I can actually back this up by the fact that there are other DD's with unique hair and/or clothing (see episode 6 4:00-4:15ish). Cyn might've just been petty enough to give them all different designs but I think it's more likely that they did that themselves considering how well V, N, and J's outfits fit their personalities.

That the only reason V and J got to keep their personalities and some of their memories was purely because of N.

From what the information we learned in the latest episode implies, Cyn/The Solver (Or whatever it is.) didn't care enough to allow any of the other disassembly drones to keep their personalities or memories. Likely meaning they're all just mindless minions like in Episode 5 when The Solver initially took control.

Literally, the only reason V and J got to stay themselves and likely having some semblance of free will was just because N liked them.
