♡ Butterfly Diet ♡
Inspired by @honey-diet 's theme series.
You are a dainty butterfly, no longer the fat hungry caterpillar. You prefer lighter substance now and have a strong craving for sweet nectar.


To quell your appetite, fill your meals with juicy fruits like oranges, peaches, and pineapple. You prefer liquid meals like smoothies, soup, tea, coffee, and protein shakes. To preserve your delicate body and dainty wings, you must not eat over 1000kcals a day.





Rules:
- Butterflies love bright colors, so try to avoid eating or wearing anything beige and dark.
- Spend at least an hour outdoors
- Drink 60oz water or more each day, tea counts toward the goal.
- Get most calories from liquid. Smoothies, soup and the like.
- listen to your favorite music while doing boring tasks (if possible)
The euphoria you feel when you fit into a dress that didn't a month ago. That was me today on a date with my boyfriend. An@ is truly a good friend.

In 4 hours I wake up to go to Ren Faire, this is going to be awesome! Plus I get to walk around with no pressure to eat. Tmr is going to be great!
When you injure yourself and in turn can't go outside and exercise because it hurts a lot.......my knee is purple now.....

Today sucked but tomorrow is a new day. It'll be day 4 on the di@t I'm using and it should go really well because I'll be away from people reminding me to eat. Trying for omad tmr, but might have a 160kcal protein shake before work.

So ready to give up! I've been super depressed lately and just need to get back into rythmn. I know nothing will work if I don't keep at it so I've made the decision to start this plan over. It worked and I lost 10lbs really quickly. I just need to focus and breathe. I'm unemployed rn, the only bonus is I can't buy food.

- take your vitamins (yes, I'm aware they have calories. This is a reminder for me mostly because I have weak bones from not drinking/earing dairy products)

I haven't been able to weigh in this week and it sucks. I'm still out of state and don't have access to my usual tools and distractions. Oh Mi@ I'm so glad you're my friend.
When you're at a conference where you're legally an adult, but can participate as a youth until you're 21, but also can't be 1 on 1 with anyone younger than 18 or the opposite gender. Even worse when you're the only female your age at the event and have to room with the adult leaders and not be able to make friends.
I've decided to restrict harder because if I'm already going to be miserable, more can't hurt.
I hate being an adult.

Never been under weight the whole time I've been aware of my ed.....my mom knew but didn't do anything because it was "just a phase." Look at me now mom! It's been 12 years since I became aware of my body!!
Shout out to all my normal weight and over weight peeps who make the lamest, most transparent excuses for their ED, but still get praise for blatantly starving yourself bc "you could stand to lose a few pounds"

I messed up today......
Started the day with the lowest I've been in a year. Messed that up by eating lunch, and some dinner.....
Hopefully, it resolves itself in the morning....sigh......
I hate the fact that when I think of a celebration, food is what comes to mind.......I did well at a job interview and started craving a cheeseburger to celebrate......I bought it and ate it......then p@rged it ofc 😆 🥲
