Dating Grayson headcanons:
Grayson would be the one to bring you flowers. Any kind of flowers really. And he'll recite poetry to show his love for you while offering his flowers.
You might think it's over the top but Grayson dotes on you and tells you how pretty you are without missing a beat.
You have to admit, he's more brawn than brains. But that doesn't make him stupid. He may not know math but he knows every detail about you. Your likes, your dislikes, etc.
Since you're both squirrels, he might have a little trouble with the words such as "backpack" and "pack your bags".
Since he's the park hero, every female squirrel will be jealous of you dating Grayson, and Grayson is kind of a ladies' man. But once he dated you, all of his attention is towards you and not to anyone else.
Yes, he used to try to date Andie because he thought that she's an interesting character. But once he realized that Andie loves Surly more than him, he stays back and lets her go. Once he's dating you, he's not going to miss an opportunity to say 'I love you' to you whenever he gets the chance.
Since he is the park hero, sometimes squirrels would only date him because of his title. But you are not dating him for that reason. And for that, Grayson is actually glad you're staying with him not because you have to but because you want to.
Grayson will fight off anyone who attacks you. It doesn't matter if it's a bratty female squirrel who wanted to be the one dating Grayson or a thug rat who wanted to kidnap you out of reasons unknown, Grayson will either fight with his words or with his fists. So, you're safe as long as you're with him.
