and every one has received glowing reviews thanks to her meticulous training. consequently she has far more free time and is planning to open her own cafe after training her own replacement. because she leaves Jumin amicably C&R readily invests in her Cafe and she does very well. V is learning his own self worth as well as becoming okay with the fact that he cannot control everything, and by extension if he is not in control he is neither to be praised or blamed for some things (such as rika’s actions) he is very slowly rebuilding trust with saeyoung, jumin and yoosung as well as the rest of the RFA though he will not be taking the leadership role back. he gets his eye surgery and opens a painting studio. his paintings and photographs are still regularly auctioned off at RFA parties. he learns to be more open and honest so that secrets are a thing of the past. Saeran tends to a garden and playground behind saeyoungs toy store where many kids play and enjoy a safe environment. he has a therapy service animal that helps him remember his medicine and can help calm him down in the event of a panic attack. the dog also helps him sleep (waking him up if he has a nightmare) and reminds him to take a daily walk since exercise and sunlight are integral to his recovery. Rika his arrested but thanks to jumin pulling some strings is given the extremely relaxed sentence of 30 years in a maximum security mental health rehabilitation facility. jumin arranges for her to be sent to the best possible facility in the world which happens to be in england far from V, her family, and the RFA. she gets the treatment she needs while the RFA heal from what she’s done. mc often visits each member to deliver snacks, lunches, dinners, or anything else that she’s made in her free time from hand knitted scarves to pottery she is constantly dabbling in knew crafts personalized for each member. she often brings huge amounts of cookies to sevens shop to hand out to kids and leave any left overs for the twins. she becomes the mom of the RFA checking on every member daily and making sure everyone has everything they need to be happy. once things have settled down and the members don’t need her as much she feels a little lost, until she talks Jumin into fostering kittens. her and jumin will have kids eventually but they aren’t in a hurry.

RFA + Saeran helping MC get to sleep
I do not often have trouble sleeping. in fact more often than not my depression is such that I experience hyper-somnia (sleeping TOO much) but every now and then (usually when getting back on my medicine and before stabilizing) sleeplessness will hit me like a train and I’ll spend 34 hours straight awake simply because sleep eludes me. so here are the RFA boys helping MC to sleep when she’s having trouble finding dreamland

Jumin
- when he notices you having trouble sleeping he sits up and simply holds you against his chest in the dim light of his bedroom aquarium
- after a moment he asks if reading to you would help and you shrug because it’s worth a shot after all
- so he reads to you quietly and while you would normally fall asleep easily to the lulling of his deep voice tonight you found it impossible
- he notices you still having trouble so the next day he researches something he had read about briefly in one of his new age books
- “hypnotic bedtime stories”
- He read that a monotonous tone and slow speed was best so he bought a book hypnotic sleep bed time stories and resolved to try tonight
- He made you warm lavender milk (a recipe he learned from a maid/nanny when he was young) and drew you a bath to help you relax
- After he read you the sleep meditation stories
- It worked like a charm and before he knew it you were asleep in his lap hand wound tightly in his night shirt
Yoosung
- Poor baby can’t even help himself sleep what do you want from him
- Usually he just plays LOLOL till he practically passes out
- Still he wants to help so he’s trying
- He can’t decide if chamomile tea or warm milk is better for sleep
- Mix em. milk and tea is good right? (thank God he got that one right)
- He rubs you back gently and wraps you in the softest comfiest blanket he has
- He tries to sing a lullaby his mom used to sing to him but he can’t remember all the words and ends up humming most of it
- He gets a little flustered when you forgo the pillows on his bed in favor of laying your head directly in his lap
- He runs his fingers through your hair gently trying to calm himself as much as you
- if none of that works he does actually have Tylenol PM he can offer you
- But he really hates for you to take it since it probably isn’t good for you
Saeyoung
- He doesn’t have trouble falling asleep. His trouble lies in staying asleep
- So at first he doesn’t know how to help and has to look into it
- Then he tries a couple of things of course putting his own unique spin on them
- He starts with binaural beats
- And a star projection on the ceiling for you two to watch together
- When you mention difficulty getting comfortable with headphones on he tries isochronic tones since they don’t require headphones
- And he switches to a northern lights projection loosely synched to the tones and music
- Even if this doesn’t help you sleep you really enjoy simply relaxing and cuddling with him while you watch whatever projection he’s designed for you that night
- Slowly you learn counting helps to keep your mind off the more complex thought keeping you awake and he designs one final projection
- HBC bags and cans of dr. pepper floating down a river as though you’re watching from below the water
- You giggle but he’s randomized the HBC bags and soda cans so you can’t memorize the pattern and it actually helps a lot
Zen
- His solution to sleep trouble has always been to exhaust his body until he physically can’t avoid sleep
- So of course his first idea is to tire you out (wink wink)
- But when this doesn’t help he’s a firm believer in diet and health so he looks up foods and drinks that can help
- He finds several salads that contain many of the recommendations and he makes you chamomile passionflower tea with a splash of warm milk
- He sings you every lullaby he knows and after nights of sleeplessness despite both of your best efforts
- He begrudgingly picks up some sleep vitamin supplements only a little hurt that he could not fix the problem
- You can see the tinge of shame in his voice when he tells you he’s sorry he couldn’t help
- You hug him tight and tell him he’s helped by bringing you the sleep aids and that even with the world’s strongest medicine you’d never get to sleep if he wasn’t beside you
- He feels better and with the vitamins and his gentle singing you get some of the best sleep you’ve ever had
- And as you sleep soundly he holds you close and breathes a sigh of relief
Jaehee
- Ever the pragmatist she assures you that routine is the easiest solution
- She cites several studies that explain that the body thrives on routine as a means to signal when to sleep and when to wake
- She helps you keep a strict unwavering dedication to your bedtime routine for a week
- Before she concedes more drastic measures may be called for
- So she begins to create what she hopes will be the perfect bedtime tea for you.
- She tries different amounts and strengths creating a new tea every night until she finds it
- The blend of chamomile lavender passionflower and valerian root
- She sweetens it with raw honey and warm milk to create the perfect bedtime drink
- She’s not a huge tea fan but even she enjoys a sip of this before bed
- Later she adds it as a take home and self-brew option for customers who may like a bit of bedtime help
- And as much as you hate to admit that the routine helped your sleep a lot you do because between the tea and the routine you’re out like a light in minutes
Saeran
- This boy knows the struggle of no sleep.
- In fact, he doesn’t really sleep at night (as opposed to daytime naps with you on the couch) until he’s decently into his recovery
- So when he helps you set up the bedroom for optimum sleep it’s for BOTH of you
- He fills the room with fresh lavender and valerian blooms so the whole room is scented with their relaxing scent
- he absolutely has a gentle rain sound effect machine too probably hooked up to surround sound speakers so it really feels like the rain is all around you
- he has a small aquarium where he keeps fish before he transfers them to the big garden pond (his therapist suggested it may be therapeutic to keep a pet but advised him to start small) and he leaves its gentle low light on
- most nights are spent leaning against each other watching the fish and chatting quietly until one of you drifts off
- if you are still struggling with sleep he will brush your hair gently until he can see you relaxing
- if it’s very long he may braid it so it’s out of the way while you sleep

I’M going back to work! YAY!! it literally helps my mental health so much to have something to do during the day so I’m so glad i get to go back! plus the paycheck wont hurt either. anyway that does mean i wont have as much time to write. i want to keep doing this though because i really enjoy getting my work out there.

- he loves when you hold onto him but he’s not a fan of the little spoon position
- if you hug onto him like that he absolutely spins to face you
- he wants to hold you too after all he’s never been one to passively let things happen
- he wants an active role in the cuddling
- because of this most of the time you two don’t spoon at all but end up holding each other in mutual cuddles
- so it is that your big spoon time is regulated to those rare occasions when he is sick and has no energy to put into cuddling you back
- in these moment you revel in holding him close like that and he enjoys that you never leave his side
- it helps that when he is sick he lets go of the need to be in control all the time and you really like that he trusts you enough to let you be the person in control during these moments
Yoosung
- this boy will take all the cuddles he can get
- big spoon little spoon he doesn’t care he’s just happy to be close to you
- he will admit though he really likes when you nuzzle your face into his neck from behind
- and when you run your hand up and down his chest absently while you get comfortable as the big spoon
- the only problem is that your chest presses against his back and it can be difficult to ignore
- there are upsides to him being the big spoon too though. It makes him feel very manly, like he’s protecting you
- also he loves to bury his face in your hair. Its soft and smells so good especially after you’ve just washed it
- but then he gets really nervous because what if you feel him against you
- either he feels you against him or you feel him against you there is no escape for this poor embarrassed boy
Saeyoung
- it’s not that he dislikes being the little spoon per se it’s just the little spoon usually gets trapped under the big spoons arms and he is not a fan of feeling trapped
- still it’s okay as long as you don’t have a death grip (like he does)
- but he definitely prefers being the big spoon he likes holding you tight (and once he falls asleep his vice grip holds you there all night there is no way for you to escape)
- also it’s the perfect position to tease you, a few nips to your neck some saucy whispering in the ear and you turn to putty in his hands
- the main problem (if you can call it that) is the fact that you can also tease him with a simple grind of your hips.
- Still many nights’ end with him as the big spoon you using his arm as a pillow while he keeps you locked against him with his other arm
Zen
- Big spoon all the way no doubt. You aren’t sure if this is because he wants to “protect his princess” or because of one of his (sometimes warped) ideas about masculinity
- Somehow it always turns into sex, did you grind on you or did you grind on him, the world may never know
- The arm around you is in your shirt and on your breasts
- He does it unconsciously if you two sleep like this, legit he isn’t even doing it on purpose and it drives you crazy
- It just doesn’t work as a sleeping position for y’all okay there’s too much temptation for both of you
- So what usually happens is you go to bed with every intention of sleeping. You start spooning and spend an inordinate amount of time NOT sleeping. Then you fall asleep with him on his back and your head against his chest instead.
Jaehee
- She likes being the little spoon. She isn’t used to being held or taken care of so she really enjoys it when it happens
- She absolutely holds your hand to her face in her sleep. You enjoy her soft even breath against your skin
- She has a vice grip on your arm so if you want to leave you may have to consider amputation (Judo has this girl STRONG)
- She won’t admit it but she enjoys the feel of your chest pressed against her back and your legs tangled with hers
- When she grows out her hair she worries it’ll get in your face and bother you. She wonders aloud if she should cut it again and you rush to assure her its fine.
- Honestly when you two are cuddled like this you sometimes wonder if you need such a big bed. You two are both pretty small and even sprawled out you have a little extra room but curled around each other like this you only occupy a quarter of the bed
Saeran
- HOLD 👏 THIS 👏 BOY 👏 Seriously hold him wrap him up in your arms he needs to much love.
- he likes being the little spoon. But tell anyone and your dead.
- He hides his face in pillows or blankets but you can see his ears turn pink and feel his pulse rise
- He calls cuddling stupid but he never fights it and when you go to bed without cuddling him you always wake up to cuddles
- It isn’t that he hates the big spoon position. He just, he hasn’t been held much in his life so he drinks it in like man parched in the desert.
- It’s nice that he can wake up from nightmares and be instantly grounded by your arms around him
- He counts your breath using it to calm him down and holds your hand like a talisman all the while you sleep undisturbed. A calm constant warmth pressed against him. You have no idea how many times you’ve saved him like this
Hey! So... When I started to play Mystic messenger I was a teenager, so I was wondering how the boys and Jaehee would react discovering that MC was a teenager too (platonic of course) I loved your headcanons btw ♥️
gah its been forever and a day since i was a kid. and even then i was like really bad at being a kid heh what do teenagers do? all i did was hide in the library and avoid socializing oops. whatever i had a lot of fun writing this! honestly i think they would all be very protective of you since the RFA really feels like one big family!
Jumin
He is proud of you and wants to provide you with future opportunities because that’s how he cares about people, by giving them a means to earn money and have purpose. Also he is very interested in what you can teach him about pop culture.
- Age doesn’t matter to him too much. Maturity does and you had proven your maturity by helping the RFA faithfully and well
- In fact, he is very proud of how well you did and mentions that your professionalism at such a young age shows great potential should you apply to C&R (you know him well enough to take it for the compliment it is intended to be)
- His presence practically drips with “proud dad preparing for his daughter’s future” vibes and considering the 11-year age gap you suppose you couldn’t ask for much better
- That is until he hears you chatting on the phone and using slang he’s never heard before
- Now he’s curious and asking questions. You show him some him some vines you have saved and teach him a bit about pop culture leading to an unlikely but very fun friendship
- You and he tease zen a lot by having Jumin use made up slang and you pretending its super cool and zen’s just not with it. Also imagine getting Jumin to do a secret handshake just to piss Zen off. It ends with the “nyah” pose
Yoosung
Acts like your best friend that you enjoy teasing. He wants to be a good role model but that shiz is hard. You two bond a lot over stories about school and the struggles of exams.
- He is very relieved to not be the youngest anymore because now maybe everyone will stop treating him like a baby. (spoiler alert they won’t. Ever.)
- He worries that he’s supposed to act like a big brother. He doesn’t know how to do that! He’s always been the baby brother, or the youngest member, or the newest intern. How does one be responsible?
- Tries and fails to intimidate guys away from you to “protect” you (but zen said it was his duty to keep you safe! He said all men are wolves MC!)
- “If all men are wolves why isn’t he worried about you Yoosung?” “huh? Hey wait yeah! Does he not think I’m a man?!” “ go get em tiger. give zen a piece of your mind”
- He helps you with homework a lot but no cheating! He tells you about the time he cheated to pass a class only to get to the next level class and understand NOTHING it took a lot of tutoring and studying and work to fix that mess. Best to learn it now while it’s still learnable.
- He refuses to teach you LOL “don’t end up like me MC! Be better!” you learn it anyway and end up playing with him frequently. The rest of the RFA blame him for this much to his dismay.
Saeyoung
he wants to protect you in his own frankly silly way. still meme’s it up but doesnt want anyone “corrupting” you. actually he kind of treats you the way he would treat saeran.
- He fights with V for the first time when V suggests leaving you in Rika’s apartment (with a bomb) but reluctantly comes around and does what V says
- Stays a meme lord and is psyched if you can manage to out meme him
- Definitely teases you about your age a lot (Yoosung is secretly glad to not be the ONLY one getting teased for being young)
- “guys we have to protect the baby she has her whole life ahead of her”
- Is the most adamant about not swearing, drinking or smoking around you
- “y’all need Jesus there are CHILDREN here”
- You may have to call him out on this behavior because seriously wtf you know for a fact hacking isn’t the most ethical or legal occupation and he’s gonna lecture you?!?
- He may joke around but he up’s his protection game up about 10 notches because for real you have your whole life ahead of you
Zen
he basically adopts you okay. he wants to be your cool big brother friend and be everything his family never was for him. he takes care of you and stands up for you every chance he can.
- He finds out very early on because the second he starts flirting seven shuts that shit down telling him your too young for that. He asks how young and is shocked but recovers pretty fast
- You know the protective big brother trope? Yeah that’s him
- He’s your ride or die friend too. Need a ride to school? He’s there on his bike, some dick is harassing you? He’s there to scare the punk off, and even though he doesn’t want to fight a kid he will if he has too
- If its girls who are harassing, you he picks you up to give your rep a bit of a boost (it never hurts to be seen with such a handsome guy after all and if he shows up on his bike he’s also got the badass vibe going on)
- He has ALWAYS wanted a little sister and now he’s adopted you. You’re his little sis now and he’s wrapped around your finger. He swears he’ll be a better brother than his brother was
- He is so proud of all your accomplishments and is determined to encourage your dreams the way his parents never did (he might be living his family wishes vicariously through you but hey he treats you good so it’s cool)
Jaehee
- She’s a bit worried about you taking on such a big responsibility as the RFA guest liaison at such a young age. What if your grads drop? Or you family gets upset? What if you had to also work a part time job and this interfered your young you need to be able to rest and live your life. (when you point out that she should do the same she brushes you off)
- Not much changes honestly, she’s always been the RFA’s mom after all.
- She gets a little stricter about language and “inappropriate” topics
- She definitely encourages you to study and do well in school (and avoid any job’s Mr. Han offers you)
- She still down to be your friend though! She’s all ears when you need to vent about school and you are always ready to lend an ear back when Jumin is giving you a hard time
- You swap girl power ballads and she helps you set up a Zen fan club at your high school
Saeran
- Look he didn’t intend to kidnap and actual kid and he’s honestly a bit panicked when he finds out your age you looked older than that he swears
- Thankfully your mature enough and smart enough to do what’s needed of you and he supposes as long as you don’t have a family searching for you it should be okay
Ray
- He’s a little more reserved but honestly not much changes he’s still innocent and devoted he calls you princess and tries to spoil you as much as he can he may not see you as a romantic interest but your still his obsession.
- He likes that you trusted him even more since your young and therefor more vulnerable. You’re his family now, a better family than he’s ever had.
- If you are the princess, he is your knight in the strictest definition. Which is to say he is devoted to protecting and serving you out of dedication and reverence rather than romance.

- He doesn’t try as hard to seem intimidating because he thinks of you as a child, and he doesn’t have to prove how tough he is to a child it’s obvious after all.
- Also his visits are simultaneously shorter and more frequent. Shorter because he tends to get flashbacks easier (since he sees you as a child despite you being a teen) and more frequent because they are less satisfying since he doesn’t let himself be physically aggressive.

(IDK why but I feel like he probably had an actual family with a girlfriend/wife and possibly a very very young daughter before the agency. Maybe she left him and that’s why he’s so impressed by MC’s dedication in the secret ending. Or maybe they’re both dead because broken hearts make more money than whole ones. Either way I think a teen MC would remind him of his possible family and so he would be hell bent on separating you from the danger and drama of literally everything that happens in the game.)

- He hung up after that. He would love to hear more of what you thought of him sure but he didn’t want to eavesdrop on you.

- He got out of class to see a voicemail from you. When he listened the majority of the message was difficult to here but he could make out your voice if he focused
- “I can’t explain it he’s just, he’s so cute and sweet and I just want to hold him all the time! Sometimes when I catch him off guard he blushes all the way to his ears and I swear I’ll never get tired of that. I know we haven’t been dating long but I think he’s, you know, the one.”
- Suddenly there was a loud clatter and the call cut off
- Yoosung couldn’t breathe, he felt like he was falling from a plane. He could hear the blood rushing in his ears and his heart pounding in his chest.
- He might have been having a panic attack, accept that he wasn’t panicking he was the happiest he’d ever been in his life.
- He calls Zen and is talking a mile a minute about what you said and does that mean he should get a ring and she he ask you to move in and what should he say when he sees you
- Then Zen stops him in his tracks by asking “did she mean for you to hear that?”
- Oh. Now’s he’s got to try to play it cool and act like he didn’t hear you say he might be the one and he’s terrible at secrets lord help this baby boi.
Saeyoung
- The second he answered it was clear the call was an accident he could hear way more background sound than normal and you were already mid-sentence
- “more than that, I think he’s the one. He’s afraid to take the chance I know, but whether we get married or not I know there’s no one else for me. Me and Saeyoung have been through so much there’s no way I could ever fall for anyone else. I love him.”
- He hung up quickly and dialed your number because he had to talk to you that second.
- But when you picked up all he could say was “you called me” when you deny it he laughs a bit hysterically half nervous half ecstatic “wait for me? When saeran’s better I promise I’ll get you a ring. I’ll sell one of my babies if I have too. Please will you wait for me?”
- Your trying not to cry but manage to say “of course” your sister is lost, and a little worried but your smiling through the tears so she thinks its good news
- He practically tackles you in a hug the second you walk through the door. He gives you a ring pop in your favorite flavor that night and promises that the REAL proposal will be better.
Zen
- He was in the middle of a work out when he got the call. He answered but when he heard different voice than yours he stopped in his tracks. Part of him is worried your hurt or someone took your phone.
- “I’m just worried about you he’s got so many female fans’ what if one of them hurts you, or he cheats they say celebrity relationships never last” suddenly he recognized your sisters voice.
- “I don’t care how many fans he has or what they try to do because I’m not giving up on him. he isn’t just a celebrity. He’s a person. He’s loyal and passionate and gentle. I think, I know I love him. He’s the one and the rest doesn’t matter because we can work through anything together.”
- He hangs up immediately because he knows he can’t listen to that without wanting to see you right then
- He works out 10x harder. He just feels really worked up after hearing you defend him like that and you had said he was “the one” how was he supposed to calm down after that?
- The second you get home he sweeps you into his arms and carries you to bed. He can’t help it he has to show you how much he loves you right that second.
- You call him impatient but he say’s “I’ve been waiting this long for you to get home I can’t be any more patient”
Jaehee
- She listened to your voicemail after the lunch rush at the café
- “are you sure about this? People might not approve?”
- “did you come to question me or to help me pick out a ring?”
- “I just want to make sure you understand what you’re doing there’s a lot of stigma you know”
- “you think I don’t know that? I live with it, but that doesn’t matter, she’s the and bigotry won’t change that.”
- She pulled the phone away from her ear as the voice mail continued.
- She scanned the café and decided to close for the day since there was no way she could focus after hearing that.
- That night she made an elaborate dinner for the both of you. Complete with your favorite desert.
- She makes everything so perfect you can’t think of a better time to give her the ring you bought.
- After she comes clean you’re a bit disappointed it wasn’t a surprise but at the end of the day she’s wearing the ring and you couldn’t be happier
the RFA with sick MC who nests
okay so while growing up both my parents worked so anytime i was sick i was left home alone to rest. my solution get everything i might need that day together when i have to get up and hunker down in a nest of my own creation. trash can, tissues, thermos of hot tea, medicine, blankets, pillows, phone, phone charger. literally anything i thought i might need because sick me has no energy and wont want to get up to get it later.
so this is the RFA dealing with an MC that does the same thing
Jumin
- Called the doctor for a home visit the second he found out you were sick
- Appreciates you resting
- Will meticulously dismantle your nest every night (much to your dismay)
- If he finds you asleep in your nest he’ll carry you to bed and tuck you in
- Doesn’t understand the behavior and asks why you do it
- When you explain that it’s a habit from being sick alone a lot he vows to never leave you at home alone when you’re sick
- Since you said no to the home nurse he decides to play that part instead
- He works from home and does most of his work while sitting next to you so he can get anything you might need
- Doesn’t get sick at all. Probably by sheer force of will, or because his nutritionist makes sure his immune system if perfect
Yoosung
- Finds you completely nested up on the couch asleep
- He is so worried and sets about un-nesting you
- Takes your temp, moves to lay you down on the couch, and changes your fever compress
- Calls his mom to get her special soup recipe (she swears it can cure anything)
- As you’re eating the homemade soup he’s brushing your hear since its gotten messy while you slept and nested, he doesn’t want you to have to struggle with knots later also he knows it helps you relax
- Best caretaker ever
- Until he gets sick too
- And now you are both nested up on the couch leaning against each other suffering together
- Seven sends them groceries via delivery and all it has in is weird home remedies he read about on the internet

- Canned soup and crackers
- Cuddles your blankets bundle and actively facilitates your nesting (because that’s basicly what he does with his compute when he works
- Plays youtube videos until you fall asleep
- Carries you to bed and sets up the more essential parts of your nest before catching up on the work he’s missed by staying with you
- Doesn’t get sick from you but probably passes out from exhaustion
- He worked when you slept and took care of you when you didn’t, meaning he legit stayed awake for 4 ½ days straight
- Now vanderwood has to take care of both of you (vandy is not happy about this and swears if either of you throw up on him he will leave you to die)
- But he does make the best porridge
Zen
- Thinks you are way too cute
- He’s got no problem with you nesting as long as you leave room for him to cuddle up next to you
- He doesn’t care if your sick he isn’t going to miss out on holding you
- Offers you medicine every five minutes despite the medicines recommendations (look he just wants to help)
- Kisses you despite you saying he’ll get sick
- He does get sick but its only for like half a day
- You’re a bit miffed because you were sick for an entire week and it took him half a day?!?!
- Has no concept of how to help since he’s never been sick long enough to worry about
- Gets advice from Jaehee and follows it EXACTLY
- Looks up recipes for good meals for people who are sick and tries to make them for you

- Cooks you homemade porridge with bananas because she herself has a sensitive stomach when sick and knows that helps
- Doesn’t let you leave bed saying “the body heals best when you rest”
- So you don’t even get the chance to nest. She’s dismantling your nest before it even starts to form
- Gives you your medicine on a strict schedule no extra no skipping “those guidelines are there for a reason MC”
- Wears a mask because she cannot afford to get sick but she isn’t going to leave you to fend for yourself either
the RFA + Saeran with a clumsy MC
so i’ll admit i’m pretty clumsy. like broken ankle when i accidentally stepped off the curb wrong and knocked out teeth from face planting it into cabinet. so I decided to write about the RFA dealing with the walking disaster that is my completely lack of grace.

- he wants to help he really does but he’s a teensy but clumsy himself
- every time he tries to catch you mid fall all that happens is your tumble takes him with it and you both end up as a tangle of limbs on the floor
- most of your time is spent kissing each other’s bruises after one of your miss fortunes hurt both of you
- on one hand he is deeply concerned about your safety on the other he is not disappointed in how many times you accidentally end up on top of him on the floor
- he turns bright red every time but he can’t say he’s unhappy
- he slowly but surely amasses a collection of super cute ice and heat packs to help with any swelling from your falls
Saeyoung
- look if he thinks you might actually be hurt of course he’ll be serious and help you
- but most of the time it’s just freaking funny
- he is laughing as he helps you up and this makes him vulnerable to being pulled down
- a big part of the relationship bonding comes in the form of you pulling him to the floor and tickling him for laughing at you
- he teases you constantly making all your electronics “mc proof” which basically translates to near indestructible
- at one point you ask him to teach you self-defense and he says your clumsiness IS self-defense since you tend to take down whoever your next to as you fall
zen
- listen the first time he sees you is with unknown and you have bruises and scrapes and he sees red
- he swears murder and it’s only by the grace of God and your shaking voice asking him to get you out of there that he leaves without bloodshed
- after you explain he calms down a bit but still frets over you to make sure your okay
- when you two are together he keeps a protective arm around you or holds your hand, anything so he’s always right there to catch you if you stumble
- he’s fast and strong so honestly no matter how hard you fall against him you never knock him down
- at one point a rouge fan tries to trip you and he catches you with a practiced skill while casting her the evil eye
- he rants about how you shouldn’t have to worry about fans and glares at you a little when you mention you probably would have fallen either way
Jaehee
- she quickly learns the cafe will need shatter proof dishes with you working there
- and she makes sure your cashier, barista, or chef never waitress (it only took one day to see that role would not work how do they balance those trays?)
- she loves you she really does but we all have limitations we must work around
- she makes sure you don’t feel bad though because you are so helpful with cleaning and cooking and drink mixing she wants you to know your VITAL
- you ask her to teach you to walk in heels and she tries but you straight up break your ankle and end up in a boot for 2 months
- she may or may not sell her heels after that >.> (she was never a huge shoe person anyway)
- she’s slowly but surly learning how to catch you without being knocked off balance so easily
- she never considered herself graceful but you always say she is and she supposes that comparatively she is (it’s a confidence boost sure but it won’t go to her head she’s to humble for that)
saeran
- he’s actually really good at helping you to not trip “careful MC the curbs right there you could trip”
- like he’s always vigilant and gently pulling you to the side so you don’t run into something or trip over a cord or stumble off the sidewalk accidentally
- he’s also super gentle when he tends to your bruises and cuts you suspect he has a lot of practice (oh I made myself sad)
- he would never admit it but he likes how needed he feels when he stops you from hurting yourself again
- he does NOT like it when other people catch you mid-fall or laugh at your clumsiness
- it’s one of the few times when you can still quite clearly see “unknown” Saeran in his death glare

- he had a studio built in the pent house so you could work from home and partly because of how often you sit straight up in bed with a new idea of how to get the perfect sound for a specific moment
- he enjoys watching you work because he finds all your methods really interesting he especially likes how creative you are when making the more outlandish sounds
- adores when you bring home weird instruments like the water phone and the nightmare machine but his favorite so far is the theremin he just thinks you look very elegant playing it
- you’ve enlisted his help only once and you had a blast watching him stiffly walk in place to help you create the foot step sounds
- several times you use Elizabeth the 3rd’s purring and meows in your work editing it to create quite a few different types of sounds
- Jumin may or may not use this to mess with zen saying Elizabeth the 3rd is an actress “zen perhaps Elizabeth could give you some pointers she is a wonderful actress after all. her voice did just appear in its fourth movie

- your a what? that’s a job? he thought they just ya know used the sound they got when they filmed the movie and added music
- you take him to work one day and he’s awestruck at all the editing equipment there are so many buttons
- you tell him to press the big blue one and giggle when it plays a recording of you saying “I love you yoosung” he turns bright red and cant hide the embarrassed smile on his face its too cute
- until you show him the studio and he’s so confused by all the weird stuff you have in there. is that a car door and a bowl of corn? why do you need a fridge with lettuce and crab legs? WHAT DO YOU DO?
- after you show him all the strange ways they make sound effects he asks you about the sound effects in his favorite movies and games wondering if you could recreate them
- he does NOT appreciate when he comes hone one day to you playing a water phone and making some of the most disconcerting sounds he’s ever heard in real life
saeyoung
- when he did the background check he saw all the movies you’d done sound effects for and flipped out he thinks its so cool
anytime you too watch a movie you worked on he pauses at your name in the credits and takes pictures to send in the chat and brag “guys look at this! that’s my girlfriend! that name right there is the woman that chose to date ME!” jaehee: ”well i suppose anyone can have a laps in judgment”
- he’s more into the editing software and computer part of the sound design and editing than the literal making of the sound but he absolutely cant take certain scenes seriously after knowing how the sounds were made
- you help him make prank voicemail messages to send the RFA with realistic sound effects and everything
- his favorite moments are when your trying to figure out how to create a new sound and he can just run around messing with stuff in your studio until you say “stop that’s it that’s what i need”
- “you need light up sneakers stepping on corn on the cob?” “yes”
zen
- his dream job is movies and you work on them! he doesn’t know much about sound design at first but he’s sure it’s amazing!
- then he see’s it and okay so maybe it’s not as glamorous as he thought but it’s still cool to see behind the scenes like that.
- you offer to help his plays with their sound effects too and he is so grateful because you somehow manage to elevate the performance even more!
- you show him your editing equipment and he is so confused. he can work out the play button and the pause button but the rest is beyond him. you try to explain but after about 30 minutes of making no progress he just hugs you and says “jagi you must be a genius this is all so complicated”
- you help him edit his youtube videos and when you notice he only has singing and acting video you introduce him to ASMR role play videos its the perfect combo of his acting and your sound design!
- his fans love the asmr videos and it boosts his popularity through the roof
jaehee
- is super curious about how you manage to create such realistic sounds for things that aren’t real like alien sounds and fairy flying
- will systematically watch every movie you’ve done the sound for and focus solely on sound design
- does a ton of research so she can talk in depth with you about your job
- brings you coffee on your late nights and watches you work while you scramble to meet deadlines
- sometimes you make her soundscapes to help her relax and she adores it.
- she really enjoys hearing what you think about zen’s movies because you always have something to say about the sound design how creative it was or how it could have been improved

you remember when no one asked for this? yeah. i wrote this like forever ago and i’m only now getting to post it. i’m still working on a request dealing with Zen saeyoung and an angry drunk mc so if your the one who requested that don’t worry i’m still working on it but between work and school and new acrylic nails that make it hard to type (because i’ve literally never had my nails done before this) its super slow going and i’m so sorry
okay so again theres a trigger warning for sexual assault so do be careful reading this also if you know where the professors name comes from you are awesome. if you don’t, your probably still awesome!
You did not like Yoosung’s newest professor. Dr. Dolarhyde had a lecherous smirk and it always felt as though his eye’s followed you too closely. So when you found yourself waiting for Yoosung to finish a study group after his class you prayed that you wouldn’t cross Dr. Dolarhyde’s path. You were sat comfortably in the building’s lobby answering an Email from the newest RFA party guest when a shadow cut across your phone screen. turning to see who was standing so close you felt yourself frown at the sight of familiar deep set eyes. Yoosung’s professor was grinning down at you making you feel like an animal cornered by a hunter.
“MC right? your Yoosung’s roommate if I’m correct.” He drawled
“Fiancé, actually” you corrected curtly standing to face him head on, if for no other reason than to try and draw his dark eyes away from your chest. His eye’s roved up your figure as you did and you crossed your arms defensively over your chest. He was usually more subtle than this you mused and wondered if perhaps it was because before now Yoosung had always been beside you, protectively wrapping his arm around your shoulder or cheerfully holding your hand.
“perhaps you would accompany me to my office for a moment?” he asked breaking you from your reverie
“excuse me?!?” you exclaimed shocked by his boldness.
“so I may give you Yoosung’s latest papers, like I said its important he review the material if he wishes to do well on his final”
“I thought his grades were good.” you said tentatively “every paper I’ve seen so far has had a high score I’m sure he’ll be okay at least until the next class. If you could just give it to him then” you said taking a step back. You did not like the way he smirked at you in that moment as he stepped forwards effectively maintaining the distance between you that you had just tried to increase.
“I only thought his Fiancé, as you so readily corrected me, would want him to do well in his class. Don’t you know that your support is the only thing that is keeping his grades so high.” you stole a quick glance around the lobby hoping to see someone, anyone that could help you out of this situation only to realize you two where alone. You steeled yourself with a calming breath determined not to show just how uncomfortable you were.
“what are you suggesting? Yoosung earned his grades himself. He worked hard for them!”
“you’re a smart girl I’m sure you understand exactly what I mean” and in a flash his lips where pressed to the corner of your mouth as you turned your head only a fraction of a second too late. Your eye’s locked with Yoosung’s as he exited a room just down the hallway. His eye’s where empty and dulled of their normal cheerful shine. At the sight of his blank expression you found what was left of your courage and moved swiftly to kick Dr. Dolarhyde with all your strength before pushing him back and sprinting to the love of your life.
Once you reached Yoosung you knew something was very wrong. He was rigid, fists clenched at his side and trembling slightly. You hesitated only a moment before gently taking hold of his arm.
“Yoosung? I want to go home. please? I don’t want to be here anymore” Yoosung’s eyes never left dolarhyde as he nodded sharply wrapping an arm tightly around your shoulders. He led you down the stairs to his car, hand maintaining a white knuckle grip on your shoulder. Yoosung was silent the entire ride home and you worried that he had misunderstood the situation and blamed you for his professors unwanted advances. Once home you rushed to shower and brush your teeth. Anything to be free of heavy weight of Yoosung’s silence and the dirty feeling of dolarhyde’s kiss.
When you stepped out Yoosung was nowhere to be seen. you tried calling him only to find he had left his phone behind with a note.
“I’m not angry with you, but I don’t like what happened today. I’m going to take care of it so you don’t have to worry about HIM ever again. I love you. so love only me. Forever. Okay? I’ll be home to hold you as soon as I finish what I have to do. Then tomorrow we’ll spend all day together having fun. I’ll make you breakfast and we’ll go on a picnic in the park. It’ll be perfect.”

- simply excuses the both of you and discreetly walks behind you so no one can see
- once in private he’ll tell you and comfort you if your feeling embarrassed
- he either has someone get you a change of clothes or you and he simply go home so you can change
- honestly 10/10 for his calm cool and collected vibe and the fact that most people don’t question him when he says something
yoosung
- panics 110%
- he didn’t even know it was that time of the month since you never got moody like his sisters or had cravings like his mom
- now he’s worried you’ve been in pain and not telling him and there’s a moment or two when he’s frozen by all these concerns
- once he comes to his senses he hugs you from behind and with a bright blush whispers what’s going on
- gives you his hoodie to help you hide the stain and makes some excuse to get you out
- unfortunately it isn’t very smooth or subtle he’s really bad at lying so it’s something like “oh i forgot we um had that thing at the you know place” (this boy needs improv lessons or something cuz that was just sad)
- 7/10 everyone can tell somethings up but he did try and the care he gives after saves it
saeyoung
- when he notices he shoots you a quick text simply reading “stealth exit strategy 606: sneak away while i cause a distraction and await further instruction”
- he then winks and begins his plan by making literally the biggest spectacle he can (and with saeyoung that’s saying something)
- when you make it to his car it’s already unlocked for you so you can wait for him inside
- your just managing to shut the door when he’s sprinting toward the car laughing like a maniac
- on the ride home he’ll explain the why behind his “stealth exit” plan and comfort you if your embarrassed assuring you that not only did no one notice but no one would remember even if they did, not after his distraction
- solid 8/10 since no one would ever guess YOU where the reason ya’ll left early but it won’t work all the time and your pretty sure saeyoung is now banned from wherever ya’ll were
zen
- the second he notices he wraps his jacket around you without a word
- his face is a little red and he can’t make eye contact when he leans in and whispers so quietly even you can barely hear him
- “jagi I um, I think your pants are stained. we should head home so you can change”
- it takes a while for both of you to make your exit simply because of how popular he is
- and the second he wrapped his jacket around you every girl around was equal parts jealous of you and in awe of his more revealed figure
- 4/10 because the struggle to get out made the stain worse and also all those eyes on you where uncomfortable even if they didn’t know what was up (damn his popularity)

- she a girl so she definitely caught you before it got bad (and totally not because she was staring at your butt >.>)
- very discreetly passes you a new pad and directs everyone to a new very eye catching very important thing way over there so you can sneak away
- once your out of public eyesight she’ll help you sneak the rest of the way home and provide you with EVERYTHING you could need
- let’s be real here she’s the best one to rely on cuz she legit gets it she’s been there and knows what she wishes had been done for her

the RFA w/ mc who’s practically blind without her glasses
why am i posting this? because i’ve decided to clean out my phone and that means getting rid of all the mysme headcannons i have written in the notes during work and class breaks. this is how i write now guys during lunch breaks and between classes because i over book myself and have no actual free time
jumin:
- congratulations you now have prescription glasses to match EVERY SINGLE OUTFIT
- there’s a drawer dedicated to the organized display and storage of your glasses (with him around you never have to worry about losing your glasses)
- he keeps a glass cleaning cloth in his pocket for you and if he see’s you go to clean your glasses he always offers to do it for you
- too him it’s one of those little intimacies he cherishes like when you choose his tie and tie it for him
- never lets you go with out if you forget, lose, or break them there is ALWAYS a back up close by.
- of course he’ll offer to pay for lasic or contacts but he won’t push it

so fun fact where i come from pet names are used for everyone all the time no exceptions. I call EVERYONE “hun” unless they specifically ask me not too and even then it takes actual effort for me to break the habit (I might slip up every now and then but i catch myself and do try really hard) my coworker calls everyone “boo” and my mom calls everyone sweetie. its just something that was always very normal to me. so when I began chatting with someone NOT from my home it kinda threw him for a loop. he thought i was flirting with him and i though we where just ya know chatting (tone doesn't always travel well through text) any way that got me thinking. how would the RFA react to an MC that does the same thing.
so without further ado.
jumin
- surprised and confused why would you do that you don’t know them they aren’t your “hun” he doesn’t get it
- then he notices the pattern hun = anyone; child = admonishing a friend; love/darling = him and only him; sweetie = warning; ect...
- treats every pet name like a puzzle to figure out why that specific one at that specific time
- eventually he will know more about the pet names you choose than you do
- might write down his findings
- will definitely try out every different pet name on you to find your favorite

- shook at first, why is his pre-girlfriend calling zen “hun”?
- but then you call jaehee saeyoung and even jumin hun too and he’s so confused
- is high key jealous for the first few weeks until you explain it’s a habit from your family it doesn’t mean anything
- will still get insecure from time to time
- he talks (whines) to zen about it one night until zen points out you call everyone “hun” but you only call yoosung “love” and “puppy” so he does technically have his own private pet names
- after that he starts to finally chill and will get all bubbly and happy when you call him by HIS pet names

- he may joke around a lot but observation and intelligence is his job. he’s quite literally a pro.
- so of course he knows right away that not all pet names are created equal and isn’t fazed at all by your casual use of them
- when the others mention it or tease you he doubles down and starts calling everyone WAY over the top pet names yoosung = baby cakes, jumin= daddy han, zen= angle face, jaehee = mamacita
- but when you use a brand new one for him and him alone he panics he’s not sure he’s ready for that level of intimacy
- cue him freaking out in the chat room while everyone is like “she uses pet names for everyone you ain’t special” but he his and we all know it
- once everything’s settled he’ll make fun of your pet names a bit (only he’s allowed to tease you about them) but he’ll still blush when you call him love and boo
zen
- look this man is the king of pet names BUT he’s also possessive af so when he hears you call jumin of all people “honey bun” he see’s red
- he doesn’t even register the slight pity and condescension in your tone as he scowls at jumin and protectively pulls you tightly against him
- you don’t even skip a beat before telling zen about the fact that you just learned jumin special orders his striped shirts to have parallel stripes on the collar rather than perpendicular ones
- then it clicks. the tone of your voice the look in your eyes. but most of all the fact that he had never, NEVER heard you use the pet name “honey bun” before tonight.
- it was not quite as complimentary a term as he had thought
- once he understands he gets that all pet names are not created equal he is so on board the pet names train
- he takes a lot of pride in being the only one you call love and prince charming
jaehee
- she’s so formal at first she doesn’t even realize your talking to her
- it also makes actually dating her a bit more difficult because she just assumes the compliments and special pet names are just how you treat everyone
- it never occurs to her that it could be romantic until you actually physically kiss her
- that’s when she asks and you have to laugh “didn’t you suspect something when I started calling you angel? or love?”
- “you use pet names for everyone” “maybe so but no one else has ever been my angel!” you laugh
- now she’s blushing so hard it hurts and re-evaluating EVERY SINGLE INTERACTION you two have ever had

- he does not move his legs because he knows for a fact he is not taking up more than his allotted space
- when you continue what your doing while locking eyes with him he gets it and decides to play along (as long as he’s sure no one can see what your doing)
- his piercing stair and impossibly impassive face daring you to go farther as it becomes a battle of wills.
- will you back down first and stop teasing him, or will he break first and excuse you both to someplace private >.>
- slowly it stops being the innocent romantic game of footsie and gets progressively more suggestive just to get a rise out of him >.> if you know what i mean
yoosung
- surprised and worried at first is he taking up to much room? he better tuck his legs under the chair just in case
- when he gets it he turns bright red and sputters a bit loosing track of what he was saying
- as long as you keep it innocent though he can keep some semblance of cool sure he’s nervous and a bit giddy but nothing too obvious
- listen though if you get too risqué you will have to either escort him away or stop teasing him because he is dying and doesn’t have the coherency to slip away with you himself
- and then everyone knows what’s going on. table 3b all the way across the restaurant heard his yelp and can see his beacon bright cheeks

- he is so down to play your game doesn’t even miss a beat in the conversation but you do catch a slight smirk when he asks you a question
- your not sure how he managed to catch your ankle in his hand without blowing both your covers but it’s infuriatingly gentle and your blushing
- you already know what that raised eyebrow means. it’s time to admit defeat he won this one
- his fingers are skimming up your calf though and you suppose turnabouts fair play
- your in for a lot of teasing when you two get home
zen
- boi has no chill
- so when you start playing you can IMMEDIATELY see his eyes darken a little
- he calls upon his acting abilities to keep a straight face and a steady voice but you can see the struggle in his eyes
- he tries to stop you either by hushed and murmured warnings or simply by pulling away from you a bit
- if you keep pushing he’ll end the event early just to get you two alone
- like i said boi ain’t got no kinda chill
jaehee
- blushing and shy but she does play along
- honestly though the best part is her face. her small shy smile as she pretends to read the menu or a text coupled with the little blush in her cheeks *chef kiss*
- it’s all playful and innocent with her though because you know better than to push it she’s a very private person when it comes to the bedroom
- okay but you both slipped off your heels under the table to play and when you get up have to double check that you slipped back on the right heel
- it only happened once but mismatched heels are a dead giveaway that some kind of funny business took place
in my brain I know the rfa are like taller leaner and stronger than my short chubby baby face self but all I can think about is getting my short ass a step stool just so i can reach their face pet their head and remind them that no matter how strong, tall, independent, stubborn, or old they get they are always and forever my precious babies and I will hold them and protect them no matter what!
