I’m gonna fucking tear my hair out I just thought of James taking Regulus to build a bear because his parents used to take him as a kid and he wants regulus to experience it for the first time and feel the magic and at first regulus thinks it’s so fucking childish but then he gets to hug the bear and he hugs it so tight and he does the little heart thing and he lets James put a heart in too and he makes it smell like strawberries then he goes around the store picking out adorable outfits and James is just softly smiling at him as regulus silently goes around the store healing his inner child
