Twisting is amazing for your internal organs, everyone knows that. But it’s so important to focus in one thing. Focusing your eyes in your fingers, shoulders, nose, or toes depending of the pose you are making will workout your eyes muscles. Giving online classes is such an amazing experience. Even with the distance between us, you have to send all the love, energy, kindness maintaining the connection. Every word, every sign, every look it has to be more “intense” and precise to them, to understand and follow us through the practice. Many people don’t like the online classes but it’s because they are thinking small. When you give online classes you are sending energy and love to all points of the world. When I’m practicing I don’t think what can happen in a month or what can happen in a year. I just focus on the present moment and it comes to my mind ideas to know what I have to do in the next 24 hours to get closer to where I want to be.
