DP X DC Missed Potential
There is way too much untapped potential regarding Batman's hyper-competence and the FACT that the bullshit from Danny Phantom doesn't hold a candle to the bullshit from the DC comics and cartoons.
This is more of a recurring gag than an actual story, but picture this:
Danny's new to the watchtower, he's keeping his cards close to his chest, completely unaware that Batman figured him out within hours of meeting him.
Batman: You cannot join us on this mission. Danny: Why not? Batman: Poison Ivy recently revived blood blossoms. Danny: ...How'd you know about that? Batman: Here. You forgot this. Danny: How the-!? How is he so sneaky!? Superman: I've been asking myself that same question for years. Batman: Here. Happy birthday. Danny: I never told you my birthday. Flash: *so tired* He just knows. We don't know how he knows. He just knows. Danny: Guys, this isn't the kind of ghost you can just punch- what are those? Batman: Ectoranium knuckle dusters and ghost-proof belts. Danny: ... Batman: I made enough for everyone. Superman: He has a kryptonite dart gun. Just roll with it. *During the Hawk invasion* Flash: Look, I trust you guys, but I don't know if I trust you with-. Batman: Barry Allen, Clark Kent, Diana Prince, Danny Fenton, Bruce Wayne. Danny: So what do you know about me? Bruce: Daniel James Fenton, born in 1989, age nineteen. You got your powers from an accident you had in your parents' lab when you were fourteen. Danny: How did you know all this? Bruce: I was tracking your activity when I first looked into sending your invitation into the League, when I noticed a resemblance between your ghost form and the son of the local mad scientists. Danny: My parents aren't mad scientists! Bruce: *Batman look* Danny: Guys watch out! Batman's possessed! Batman: I'm fine. Work on getting the ghost out of me. Danny: How the fuck-!? Batman: I compartmentalized a second mind into myself in case I was ever mind controlled. Danny: ...ok, this is getting silly.
Danny's a late twenties youtuber with a very successful channel.
It's called "Where am I", and it's just Danny, in his human form in a hazmat suit, walking into random portals that appear in Amity Park and filming the experience.
The Justice League did look into it via some interns, but it was determined that it was just some weird analog horror thing.
Well, until Clark catches Jon watching one of the episodes.
Danny walks through a portal and into a weird green-and-purple version of Krypton.
And Clark knows it's not bullshit, because that woman that just accosted Danny demanding to know who he was?
That's Lara Lor-Van. His biological mother.
She's got white hair and weird skin, but that's definitely her. Or an alternate version of her.

On September 25th, 2023, I posted the original character sheets for the Chain as Cryptids au. It had been a brainworm for much longer than that, but one year ago today, I mustered up the courage to share my silly little ideas. And I think that might have been the best thing that’s ever happened to me!
Over the course of this past year, I have found so much joy in these little guys. Looking back at the oldest CAC posts, I’m really proud of how my art has improved, I feel more comfortable sharing my stories, and I have made some of my closest friends. So to everyone who’s stuck around for this year and everyone that’s come more recently, thank you so much for allowing me to create! This has meant the world to me.
I will be taking CAC art requests to celibrate, but I’m going to be very real with you guys- Echoes of Wisdom comes out tomorrow. Please be patient with me if it takes me a while to draw haha. I fully intend to be sucked headfirst into that game!
So if you have a request, please send it in an ask so I can respond to it directly! I’ll pick as many as I can and I’ll draw them as soon as I have the time!

Why is it that every single time I'm about to have zero free time I get creative motivation back? Anyways, already working on the next chapter of "Avoiding conflict is conflictive" and the second draft of the next two pages for the culture shock au already done ^^

Kind of hilarious to me how poorly the title "Mob Psycho 100" localized to English-speaking areas. To someone whose first language is English, it scans as:
Mob (Yakuza, Mafia)
Psycho (violent person with "crazy" behaviors)
Thus: a particularly violent member of organized crime.
But in Japanese it scans as:
Mob (background characters in crowd scenes in manga or anime)
Psycho (short for psychic)
Thus: a psychic who looks/acts like someone you'd never pick out of a crowd scene in a comic.

this happened months ago. i cannot keep it in any longer. a while ago i went on a porn site ive never been to and it asked if i was over 18 and i misclicked and said no and it automatically sent me to google images of puppies and kittens. i still cannot get over how funny this is.
