Chopper is at no.1 till now, since he's a kid, second gotta be Ussop. Luffy doesn't really help but the efforts matter. Others go down the line and Zoro, he actually helps the most but whenever Sanji tries to say nice stuff he gets on his last nerve so he's the last.
