A few days ago I talked about Karma. You receive what you give. This book is an expensive book that I needed to study for the yogacharya. On that time I didn’t bought but all that you give you receive. A few months later I received the notice that one university of São Paulo, Brazil was sending one copy of that book for FREE. Humbleness to say that I’m grateful grateful grateful 🙏🏻

#thisIsMe I just arrived at 40. Arriving at 40 years old and looking back I see that I’m a mix of years of education, relationships, friends, acquaintances and all this and them gave me something to add to myself, to transform into who I am today. Many people know me because of yoga but I learned so much through my life. I’ve studied Geology, biology, music. I worked in cinema, television, sales, Gyms, supermarket, high tech sales. And all this made me who I am. People that haven’t seen me in few a years, are hard pressed to KNOW me. I’m different, I have different dreams and goals now. But one thing I know. I’m closer of what I want to become.

#love. All you need is Love. To love yourself, to love others, to love the world and the Universe. We are all connected and we need to elevate our vibrations to a higher level to attract all that things and people that haves the same level as you. All the people or things with lower energy than you, to be with you or near you, need to speed up to be able to go along with you. Who doesn’t want to level up his energy, normally move away because can’t hold so much light. Be a shining star of love to inspire others and not to light up others.

“Love is not based on sex. Love is based on respect, trust and honesty”. This is so important to me in this moment. This is me with a friend in front of my boyfriend who is taking pictures. To make this is photos possible we all know that we respect each other and this is an art that we love. Touching other man’s body was like touching a brother. And my friend respect us as a couple, as friends. In the world that almost everybody think that isn’t possible to have friends without benefits, this photo goes against all this prejudice. Thanks @danielbozi for the respect that you have. Thanks @artsousa_ for all the love.

Today is the day to let go of things that no longer serve you. The goal in life is to live a life at full without regrets and pain. If there’s something or someone that gives you headache, or disturb you it’s time to let it go. When you let go things that hurts you, you got more free time and space in your life and mind to focus on others things. And there aren’t anything that isn’t possible to let go. You don’t know how? Ask to someone who already did. Don’t stuck your life on something that don’t deserve your time

SOMETIMES PEOPLE TRY TO DESTROY YOU, precisely because THEY RECOGNIZE YOUR POWER - not because they don’t see but because they SEE IT and they DON’T WANT IT TO EXIST!!!
