anime idea:
5 women , 1 guy
all besties, righ?
they go everywhere together
until (dramatic noise): they get accepted into different colleges
later, they all get isekaid in various ways.
the first one to get isekai’d wakes up as a hydra
but she only has one head. She’s a baby hydra
as the plot progresses, and she levels up/ grows/ gets character development, she gains more heads.
each head is another member of the group
(If we’re going with the ‘character development’ option, it gets progressively harder, and each time a new head joins, they have to watch as the others and themselves change as people, adding some angst in)
((Both positive and negative character developments would apply in my mind))

Okay so random thing to add to any story where Character A, who is born female, somehow ends up in a physical male body permanently and the first thing they do....
Is throw their hands in the air and scream; "I NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH SHARK WEEK AGAIN!" With pure and utter joy.
So...
My brain just imagined Cale curled up in a hollow tree in the Forest of Darkness. His clothes are all tattered, his hair is a mess, and his eyes are red. His Ancient Powers are trying to comfort him after he had a massive breakdown in front of everyone and ran away. His little body somehow conjured up enough strength to outrun all his allies and hide from them.
He doesn't know how long he's been there, but he doesn't care. Because it's better than going back and having to deal with the aftermath of that. In the Forest of Darkness where literally anything can kill him, it's peaceful. It helps him calm down and scold himself for being stupid.
He's the commander, he's supposed to keep it together.
He can't break over something like this when that Radish Bastard is doing who knows what .
But because he was an idiot, now everyone is out looking for him, which means a whole mess. Because no way is Arm going to miss an entire continent mobilizing in a frantic search for their commander.
It's his fault all his fault
So Cale stays there, he sleeps and doesn't love for who knows how long. His Ancient Powers keep trying to comfort him. But he just gets annoyed, he wants to he alone. Leave me alone.
He's so engrossed in his thoughts he doesn't hear the sound of footsteps approaching. He doesn't see the shadow casting over his tiny form, doesn't realize he has company until-
"Are you hungry?"
