haven’t seen lots of awareness brought to this in enhablr yet but i really wish all engenes could also post about & talk about the mistreatment they’re getting from belift. the way they haven’t had not even five days of rest the past two years is so concerning. the way the members’ healths are getting worse is so terrifying. they’re all so horrendously overworked and exhausted. we all saw jay’s injury and how they STILL made him perform despite the fact that his knee was injured. and now he’s on a hiatus that probably won’t even last that long considering how greedy their company is.
jake had to sit out from two different stages in their most recent concert and couldn’t even open his eyes when he was present for the other stages. heeseung can’t even properly perform with how overworked and exhausted he is. riki even spoke out about fainting in his weverse (whether it was a mistranslation or joke or not) this is all so terrifying. it’s so concerning because every engene knows how much enha love music & how much they love performing and having concerts for their fans.
their schedules for the past two years have literally been inhumane. comeback after comeback. tour after tour. event after event. concert after concert. belift is treating the members like they’re literal robots and the only people that can actually stop this is engenes themselves the longer you demand for a rest for the boys for no more comebacks and even boycott the higher of a chance enha will have a BREAK.

as much as i love enhypen's work, i care for the members and their health more. we all do. we need them to take rest RN. they have an inhumane working schedule with like what 2-3 hrs of sleep per day??? THIS IS BADLY AFFECTING THEIR MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH. im so worried for them. i really hope they don't lose their passion for music and dance bcuz of this :((

like belift be so fucking for real. these boys are NOT machines. a month is NOT enough time to let them catch up on the rest they need after how long fate / fate+ went on.
pissed off isn’t even close to the feeling that I have right now. every single one of them have said how exhausted they were after this tour has ended and have shown MULTIPLE signs on how tired they are.
this cannot keep going. they need their time off.

tbh hybe is the most fucked up company, i remember watching burn the stage and even tho they were under bighit that time they were overworked as hell, and Hybe does this with literally every group when they're at their peek and let me tell you if yoongi in 2020 didn't have an injury that could cost him his career they would've still made him attend performances because they're money hungry people
they really do this to everyone from that one girlgroup they debuted first and couldn't even protect them from the hate and scandals, and to illit watch them torture them as well and overwork them

enhypen haven’t gotten proper rest since before manifesto tour and they really need to rest. they deserve it so badly.
jays knee injury? heeseung getting sick before they flew into tacoma? sunghoon also was sick recently before starting tour? jake is been seen with bandages under his right arm? like these are all clear signs that they NEED longer than just a couple months of resting.
and once the comeback is in full swing next month they won’t get any rest😭😭😭
it’s literally the same with txt. I always remember huening kai breaking down and crying after freefall was released because of how tired the man was.
idols aren’t machines, they need care and rest.
It's been a battle that we've seen, and he's spoken about it, but every day, I'm thankful that Tae seems to have such a strong mental fortitude.
My wish for him is to have all his dreams realized, big or small! They've done so much to try and dull his shine, but we are still blinded ✨️ every time he creates, sings, dances, acts, etc.

Enhypen don’t deserve just a month break. They deserve a long, relaxing break. They deserve to be treated like human beings, they deserve to relax, to not be disoriented by a new time zone every other hour, to not sigh when they have to travel another day.
They deserve to breathe, to relax, to sleep, Enhypen are human beings, please, belift, just let them rest.
I think a lot about the members, those who have hurt themselves performing to the best of their abilities for ENGENES, but why can’t we try harder to vouch for a long break of relaxation? How come they try so much for us but we won’t even try for them?
I think about how Jay has exhausted himself constantly because he wanted to be there for the concerts despite physically exhausting himself.
I think about Jake who can barely open his eyes during concerts because despite his tiredness he wants to see engenes.
I think about Heeseung, who gets hate for being exhausted, being told he’s lazy because he cannot afford to extort any more energy towards his dances because he’s that tired.
Jungwon, Sunoo and Sunghoon who’s staying strong for the rest of their members, trying their best to keep the energy up as the other members try to catch their energy.
And Ni-ki, who’s the same age as me, who’s been mentally challenged during the tour, where he’s stated openly how tired he is. He’s the same age as me, I’m out enjoying myself, hanging with friends, finding new opportunities for me to grow as a person.
I get to relax, to sleep in as much as I want, to have the ability to snooze through my alarms and do nothing for the entire day and just relax.
He can’t do that, he’s working tirelessly. He’s only a teen like I am, how could I sit here and just let them do that?
Please, boycott the tour, don’t contribute to it, do not promote it, pay no mind, and pressure belift into a longer break.
They don’t deserve just a month, they deserve longer.

When they renovated those three mansions,I though,ok,they will clearly rent the space later. Which was obviously better than letting them sit there unused. Win-win,both for the fans who get a new Soop season,and whoever owns those houses.
When BTS almost only wore clothes with the Soop designs,instead of their own outfits,it felt weird,but those pajamas were cute so whatever. When some of the cooking and eating scenes reminded me more of those Run eps which were a Paradise Hotel ad,I was like,whatever,if still feels nice to watch them eat.
When they were mostly shown spending time inside their own rooms,(with a lot of PPL in the background),or using the kitchen(full of luxurious appliances),I said well,it was just because they wanted to be genuine and show how they really spend their time when they are alone(ok that might still be true). When they seemed a lot less enthusiastic to be there compared to the first season,I thought it was only because they were about to drop PTD then and had too much on their plate.
When scenes were cut and the editing was a mess,and it didn't feel like there was that much interest to tell a coherent story this time,some people thought it was because it was being shown on JTBC and BTS usual chaotic interactions and drunk shenanigans were too much for cable TV,and it made sense,so I believed that. Well,that one could still be true.
When from the start the whole thing felt like a giant promotion of that space,with BTS not fully invested in being there,I should have taken everything at face value.

BigHit was always good at milking stories from reality. At turning what could have been boring moments into scenes to be remembered. But,lately they are not even allowing real moments to happen naturally. The story is there even before the action happened....

Maybe my reaction is too harsh,but when I saw this,what I first felt was not excitement or fondness,which are my usual BTS-related emotions,but discomfort. All those ~nostalgic~ photos strewn everywhere of ~healing memories~ that never even felt like that when watching the show,just make me feel used. Do you think they’ll remove those when they later rent the mansions? I doubt it.
You can say,but what about the ahjumma who turned the restaurant where BTS used to eat into a shrine? Well,good for her. Because they actually did use to eat there. She just capitalized on it. But this is different,because the place was meant to be shown on tours from the beginning. So the Soop lost half of genuineness even before it happened.
Yes it's a reality show,so it's already a collection of personal moments being sold and transformed into a narrative by the editors and showrunners. But the balance was different until now. Maybe that was all fake too,but in the first season at least,the image being pushed by the company didn't seem to be that different from the story BTS told about the time they spent there. They genuinely looked like they were relaxed and enjoying being with each other,so adding labels like 'healing' over the whole thing didn't seem disingenuous.
Basically,now they just needed to get BTS' to bless the house with their presence so they can sell the bathwater later. Jungkook slept in this bed! Yoongi played guitar on this chair! Namjoon read this book on this same couch! Don't you want to breathe the air BTS farted in? Now you can!
Product placement is a thing. BTS advertising too many things these days is also a thing. But,so far,in all their reality and travel shows,you could see that BTS at least got some enjoyment out of being there,or that their experiences were the main product being sold. Here,it was not even about BTS. They were props to this huge ad for an ugly house no one fucking needs to stay in.
It's especially feels like a betrayal that they took a show that brought people so much genuine joy,and turned it into just a 5 episode-long ad.
I hope they all get the rest they deserve…

i know i haven't been very active these past couple of months. adulthood and work getting the best of me and everything. but i've been supporting enha in my own ways other than creating content and i haven't seen much of this being brought to attention on enhablr.
this is really not it. fate+ ended less than 24hrs ago? what exactly is going through the management's mind to think that another tour is what we want?
they should have never pushed forward with fate+. enha released 3 whole fucking albums in between fate and all the way to the last stop of fate+. everything from the planning to the scheduling to the execution is all wrong and probably done in the worst possible manner by their management.
i mentioned in one of my posts many months ago about not wanting to see enha slowly experiencing burn out in front of my eyes. and this is happening exactly in real time. it's like the company has completely convinced them that the moment they're not off their asses working but taking a break, they'd lose all their fans. and i don't blame the members for believing it either, because they've been treated and marketed like nothing but make believe boyfriends to their fans. they are amazing artists and performers, please treat them like one.
i urge everyone that if you truly support the boys, please SPEAK OUT on weverse and X. show that you care. the community has been trending #LetEnhypenRest for weeks now but apparently it's still not getting into their heads. burn out is very much real and if the members slowly start to lose their passion for performing and alas not renew their contracts 3 years later, i'm really not having it.

I like (not really) how from what I saw, nobody is boycotting the new tour…. Like…… really? I mean I get wanting to see them and every ring but, even I couldn’t just watch them preform when they literally look so fucking exhausted. It hurts seeing them so tired, and then there’s people who really don’t seem to care enough and just (enable? Is that the right word) give money to a Zionist. Because let’s be real, Scooter Braun is a Zionist and all of your money is going right into his pockets. (Along with literally belift and hybe..)
Is it just me that feels that way? Cause I really can’t stand it… seeing their company just wear them out like that, have back to back tours, no fucking breaks, constant promotions, have one member (Jay specifically) have an injured knee for a few months and continuously make him preform, suddenly care about said member when it causes you backlash and possibly no more money so that you HAVE to speak up, not because you care about him nor the group, only for money. Have another member faint (Ni-ki), and feel so exhausted to the point where he has to hunch over to catch his breath due to exhaustion (also Ni-ki in that one criminal love performance), have another repetitively wince due to soreness and still let him preform (Jake in again that one criminal love performance), also have said member barely keep his eyes open either in a promotion shoot (Jake again), also have another member get mistreated by a staff/maybe bodyguard (Sunoo) repeatedly and still not do a fucking thing about it. OOP ALMOST FORGOT— have Heeseung very clearly sounding sick while preforming as well, and still not letting this boys rest because their suffering gets you more money.
Call me overdramatic all you want, say “oh it’s their job” all you want. But they’re fucking humans, not robots. They get overworked constantly, along with MANY other groups (but Enhypen is the one I’m talking about because they are the topic of my discussion). And still we have “fans” just continuously either but albums, tickets, etc. when all it does is enable BELIFT/Hybe to overwork them. All they care about is money (hybe not enhypen), all they care about is streams and plays, they don’t care about Enhypen’s well being. As long as they profit off of their suffering everything is ‘all fine and dandy’ when it’s really fucking not. The same goes to fans who are literally going to their new walk the line tour. All they care about is entertainment and watching their favs preform, not their actual well being.
For me, I care about them as people. I love the boys, with my whole entire heart. Don’t mistake me for an anti or anything, because I’m not. But is it really hard to NOT buy any albums? To not buy any tickets? For me it’s not, all I want is for them and possibly other groups to fucking rest for one without getting milked for money. Them (Enhypen) along with many other groups (like txt, etc) are being mistreated either by the staff or whoever is in charge, possibly getting sexualized in some way because it’s fucking hybe let’s be real, or getting severely overworked and have unhealthy dieting issues because image and looks matter so much rather than their actual health.
All I want is for the boys to take a long ass break, not have another fucking comeback after the one they just fucking had that the company had so much problem promoting to begin with.

I have seen toxic fan culture from all over the world. I thought Japan had it the worst until I was about 14 and learned what knetz are and omg the stories some of these idols were telling on Strong Heart were just the top of the iceberg. I read articles about people actively trying to kidnap gg members. Didn’t one guy try to drag an SNSD member off the stage? I really thought it would change as the artists and international fans became more outspoken and greater in number but it just seems to be getting worse. What I don’t understand is how can anyone possibly see peddling to the Korean market as more profitable than aligning with international interests? Like when I get down to the root of their motivation it’s clear that they only care about profit. Are they all just profoundly stupid???
Istg if Big Hit hurts these boys after all the shit they’ve put them through, after all the hard work they’ve put in to get to where they are, to lift their tiny little company out of the dirt and to the top of the New Big 3, that’s it I’m out. I have hope still that the culture can shift but it’s very small and very weak.
Now all I can think about is how they feel. How must it feel to stand on stage and expose yourself body and soul to people who will use that vulnerability against you? How must it feel to hold hands with someone at a fansign or look someone in the eyes during a fan call and wonder if they actually care about you or are just using you to fulfill a fantasy? How must it feel to be studied and judged and followed and harassed and threatened and assaulted by people who claim to love you? How must it feel to know that if you are not perfect and objectifiable every second of every day that your whole world will turn on you? How must it feel to starve yourself, exhaust yourself, harm yourself, hate yourself all for the sake of a swarm of jealous abusers? How must it feel to worry that every person you form a connection with could just be using you? How must it feel to fall in love and still have a little voice in the back of your head asking if they truly like you for who you are or for what you can give them? How must it feel to objectified and sexualized and demonized every single day? How terrifying must their daily lives be? What makes all these questions worse is the knowledge that they still get up every day and do it all anyway. They pose and smile and dance and sing and work themselves to the bone regardless of the hate and fear. To be an idol must take an extraordinary amount of courage. To be so scared and feel so small but to love so much that none of that matters. They derive their joy in life from bringing you yours. How can anyone hate them? How can anyone hurt them? I’ll never understand.
A union for idols is necessary at this point. Seeing that video of Seunghan walking past those funeral wreaths and then reading that he went looking for the support posters he’d seen before, that shit broke my heart and now all this rage that I have towards the industry has bubbled up again. I am in no place to do anything about it. Where do I put all this anger and sadness until I can use it? I want to scream and cry for these children. For these people. The people who give their whole lives to bring joy to others. Their whole dream in life is to be someone who makes others smile. How can they do this to someone like that? How can people torture a person who just wants to be happy by making others happy. That’s so pure. That’s a selfless motivation. To want to be loved by loving others. You must be truly soulless to hurt someone like that.
