My cousins are walking thisp@. So light delicate and elegant. Why did I get stuck being fat and ugly. We ate the same things today and yet I was the one who p@rged after every meal and snack. After this vacation we're getting strict #underwə!htoctober
Staying with my parents is weird....I've been jobless since July and have on and off again been staying with them.....they haven't noticed my habits yet tho....
Messed up already smh, that's what happens when family visits ig. Couldn't p@rge either, too suspicious. Tomorrow is straight liquid f@st tho.

-Drink red teas, or low calorie drink enhancers(mio, crystal light, liquid iv)
-many delicious red foods are low cal. Fruits like watermelon and strawberries. Pomegranate seeds make a yummy snack as well
-tuna sushi is yummy and full of iron, as well as rare or medium rare steak.
-toast with strawberry or raspberry jam is a sweet treat to have for breakfast without much worry.
