Giving online classes is such an amazing experience. Even with the distance between us, you have to send all the love, energy, kindness maintaining the connection. Every word, every sign, every look it has to be more “intense” and precise to them, to understand and follow us through the practice. Many people don’t like the online classes but it’s because they are thinking small. When you give online classes you are sending energy and love to all points of the world. When I’m practicing I don’t think what can happen in a month or what can happen in a year. I just focus on the present moment and it comes to my mind ideas to know what I have to do in the next 24 hours to get closer to where I want to be. Never stop believing that you can achieve everything you want.

To make this is photos possible we all know that we respect each other and this is an art that we love. Touching other man’s body was like touching a brother. Nataraj: The Dancing Shiva, a symbol of the cosmic cycles of creation and destruction, birth and death. Nataraja or Nataraj, the dancing form of Lord Shiva, is a symbolic synthesis of the most important aspects of Hinduism, and the summary of the central tenets of this Vedic religion. The term 'Nataraj' means 'King of Dancers' (Sanskrit nata = dance; raja = king). Fritzof Capra in his article "The Dance of Shiva: The Hindu View of Matter in the Light of Modern Physics," relates Nataraj's dance with modern physics. He says that "every subatomic particle not only performs an energy dance, but also is an energy dance; a pulsating process of creation and destruction without end… For the modern physicists, then, Shiva's dance is the dance of subatomic matter. As in Hindu mythology, it is a continual dance of creation and destruction involving the whole cosmos; the basis of all existence and of all natural phenomena." We are all connected. We all need each other. And if you have strength to support others, do it. If you don’t have enough strength, don’t. You can’t give water if the glass is empty. But, and there’s a but, if someone just needs your strength and keeps asking for help without trying for themselves then you can’t support them all their life. You may give them tools, explain how to do it and give a little hand but you should never do it for them.
