One Piece Characters & Their Drawings
this is an amazing collab with my dear @shrimp-sanji ❤ (and of course, go check her 100 followers event!) i had so much fun with this one, and i can't stop laughing at luffy's drawing :')

Luffy: As we’ve seen before, the captain isn’t the best artist. He doesn’t try to be, though. Most of the things he draws, it’s either to illustrate something (like the fishman and the mechanic he wanted for the crew) or just to have fun. He also tries to copy the portraits Usopp makes, but gets bored very quickly.
Zoro: Draws with three pencils, but isn’t very good at it anyway. The swordsman often makes poor Sanji portraits just to annoy the cook. He holds the pencil so strong that he tears the paper by accident or rips the paper while trying to erase something.
Nami: She can draw with ink instead of pencil, after all, she draws her maps. The navigator can draw other things, but not many people know that, because as you can imagine, she doesn’t do it for free. But Nami can draw anything for a small fee.
Usopp: The best artist in the crew, he practiced a lot while growing up since he was alone most of the time. It was a way for him to pass time. He draws lots of portraits of his friends too, and sometimes gives some as a present.
Sanji: His handwriting is very nice, but his drawings… Not so much. The blonde can only draw stick figures, and often draws something for Robin and Nami. Usually it’s a “picture” of them, with lots of hearts.
Chopper: Now, Chopper mostly draws things to study. So he has many sketches of hearts, brains and anatomy in general. He also draws sakura flowers whenever he’s feeling down. His notebooks are full of them. Yes, he has a doctor handwriting.
Robin: She can draw child-like drawings. Not stick figures, but a house, a flower and the sun in the corner. Her drawings are mostly to pass time and a way to cope whenever she’s stressed or upset. Most of the time, she’s reading books, but drawing is also one of her hobbies. She loves to draw for Chopper as well. In memoriam Going Merry.
Franky: He can draw ships perfectly well, but his other drawings aren’t the best. But since he draws often, making sketches of ships, his other drawings are mostly a way to pass time, so they're very cartoonish and not very serious.
Brook: Surprisingly, his drawings are very cute and colorful, especially because he was alone in a dark place for so long. Butterflies, little animals and flowers. Not what you’d expect from a skeleton. He doesn’t show it to anyone and keeps the safe to make sure his crewmates won't find them.

I’ve been watching these “ask your boyfriend how much they think about the Roman Empire” vids—
And I’m fucking obsessed with them. So I thought I would do it with the Straw Hats, obviously, because I am so normal and sane.
How often do the Straw Hats think about the Roman Empire?
Luffy: (scratching his head) What’s the Roman Umpire?
Zoro: (gazes out pensively to the sea) Every. Single. Day.
Nami: I don’t. And I should really start fining you berries every time you ask me these stupid questions.
Usopp: (Pacing frenetically back and forth) Well the FIRST thing you have to think about is their weaponry. But that’s not to forget their tactical strategies, or their… (you literally just have to walk away after about five minutes of this).
Sanji: How often do you think about the Roman Empire, my flower? It’s certainly something I can read up on if it interests you even in the slightest! (He has heart eyes now. Back away slowly.)
Chopper: (Smiling up at you) Maybe once a week? Their medical skills were really advanced for their time! Have you ever heard of a plant called sylphium? (Chopper no why do you know this)
Robin: (Wordlessly shows you the cover of the book she’s reading. It’s titled The Rise and Fall of the Roman Empire.)
Franky: This ship is actually built from an ancient Roman design! Good eye, y/n!
Brook: Not much, but I hear that during the sacking of Rome, the empire was just a skeleton of its former self!! Yohohohohohohohohohohohohohohohohohohohohohohohohohohoh(he will continue like this unless you leave, trust me it’s for the best)
BONUS Vivi, Jimbei, and Law!
Vivi: (has ancestors who were actual Roman Emperors)
Jimbei: (laughing and patting you on the back) Y/n! Where do you keep coming up with these questions?? …In all honesty though, at least three times a day. They were pretty cool.
Law (sighing): Don’t ask questions you don’t want to know the answer to, y/n. (My dude has an entire library on the Polar Tang dedicated to the Roman Empire. He’s mentally healthy I promise)
rn i'm watching one piece and i'm finally at the part when tony tony chopper appears and goddamn his backstory is upsetting!

Ussop definitely listens to imagine dragons and thinks he's so badass
I feel like Chopper would really like cavetown and Conan Gray
Sanji listens to drake and Cardi B also maybe like Megan the stallion?
Nami listens to lizzo and doja cat, and she would definitely have some kind of merch
Robin loves girl in red, she know all the lyrics to most of her songs
Zoro listens to Eminem, and maybe some selective three days grace songs
Brook mostly listens to like classical music (he finds it relaxing) but sometimes he'll listen to stuff like mother mother and queen (also the Beatles for some reason) but it's not often at all
Franky DEFINITELY likes stray kids. Don't ask me why, he just does.
And now luffy...my dear luffy. He would listen to meme songs un-ironically, like 'never gonna give you up', the rock, SpongeBob music, etc. Like this man is fishing with this shit playing and he has a straight face. That or it's just to most ear grinding shit you've ever heard. (Also I think he would like 5 seconds of summer sometimes)
Bonus:
Ace listens to Taylor swift and Avril Lavigne and is very proud abt it. Him and Luffy sing their songs very chaotically together as teens
Specifically girlfriend by Avril Lavigne is very very chaotic with those 2 singing along
