i dont know how long this was sent in but we just saw it so i’m sorry if this is late! endos, or endogenics, basically believe you can be a system without trauma, when systems are exclusively caused by trauma based disorders such as DID or OSDD. it’s more than possible that some endogenic “systems” are actually traumagenic and just in denial or stresses and/or traumas, but overall systems can only be caused by trauma or extreme stress
