Starting August off with 213.8lbs, I WILL be in the 100s by the end. I have to be.....I turn 21 soon.......
Starting this again, just from day 15 where I left of before my trip.

Rules:
- weigh in every morning (I'm doing 3 days)
- drink over 60oz water or tea
- liquid under 10 kcals per cup doesn't count
- walk 3 miles per day f@sting
- take your vitamins (yes, I'm aware they have calories. This is a reminder for me mostly because I have weak bones from not drinking/earing dairy products)

So ready to give up! I've been super depressed lately and just need to get back into rythmn. I know nothing will work if I don't keep at it so I've made the decision to start this plan over. It worked and I lost 10lbs really quickly. I just need to focus and breathe. I'm unemployed rn, the only bonus is I can't buy food.
Today sucked but tomorrow is a new day. It'll be day 4 on the di@t I'm using and it should go really well because I'll be away from people reminding me to eat. Trying for omad tmr, but might have a 160kcal protein shake before work.

When you injure yourself and in turn can't go outside and exercise because it hurts a lot.......my knee is purple now.....
In 4 hours I wake up to go to Ren Faire, this is going to be awesome! Plus I get to walk around with no pressure to eat. Tmr is going to be great!

Inspired by @honey-diet 's theme series.
You are a dainty butterfly, no longer the fat hungry caterpillar. You prefer lighter substance now and have a strong craving for sweet nectar.
To quell your appetite, fill your meals with juicy fruits like oranges, peaches, and pineapple. You prefer liquid meals like smoothies, soup, tea, coffee, and protein shakes. To preserve your delicate body and dainty wings, you must not eat over 1000kcals a day.
Rules:
- Butterflies love bright colors, so try to avoid eating or wearing anything beige and dark.
- Spend at least an hour outdoors
- Drink 60oz water or more each day, tea counts toward the goal.
- Get most calories from liquid. Smoothies, soup and the like.
- listen to your favorite music while doing boring tasks (if possible)

-Drink red teas, or low calorie drink enhancers(mio, crystal light, liquid iv)
-many delicious red foods are low cal. Fruits like watermelon and strawberries. Pomegranate seeds make a yummy snack as well
-tuna sushi is yummy and full of iron, as well as rare or medium rare steak.
-toast with strawberry or raspberry jam is a sweet treat to have for breakfast without much worry.

Here we go again. Abc 123.....no really back to the bootcamp I go. Knock some sense into myself.
So I've been living with my family again and it's been making things really difficult food-wise. But I can really go for it today because my mom is choosing to go in office for her job. It'll just be me and my brothers (they hardly notice anything)
I feel like I'm crawling through an abyss......life sucks rn and I don't think I'd mind it su king as much if I were skinning....betcha I'll do something I'll regret this week......

Weird mix ik but it's what I had. I'm trying to be rid of the rest of the high c@l food I have (I'm broke so I can't afford more ) but I figure if it's going in the trash anyway why not just enjoy it first before it's tossed XD.
