When you reach the point of "ugh my anxiety is such an inconvenience" instead of "oh, no! my anxiety is spiking!" - you know you've been dealing with it for way too long.
At this point, whenever I feel like an anxiety attack is coming over, my train of thought is "omg not now, I have important stuff to do, I don't have time for this! If this unnecessarily display of emotion takes more than half an hour, I will commit crimes!"
I have started looking at it as an event that just will happen and I most likely won't have any control over it. Instead, I just plan around it.
Like:
"Okay if it lasts an hour or more, I'll have to rearrange my schedule to do this and this tomorrow, 'cause apparently I'm doing comfort and self-care tonight."
Any other middle children, or younger siblings, feel rage over consistently being referred to as "(insert names) little brother/sister" instead of your name consistently

Okay so on my old phone I had an alarm that sounded like a bunch of birds chirping in the morning and so whenever I hear high pitched bird sounds it irritates and pisses me off so much 😆

I'm not going to pretend I don't like dumb romcoms, Serendipity will always be a great movie
I'm not going to pretend I don't like enemies to lovers plotlines, Buffy and Spike (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) and their whole messy, conflicting ark is really good
But something want hearing someone refer to a book as an enemies to lovers romcoms, as a way to introduce the book, doesn't feel right
You could have read the blurb on the back(if it has one) and done better

Does anyone have good infant cc lists? I've been trying to scroll through the tumblr tag, but cc creators seem to be completely incapable of removing the infant tag from adult dresses and sofas. For every piece of actual infant cc in the tag I find 20 pieces totally unrelated to infants, it's really fucking annoying.

Thinking about that time when I heard this guy say to his son that he couldn't get a pink folder cus "pink is a girl color" even though it's not and it actually used to be more of a guy color.Any way I walked over, grabbed a pink folder, told my parents I had to go to the bathroom (loudly) and quietly but just loud enough so the guy could hear it said, "I hope there isn't gum in the urinal again" and walked away.I don't know it just made me think alot.
