“Love is not based on sex. Love is based on respect, trust and honesty”. This is so important to me in this moment. This is me with a friend in front of my boyfriend who is taking pictures. To make this is photos possible we all know that we respect each other and this is an art that we love. Touching other man’s body was like touching a brother. And my friend respect us as a couple, as friends. In the world that almost everybody think that isn’t possible to have friends without benefits, this photo goes against all this prejudice. A few days ago I talked about Karma. You receive what you give. This book is an expensive book that I needed to study for the yogacharya. On that time I didn’t bought but all that you give you receive. A few months later I received the notice that one university of São Paulo, Brazil was sending one copy of that book for FREE. Nataraj: The Dancing Shiva, a symbol of the cosmic cycles of creation and destruction, birth and death. Nataraja or Nataraj, the dancing form of Lord Shiva, is a symbolic synthesis of the most important aspects of Hinduism, and the summary of the central tenets of this Vedic religion. The term 'Nataraj' means 'King of Dancers' (Sanskrit nata = dance; raja = king). Fritzof Capra in his article "The Dance of Shiva: The Hindu View of Matter in the Light of Modern Physics," relates Nataraj's dance with modern physics. He says that "every subatomic particle not only performs an energy dance, but also is an energy dance; a pulsating process of creation and destruction without end… For the modern physicists, then, Shiva's dance is the dance of subatomic matter. As in Hindu mythology, it is a continual dance of creation and destruction involving the whole cosmos; the basis of all existence and of all natural phenomena." Trust. We are a social animal. Therefore, it is wrong to think that we need to compete to succeed in life. In reality, we need to connect and trust others in order to grow. If someone helps you, the only thing you need to do is thank them for everything you did for you. NEVER destroy trust, never believe that friendship will be there forever. We are all connected. We all need each other. And if you have strength to support others, do it. If you don’t have enough strength, don’t. You can’t give water if the glass is empty. But, and there’s a but, if someone just needs your strength and keeps asking for help without trying for themselves then you can’t support them all their life. You may give them tools, explain how to do it and give a little hand but you should never do it for them. When you want something in life, you have to do what is necessary without making excuses. The cold doesn’t stop you, the laziness doesn’t stop you, the ego doesn’t stop you. You do the necessary. And if you don’t know what to do, learn from those who already have walk that path before you. If your master, teacher, guru, mentor has more results than you do, it is because they know what you have to do. Listen and DO! Do not get carried away by the emotional part and do not give the excuse of rationality, because if you are looking for rationality it is because your emotional fear is making excuses.
