So I was thinking about little character design items to differentiate more strongly between Reds and Blues and Blues and Reds and I had the idea for Loco to have these goggles that probably have 652 settings (and a little star sticker). And then to balance it I ended up with this thought about the other guys on Blue Team getting Caboose a pair of gloves for his birthday, so he can work/lift/punch with his hands while out of his armor without wrecking his palms every time he grabs something sharp/rough/hot without thinking. 

I also figure that Loco and Caboose have swapped strength/intelligence stats. So while Loco could build a transmogrifier out of my video game collection, he can’t quite fastball a boulder into the sun

Their appearance are almost the same. They both have a clown like makeup. They both have that insane laugh that somehow is incredibly attractive (cough???cough???) and they both have some weird idle animation They do for absolutely no reason at all (Caboose walking in place, cicero randomly starting to dance)

They both sound almost the same (both speak in a high voice)

I played the game in german so the voicelines were german too but even in the English version he definitely has a caboose touch

they both only care for their own plans. Caboose trying to crash trains. Cicero trying to kill people. For what reason? Well only they know.

I do not regret writing this.
