1. Wood mushroom or woodland agaricus (lat. Agaricus silvicola). Edible mushroom;
2. Shaggy ink cap, lawyer's wig, or shaggy mane (lat. Coprinus comatus). Conditionally edible mushroom (young specimens are collected. In the photo, the mushrooms are already old);
3. Poplar fieldcap, poplar mushroom, or velvet pioppini (lat. Agrocybe cylindracea). Edible mushroom.

Many gourmets consider this mushroom to be one of the best and use it "raw" in salads and sandwiches. But only young hats, which can also be fried in breadcrumbs. Hard legs are usually dried, ground, and used as a seasoning for various dishes and sauces. Ripe mushrooms can be fried or even fermented, but before cooking, they must be cleaned of hard scales.🍂
Гриб-зонтик высокий (лат. Macrolepiota procera), зонтик пёстрый или королевский шампиньон. Съедобный гриб.🍄
Многие гурманы считают данный гриб одним из лучших и используют "сырым" в салатах и на бутербродах. Но только молодые шляпки, которые можно ещё и обжаривать в панировке. Жёсткие ножки обычно сушат, перетирают и применяют в качестве приправы для разных блюд и соусов. Зрелые же плоды можно жарить или даже квасить, но перед кулинарной обработкой их необходимо очистить от жёстких чешуек.🍂
