Fake Pokemon - Tumblr Posts

My submission for the Mysteria Region’s Legendary Pokemon of War. Based off of the wild boar and the character Gullinbursti. Probably one of my favorite Pokemon that I’ve come up with so far!

Some Fakemon I’ve recently submitted for contests for the Mysteria Region on Tumblr. Life has been kinda crazy lately but I hope to finally start posting on here more in the future. They are a Water/Fighting martial arts Mantis Shrimp, a Poison/Dragon mega evolution of Monoxious (designed by a different individual), and a Fighting group based off of woad warriors, since the region is based off of Celtic areas and culture.

Pyritized OMANYTE//OMASTAR & Pyritized KABUTO//KABUTOPS

A Pyritized fossil is one where during the formation of said fossil it becomes iron pyrite, a mineral know as "fool's gold" due to its golden shine. This process is common in fossils from the Paleozoic era like Ammonites and Trilobites

This versions of OMANYTE and KABUTO are revived from such pyritized fossils, this not only changes their color, giving them both a golden shell, but also changes their type, now being Water/Steel type

Snebe Pokedex: Snebe are really weak pokemon and haven't even opened their eyes yet so they navigate their surroundings with its rattle. They're not strong enough to defend themselves so they stay in their egg for as long as possible until they evolve. Snebe Trivia: Snebe is the combination of "snake" and the french word for baby "bebe". See the design on its forhead? That's designed to look like a seed. Its tail is made to look like a baby rattle but works just like an actual snake rattle.

It evolves at level 20 after learning Egg Bomb.

Korbra Pokedex: When Snebe evolves into Korbra,its chests expand and can store many eggs which it uses to attack due to the lack of venom in its fangs. Their rattle is as hard as stones. They build their nests in underground caverns.

Korbra Trivia:

Korbra is the combination of "cobra" and "koriko", an African language for grass.

If Kobra was an official pokemon,it would be both the second grass type snake evolution line and the second ground type snake, the first being the Snivy line and the Onix line. It and its pre-evolution Snebe would also be the only snake pokemon with rattles.

Kobra evolves from Snebe at level 20 after learning Egg Bomb.

With the fanmade ability Egg Launcher, the move Egg Bomb does slightly boosted damage and makes the move a grass type.

This was my first fakemon,along with its evolution Xenirim. It's if my papillon Xena had a baby form. Xittle are very hyperactive pokemon but sleep 16 hours a day. They love to chew on random objects. They are unable to fully control their electricity and let off random discharges.

Xittle > Xena(my papillon) > Xenirim Xenirim are extremely territorial and constantly on guard to protect their Xittle pumps. They're always battling Zacian and Zamazenta to better their skills.

This was my guess on Impidimp's evolution. .-. Demidimp most of the time will attack male pokemon aggressively in an attempt to win over females but usually don't succeed. They usually hang around dark alleys or try and sneak into clubs.

Because everyone loves the monkeys SOOOO much,let's make another one!

(in case you couldn't tell,yes its sarcasm) Panzap & Simizap are stronger in both stats & moves than their cousins. They are the only pokemon besides the pikachu line to learn Volt Tackle.

Estrossum is the combination of "estrada" another language for road,and possum. Background from publicdomainpictures.net

Estrossum ,when not in movement,always look and smell deceased. The only way to know for sure is the glowing ball on its tail. When the light goes out its passed on.

Glaciklev,evolution to Jynx, live in complete isolation from humans in icy caverns. Their footprints leave ice with each step.

Next regional form is the Voltorb line based on Moon & Dusk balls. The Voltorb & Electrode in the Johto region are nocturnal. They are more aggressive and blow up if anyone steps into their territory. Next form is the Lickitung line. It's based on the Gila Monster. I also made up a name for a fanmade USA region called Unidun region (Might change name. Based on Unity + Dunes ) which I'll work more on later along with fakemon. So you might see this name on future forms as well. The Lickitung and Lickilicky in Unidune grew in harsh deserts along with rough pokemon. They developed a bacteria in their tongues and mouth that can be deadly to pokemon and trainers but is being studied to use in medicine.

Next was Rapidash's turn for a fusion and I was paired with Wurmple.(gimme a gen 8 mon already -.-). So yes,enjoy this blursed(or cursed) bug horse. Galarian Wurmpidash is usually never rode on by other trainers due to the spikes on back.Its strong but its soft body makes it unable to take hits well. Despite their unfortunate looks,all trainers search for this pokemon as it is rarely ever seen and at one time was believed to just be a legend. Galarian Wurmpidash Moveset

FAKE STARTER TIME FOR THE UNDUNE REGION!!!!! 0O0 ...anyways I decided to start off by showing the water type starter first as it's my favorite ^^ It's based on a catfish but more literal. I decided to not post the egg moves yet as it would spoil the secondary typing. Friskit can survive in both land and water but tend to hunt for food in water. Their tails have powerful muscles that allow them to swim fast and long periods. Their whiskers can sense their surroundings for prey or predators. They are independent and tend to not listen to their trainers unless they have a really close bond.

Next was Magneton's turn to fuse and I was paired with Cyndaquil. Next starter for the Undune region is Chipawa. Chipawa is inspired by the chihuahua pine tree found in Mexico and some parts of Arizona and New Mexico. I'm guessing it won't be hard to guess its second typing -.- 

Chipawa are highly active and become even more hyperactive after absorbing sunlight through their pores. In places where it's mostly dark,they can absorb moonlight if needed. They love stalking Wooloo but its unsure why. Its believed to be studying how to herd.

Last starter is Flinchick,based on the flicker bird and the golden pheasant bird. I won't reveal the moveset yet as it would spoil the final secondary typing much more than Chipawa. NO IT WILL NOT BE A FIGHTING TYPE. These 3 starters are based on pets people typically have,that being cats,fish,dogs,and birds. Flinchick keeps part of its egg to protect its soft head. It's quite aggressive and will attack anyone on sight. It gets very sad when its egg cracks but the heat emanating from the pokemon will eventually seal it. It launches a powerful Ember attack from the feathers of its wings.
