Dragon Maid Anime (Original): Pure. Tasteful. A new and improved version of the manga that captures everything good about the source material while trimming the parts that weren’t so good. Lucoa seems a bit out of place, though. Readjusts the sequence of events to be better focused and generally improved on what the manga started. 10/10

Dragon Maid Manga: Less pure. 2x as gay but 10x as lewd. Still worth reading if you want to get a head start on any possible future seasons of the anime. Occasionally something really fucked up happens, making you wonder why everyone thinks this series was ever meant to be wholesome. 8/10

Dragon Maid: Kanna’s Everyday Life: No English translation yet. The new art style looks fun. Will most likely be even purer than the anime, Kanna is the best. 11/10

Dragon Maid Anime (Funimation Dub): Kobayashi has been edited to be straight and Tohru is some kind of stalker who invades her home. Everything is subtly off. Jamie Marchi haunts my every waking hour. Who will be turned straight next? Will the final translation even resemble the anime we grew to know and love? I’m scared. 0/10

I cannot be the only one who watches anime and when the funimation thing comes on I say the you should be watching part out loud like they used to actually have in there

so i’ve heard that crunchyroll and funimation is merging, or something along those lines. that’s cool and all, but i can get back the “you should be watching” whisper funimation used to do

It’s been fun all of these years watching Hellsing Ultimate Abridged. The ultra quotable lines, the sex jokes, the pop culture references and obviously The Boondock Saints. I won’t lie, I cryed a little watching the finale credits. I was in middle school when it started, now I can buy cake whenever I want because I’m a grown up! I want to say thank you to everyone at Team FourStar and everyone who made this possible for so long.
