if school taught everyone that rape is bad and racism is bad instead of teaching how to find the angle of a kite im pretty sure the world would be a safer place

this is the best possible response thank you education math math is goddamn important and we should be encouraging free and umprejudiced thinking then afterwards we can backpedal and explain how not living tolerantly is a bad thing if the only thing taught in school was tolerance think how much kids would hate tolerance and good behavior they would get so sick of it so quickly kids need a baried education to excersize all parts of thier brain so that they grow into balanced adults who aren't racist and don't rape p even though you might not like math that doesn't mean that it's not incredibly important nor does it indicate that there aren't plenty of other kids out there who love math

A shoe made of Hydrophobic Material! I tried posting an awesome gif a few days ago of something else to do with hydrophobic material, but for some reason it didn’t work, so this will have to do. Sorry :(

But anyway - The molecules that coat this shoe are Hydrophobic, that means that they basically ‘repel’ water molecules, while we are only just mastering this, nature developed it billions of years ago - Our cell walls are also made of molecules with similar properties!
