Chapter-4
Do you want my life in return?“ the witch asked, she atleast had to know what was going to happen to her.
Nature only let out chuckle, ” Dont be absurd darling, where would the fun be in that? “
” But you gave life, i thought you would want one in return"… Asked the witch, confused. She didn’t think she had anything else that Nature didn’t already have.
Nature just laughed amused, “No, I’m sure i dont want your life. Now first tell me your name, afterall we are going to be meeting a lot more”
“Celestia”, the witch replied. She honestly didn’t know what was happening anymore.
The witch took a few more steps forward, “Hmm…. Celestia” Nature tested her name on her tongue, “beautiful like the stars”.
She bent down at the witch’s neck and took in a deep breath, “ you smell as heavenly as you taste.” she breathed into Celestia’s ear.
She let a lone finger trace the witch’s face, those perfectly arched brows, the green eyes which couldn’t hide anything now filled with confusion and arousal . Then she rubbed the pad of her thumb across those luscious rose coloured lips, which opened involuntaryly, trying to breathe in air. Along her neck, her pulse beating hard, as though reminding Nature of how good the blood within it tastes. She let herself feel it against her fingers for a few moments, moving further down…..
And suddenly the witch was broken from her daze and moved a few steps back shocked. More with the fact that she had enjoyed it than that it had happened. Her cheeks filled with crimson. She looked up at Naturenot knowing what was happening.
Nature only brought her fingers to trace her warm, blushing cheeks. Nature didn’t know which was redder her fiery hair or crimson cheeks. She ran her other hand through the witch’s hair, purring at its softness.
The witch had closed her eyes. Nature brought her face closer to the witch’s mouth,so that their lips brushed with each word, “Celestia… My darling, open your eyes.”
Celestia was surrounded by Nature. The magical being was crowding her senses. She could only hear her strong yet calm, powerful yet soothing voice; could only see her silver coloured eyes, beautiful and mesmerising like the moon; and her hair like a shadows of darkness, endless like her magic; could feel only her warmth surrounding her, her fingers sending sparks down her body, her feather touches only making her feel warm all over.
Nature smelt like stormy rain and peaceful meadows; she couldn’t quite point out which one. Her lips brushed against Nature’s with her every uneven breath.
“Do you want this?” Nature asked, she could barely wait, “ do you want me to kiss you? ”
The witch wasn’t listening. She was mesmerized by the way Nature’s lips moved, like the waves in a ocean, powerful, chaotic, beautiful.
When Nature didnt get an answer she pulled away from the witch, going to the crook of her neck. She left a languid open mouthed kiss there. Tasting her, teasing her. Tilting her head up, she licked the shell of the witch’s ear, biting softly. The witch let out a low moan.
Nature called back the witch form the pleasurable hazy state she had put in, “Celestia ”,she whispered in her ear. Looking into her eyes, asked again, “do you want this? ”
The witch didn’t know. She had never done this before. She wanted Nature. She also knew this was dangerous, that Nature was dangerous. But she was asking her for permission. It had to count for something right. But her mind reminded her how Nature still had the witch at lease,so would Nature really care for concent if she said no. But did she really want to say no….
“I don’t know”, the witch whispered, beacause she honestly didn’t.
Nature let out a sigh as though she was disappointed. But in a minute it changed to excitement, “So it isn’t a definite no.. Well.. Well… Seems like i have to work to get my prize”. “ I’ve always loved a good chase”, Nature raved.
The witch didn’t know what she had got herself into. She didn’t know if she should be relieved that Nature wasn’t forcing her or afraid that Nature was interested in her. For now she decided she needed to know only one thing, “ if you don’t want my life, what do you want? ”.
“So you are not only beautiful but also smart!”,“My dear Celestia, what i want from you is simply a free pass to come and go to wherever you stay as I please.”
The witch was bewildered, seriously that can’t be it. Nature should be tricking her, fooling her,“ you want only that? To be allowed to enter the cottage as you please? ”
“ To be allowed to enter any place you live as i please”, Nature corrected. “So do we have an agreement? ”, Nature persisted.
Celestia didn’t know if there was a loop hole somewere here but she was sure she wouldn’t be able to find it anyways. This was either way better than dying. And to be honest living alone all the time was boring, not that she thought Nature would be around always. …but she wouldn’t mind some company. So she accepted Nature’s proposition with the feeling of what she hoped was anxiousness and not excitement, said, “deal, you can come and go wherever i live as you please”. “ but i still don’t understand why you want this.”
Now Nature was just smiling and laughing as though she had accomplished something great, “Darling that free entry pass was just the beginning.”…. “The ultimate goal is to capture your heart and own you in bed”.
“ So be ready tomorrow at sunset.”
“You are going to be dined by divinity herself” Nature proclaimed, delighted with herself. She came forward and left a lingering kiss on Celestia’s cheek and disappeared in a whirl of magic.
The witch had practically been ordered to a date. Not even given specific idea about where they might be going. Just given an approximate time. She should be annoyed, furious really. But she couldn’t wipe the smile off her face.
She was relived that she hadn’t been killed, happy that she could save the animal, somewhat proud that Nature herself wanted her, a witch, and however much she tried to deny it, she was excited for her date tomorrow.
She smiled at the dragon which was slowly opening it’s eyes. It was so small ,she knew it couldn’t really hurt her. When she went to caress the tiny animal, it tried to fly to her,and when it failed simply climbed along her hands and laid on her shoulders leaving a contended sigh when she petted its back and neck. She went to her bed with the dragon curled between her breasts.
Somehow she felt that today was the start of something good. The curled baby dragon and her excited hearts were proof of a new happy beginning.

Reader,
Why do people insist in believing I've an interest in couples? In romance? Have I done or said anything to imply it to be so?
Firstly, not a couple. I'm not sure why you insist on the topic, Fulbright has a boyfriend. You should acknowledge that. From what I've heard, it's going rather well. They're quite happy, I'm sure.
Secondly, no, I've not heard of either show, I'm not terribly interested in cartoons in general. Based on the gifs you sent, it does look at least different. And certainly not meant for children. I wondered when there would be more western animation meant for an older audience, though the track record for quality there is spotty. Unfortunate name, Vaggie. No doubt she suffers greatly for it.
Seeing the duo on top kiss reminds me of when Aura was invested in Sailor Moon. I was a young boy, and quite concerned that I was meant to behave the same way with my far-flung relatives as the "cousins" depicted, despite barely knowing them. Aura held that boyish assumption over my head for years, even after she was quite moved on with the show herself.
Ah, well. Time does pass us by.

Hazbin Hotel....doesn't ring a bell....
Oh!
One of my aunts mentioned Helluva boss at Christmas though! Apparently her step daughter is very interested in it. My aunt was...a little less thrilled, she said it was satanic, but she's said that about everything the young people get interested in. Was against Pokemon for example, and that's just little critters, so I tend not to take her too seriously about that stuff. I mean, Pikachu is pretty cute! I'm sure it's fine.
It looks like the couples are happy!....very happy!
Oh, and, um, we're not a couple. Just roommates! Simon isn't ready for that sort of relationship, I don't think.....and! If he was! That would be fine! He's not very interested in romance, which is fine and normal.

You woke up at eleven thirty in the morning. The room was bright with sunlight, which was being cast into the room from the window above the bed. There was a golden glow to the atmosphere, leaving a warmness to the air. You gazed up at the ceiling for a couple moments, feeling tired. It was cold in the room and you didn’t want to get out of the comfy bed. If it wasn’t for the empty side of the bed, you would have contemplated the idea, but sadly it appeared that your boyfriend was already up. That encouraged you to meet with him this morning.
Throwing off the blankets, and stepping out of bed, you shivered at the cold as it brushed along your skin. The wood floor felt like dry soap on your feet, and it splintered and creaked whenever you walked on it. You approached the dresser you shared with Adam Faulkner Stanheight; it was standing to the side of the room, up against the wall, looking lonely and old. It had a clutter of objects on top of it, mostly photo albums of you and him, most of which were half empty. You wondered why Adam didn’t just finish one before starting another.
Dazedly, you opened up the top drawer. Inside it were a mix of your shirts and your boyfriend’s shirts. You rummaged around for a little bit, before throwing on one of his white tees.
It was soft and silky, and smelled of him. You hugged it closer.
Stepping into the bright living room, your eyes were blinded by the harsh, overhead lights. You squinted instinctively, as pain hurt your temples for a short moment. It faded after a couple of seconds, allowing you to get your surroundings.
Your boyfriend was sifting through some recently taken pictures. You didn’t recognize them; they must have been photos of a client.
You sat down next to him, feeling fatigued and sleepy. Adam barely looked at you, but he did greet you brightly.
You leaned your head on his shoulder, and watched him sort photos. It was a very methodical process, rather soothing in fact.
Adam put down the last photo and looked at you. Your face was pale white, and you had dark circles under your eyes. Your eyelids blinked slowly, like you were about to fall asleep at any second.
“How’s your morning, Y/N?”
“Good, I think,” you mumbled.
“How’d you sleep last night?”
“Good, I think,” you repeated.
Adam stared at you blankly. “How about we get you some breakfast?”
“Sure.” You curled up on the couch with your legs under you.
Adam didn’t leave your side on the couch though, despite having offered you breakfast. Instead he dropped an arm onto your shoulders, and leaned in close.
You could feel his body heat from the close proximity. Blood rushed up your cheeks, and made you dizzy. Your stomach felt like it was being twisted with prickly rope. You swallowed nervously, your throat suddenly dry. “Oh… H-Hi Adam…”
“Hi, sweet thing,” Adam murmured.
He examined your face carefully, and then started to palm your stomach with his hands. You smiled at him, shyly.
Stanheight brushed his lips over yours briefly, you could feel light tingles of expectance travel down your jaws.
“Mmmmh,” you breathed.
Adam kissed you gently, his hands rising up your shirt. “That shirt looks good on you,” he informed you. “Much better than it could look on me…” he gripped the end of it, and started to pull it over your head. Chills ran up your skin.
Slowly, your boyfriend pinned you up against the couch cushions. His thumbs played in circles over your stomach. You were forced to relax under his insistent domination.
Adam pressed up closer to you, biting your lower lip delicately, leading to a high powered make-out session.
His lips were firm on yours but somehow managed to remain harmless. It was like drinking Hershey’s Syrup; so good you couldn’t get enough.
You moaned out a little bit, feeling the sweetness enter your mouth, and squirmed at the delicious aftertaste. It was warm and invigorating. You slid right up next to him. “Hmm. I love you, Adam…”
Adam blinked at you. “I don’t think you can love me as much as I love you,” he purred directly into your ear. He sent soft kisses down your jaw enticingly. “Lean back.”
You did as you were told, almost too eagerly. Adam turned your head towards him, keeping his mouth on yours. His hands caressed your cheeks and ears soothingly, pulling his fingers through your hair.
More Hershey’s syrup was poured down your throat. You gagged a little bit at Adam’s aggressiveness. Adam pulled back after a couple of minutes, panting. “Lay down,” he told you. “Make yourself pretty.”
You laid down on the couch, adjusting yourself carefully. Adam was watching you intently, making you feel extra self-aware. You kept moving, trying to please Adam with your best efforts. It was hard to tell what he was thinking under his calculating gaze. You felt completely vulnerable laying on your back with nothing but your underwear on. It made you apprehensive.
After a while you managed to twist yourself up in a way that appeared painful, it wasn’t though. Adam straddled you then. “That’s fine, baby. Thank you.”
You felt him cover you like a heavy blanket. You grunted at the weight, but Adam seemed to know exactly what he was doing.
“Do you know how lovely you look in my clothes? I wish you wore my shirts more often, you look so good in them, baby.” You opened your mouth to respond, but Faulkner covered it with his palm, and leaned over. “Perfectly fuckable, even.”
Your eyes stretched wide, and you groaned quietly into his hand. Adam seemed to relish the sight of his significant other looking up at him desperately. “Adam…” You muttered around his fingers.
“Where were you yesterday, anyway? I was missing you.”
“I was busy…” you informed him. “I had an appointment.”
“Where are you going today?”
“Well, I had made plans last week to meet up with a friend. You were invited, of course!”
“Reschedule,” Adam advised. “I think you’re gonna miss it.”
You squeaked. “S-Sure. Let me grab my pho-”
Adam pushed you down again. “Oh, no. I don’t think they’ll mind if you inform them afterwards.”
“Um…” You looked at your boyfriend, conflicted. “I want to be with them, too, you know. I’m excited about this trip.”
“When do you have to leave?” Adam’s voice was low and ominous. He started rubbing your stomach again.
“At one…” you whispered.
Adam shrugged, and started to pull the last piece of clothing from your body. He chuckled smugly. “We have plenty of time, dearest. I’ll even treat you to lunch, seeing as you won’t be having breakfast.”
You squished yourself further into the mattress. “Woah…” you said. “You really think so?”
“Ha. I’d bet a million dollars on it. Now lay down and let me fuck you, baby. I’ve been waiting all morning.”
“You don’t even have a million dollars,” you retorted.
“Obviously,” Adam cast one miserable glance around the tattered living room. “If I did, would I be fucking you in this shitty apartment?”
“Probably not…”
“ ‘Probably not’? Definitely not. Baby, I’d spend more money on you than whatever the fuck this is. I’d spend more like… fifty-two thousand dollars, or something. Enough for a suitable place to live and… a wedding. But… I don’t have that either.”
“Awe…” you couldn’t stop the smile from forming on your face. Adam’s words made you really happy. “I don’t care where we live, as long as I’m with you, baby. That’s all that matters to me.”
“Well look at that. You’ve outdone me, sweetie. Here I was planning our future, and all you have to do is remind us of our pleasant reality. I love you, baby.”
You sighed awkwardly..
“Now let’s get on with it, shall we? Don’t want to be late for your hang out.”
“No…”
“Good. Scream extra loud for me, okay? The window’s open.”
You glanced up in alarm, horror filling you. “Uh- What!?” But Adam started messaging you with his hands; rolling them up your stomach and chest, meanwhile his mouth planted firmly on your own.
It was too late to change anything now. Good luck my dear reader. ;)
Let Me Touch You - Adam Stanheight / Reader
Adam Faulkner Stanheight was sitting at the far end of the park, you could see him through the trees, looking rather lonely. You quickened your speed so that you were jogging. Though it was nearly freezing you still pulled your clothes up and went bounding to the bench that Adam was resting in.
When you flopped down, he looked at you. “Y/N!” He said cheerfully. His eyes had lit up when he saw you; he looked very glad to see you.
You beamed at him. “Hello, Adam. What are you doing all by your lonesome?”
Adam leaned back against the wet, icy, bench back. “Nothing. I wasn’t sure if I should bother you or not.”
You raised an eyebrow at him, and scoffed. “Like I would be bothered by my boyfriend visiting me on Valentine’s Day.”
Adam frowned. “I thought you had something to do today…”
“Like what, hanging out with you? My schedule’s empty. Come on, let’s go for a walk.”
Adam stood up eagerly. “Okay. I’d love to.”
You laced your fingers in with Adam’s and started the long trek around the one mile park. Adam leaned in close and whispered, “Well thank you for coming to find me. I would have been sitting there all day.”
“Wow. Don’t be so low-spirited,” you encouraged. “No need to think like that, you’ll only disappoint yourself.”
“Sorry. It’s kinda hard after… um… everything…”
You sighed sympathetically. “I know. It’s going to be okay. You don’t have to worry about it. We’ll be together through it all.”
Adam wrapped an arm around your waist. You walked for a couple more minutes until you found a little tea shop that looked warm. Since it had started to rain, you both decided to take shelter inside. It was a smart decision because as soon as your feet touched the welcome mat it started pouring down outside, covering everything in a thick layer of water.
You walked up to the counter with Adam in tow. There were plenty of varieties, but the one you wanted was in the middle somewhere. The cute barista took your order. You had ordered (favorite tea.) Adam ordered the same thing and you both found a place in the back to sit quietly together.
“I just love the flavor of that tea,” Adam said as he sat down beside you.
“Me too. I get it every time.” You smiled.
“You look gorgeous, by the way,” Adam told you abruptly. “Did you know that is my favorite outfit on you?”
Your eyes stretched wide in surprise. “Oh… I did not. Thank you very much.”
Adam’s eyes traveled down your body, taking in your curves and abs. You felt special as he observed you. You were HIS prized possession.
A waiter came up to you with your drinks. Each of you took a cup and started blowing into it. The smoke rising scattered dramatically, like a phantom running from water. You could smell the ripe scents of its ingredients. You took a sip gently. It burned your tongue but it was worth it to feel the warmth go down your throat and warm you up from within. You sighed out contentedly.
Adam lowered his head to yours. “I don’t think I even need the tea…” he confessed. “You’re hot enough.” He gave you a wink, appearing rather proud of himself for the pickup line.
You shoved him with your shoulder. “Oh shut up. I can’t be hotter than the tea.”
“You might be surprised,” Adam said quickly.
“If you think I’M hot, then you should go look at yourself. You pull it off so much better than I do.”
Adam scoffed. “No. You’re just being nice.”
“Of course not. Do you think I’d lie to you?”
“No!” Adam admitted adamantly.
“Good. How’s the tea?”
“Hot… But I like it. It’s perfect for this weather.”
“It sure is,” you agreed. “Just how I like it.”
You looked back into your tea, just letting the fog keep your face warm, and Adam took the advantage. In your moment of bliss and unsuspicion you felt something climb down your sensitive body, all the way from your waist to your inner thigh. You brought your face up again. Adam was looking at you seriously. “How's Valentine's Day going?” You asked him.
“It’s going great now that I’m with you,” Adam responded sincerely. “I don’t know what I’d do without such an amazing person!”
You blushed and looked into your lap. “Oh… I’m sure you’d make it.”
“Ha. Maybe I would, but barely. I need you in my life.” Adam moved his hand up and down along your left thigh. You pretended not to notice. Instead, you just finished up your tea and leaned back. It was still horribly raining outside, but at least the sun was out now.
You were pulled in close unexpectedly by Adam. You looked up at him. “What’s up?”
“Nothing.”
You pulled away from him, and Adam took one last drink from his cup. You said, “Are you ready to go back out? It’s getting kinda hot in here.”
“Sure.” He gave you his coat. “Just take this, though. I don’t want you to get too wet out there.”
You gave it back to him. “No. I don’t want you to be cold. We all know how you are when you get cold.”
“Alright,” Adam reluctantly took the coat back. “But only because you want me to.”
You ruffled his hair. “I love you.”
“Love you, too.”
Adam tried to take your hand, but you had other ideas. You pulled it away from him and went racing for the door excitedly. “Come on, Adam! Hurry up, we gotta get out there before the rain lets up.”
“You WANT to go out in the rain?” Adam wondered miserably.
“Duh!” You exclaimed. “The rain is awesome! Come on, let’s go.”
Adam came up behind you, trying to snake his arm around your waist. Unfortunately, you could feel his attempt, and you pulled away from him. You spun around to face your boyfriend, who had on a look of dissatisfaction. He strolled up to you hesitantly. “Where are we going now?”
You shrugged. “Hmmm. We could go back home?”
Adam nodded. “If you want. But, there’s a bakery not far from here. I can’t imagine you turning that down.”
You thought for a minute then realized it would still work out in your plans. “Okay. If you can wait that long.”
“What do you mean by THAT?”
You shrugged. “Oh… I could mean many things by that…”
“That doesn’t answer my question,” Adam pointed out.
You darted off, and Adam had to chase after you. “What the hell are you doing? You do know I didn’t sleep well last night, right?”
You stopped and glanced over your shoulder. “What was that? I can’t hear you over the rain.”
Adam looked around miserably, then huffed. He ran to catch up to you. “I said, I didn’t sleep well. So can we please just stick to walking?”
You raised an eyebrow. “Sure you can, if you want to be left behind.” You gave him a playful wink.
Adam groaned. “What’s gotten into you?”
“You’ve got enough energy, baby,” you predicted. “Just run with me.”
“Okay,” Adam mumbled. “Perhaps I have… some.” He reached out an arm to lay it on your shoulders. You allowed it to brush you before grabbing Adam’s hand and racing off across the park. Adam stumbled after you, and nearly fell over.
You caught him. “Woah. Come on, get your head in the game, or have you forgotten how to run?”
“N-No…” Adam stammered awkwardly. “I… just… It was a messy start.” He let go of your hand, which allowed him to run with you instead of behind you. He grinned at you. “Maybe you were right.”
“Of course I was. I’m always right,” you joked.
Adam shook his head. “Now stop that. You’re not supposed to AGREE.”
You shrugged at him. “Whoops,” you said carelessly.
“Hey!” Adam grabbed your arm, pulling you back. You fell into him, and he hugged you so tightly that your arms were pinned to your sides. He looked at you from over your head. “Stop avoiding me, damn it!” He snapped. “Don’t act like I’ve not been noticing.”
You gave him your most innocent face. “Well, I don’t believe I have.”
“Don’t give me that shit! You know what you’ve been doing.” There was a glint of desperation in his eyes, but also enjoyment.
Yeah, You thought incredulously. You’re definitely not having the time of your life.
“Stop pretending you don’t like it,” you retorted.
“Come on, my dearest. I think you’ve gotten a little confused. Take it down a notch.”
You fought in his grasp. “Nah. I don’t think so, babe,” you remarked sarcastically.
You swung your legs back and forth. Your intentions were harmless, of course; all you were trying to do was shift the weight from back to front so that Adam would fall over, hence releasing you from his grip. But… you may have gotten a little too rough. In the end, Adam did end up falling down but not for the correct reasons…
You stumbled away from him. “Oww…” Adam grumbled. “I wasn’t trying to KIDNAP you, relax!”
You knelt down next to him. “Sorry…” you whispered, feeling a little embarrassed. “I didn’t mean to… hurt you…”
Adam tilted his head at you and gave you a bewildered look. “What did you THINK was going to happen kicking your legs between mine?”
You glanced at the grass awkwardly. “I was trying to unbalance you.”
Adam sat up finally, laughing a little. “Well, it worked, didn’t it?”
You looked up at him sadly. “Sorry,” you whispered again.
“It’s okay, I suppose,” he teased with a smile.
You tackled him to the ground. “ ‘Suppose’? What do you want me to do? Get some Tylenol? I’ve got some, I think, in my purse,” you wailed wittily.
Adam leaned his head back into the wet grass and gazed up at his partner. “No. I’m good now.” He was smiling slightly.
The rain was still coming down hard. It crashed down all around the both of you, smothering you and your boyfriend in water. It trickled down your hair and face, and got into your eyes and nose. Adam wasn’t having a better time. His hair was plastered to his head, his clothes were glued to his thin body. You loved being able to see his form around his clothes. “I love seeing you like this,” you informed him.
Adam raised his eyebrows at you. “Why? Do I look better after I’ve been thoroughly drenched by the rain?”
“I mean…” You trailed off.
Your reply was enough for Adam to get the idea. He grabbed your neck and pulled you down. “Now tell me why the fuck you’re not letting me hold you.”
You smirked at him. “Awwwe. Is it getting to you, baby? It was your idea to go to the bakery.”
Adam nodded gradually. “So that’s what you meant. I see. I see your little cleverness. Well, I don’t think I should let you get too out of hand. Maybe we should go home and fix this?”
“I’m not the one who needs fixing.”
“Oh? And why’s that? You ARE the one acting out.”
You cast him a condescending frown. You didn’t answer his question directly. All you gave him was a simple, curt, response. “I’m also not the one who thought they were all alone on Valentine’s Day.”
Adam opened his mouth in fake hurt. He looked at you, pretending to be offended. “I can’t even believe you would say that. I was trying to be NICE.”
“Silly goose, even if I was hanging out with the family, I would have still loved to see you anyway. Even a call wouldn’t have hurt. But no, you just decided my family business was too important. More important.”
“Well- I- er… I never said that…” Adam glanced away self-consciously.
“More important than VALENTINE’S DAY?” You continued. “More important than ME? More important than US?”
Adam squirmed under you. “N-No… That… isn’t how- I just meant- I wasn’t saying it like THAT!”
You got to your feet, and bent down to help him up as well. He took your hand shyly. “Just… stop avoiding me… I love you…”
I love you, too, you little rascal. But understand that you don’t need to worry about what I think of you.
“Oh Adam,” You said out loud. “I love you more than you can imagine.”
“Show me…” Adam requested.
You let out a low laugh. “You don’t want me to.”
“Yes, I do.”
“Alright. If you so insist.”
Carefully, you put your mouth to Adam’s. You started to kiss him lightly. Your lips not giving him all that you could. You wanted him to WANT you. You shoved your hands up his shirt, messaging him, and climbing his stomach up to his chest. Your hands made… a couple of detours...
Adam pulled away. “What the fuck is this? I told you to SHOW me, not CODDLE me.”
You looked around. “I mean… I could fuck you right here, in front of the strip mall. Is that what you want?”
Adam bit his bottom lip anxiously. “That… wasn’t what I had in mind, no…”
You raised a scornful eyebrow at him. “Okay then. Now do you want to go home?”
Adam laughed awkwardly, but didn’t give you an outright answer. “Well, you see… The thing is… The bakery will always be here for us to go to tomorrow.”
You headed back the way you had come. “Alrighty. Race me?”
“Shit, baby. You know I didn’t sleep well.”
“Then let me take care of you. You can sleep for the rest of the day after that.”
“Oh…” Adam murmured. “Your way with words is… arousing…”
“One more reason to hurry then, right? So what do you say about racing me?”
“Oh, definitely. I’m up for that.”
You shook your head. “Instantly changed your mind?”
Adam sidestepped up to you. “Well,” he drawled. “I love you…”
“I love you, too, Adam.”
Adam beamed at you, adoration was shimmering in his eyes brilliantly. “Okay. So, when we get home-”
You took off running across the grass. “Catch me, Adam, baby. Or do you want me to do myself?”
Adam ran after you. “No. I’m coming!”
“Yeah.” Your voice dropped. “Yeah baby. You will be.”
And Adam nearly tripped over his own feet. This year’s Valentine’s Day was going smoothly. Neither of you could wait to get back to the apartment, but Adam was especially titillated. And you could already tell; it was all you needed to get yourself worked up.
What now? You wondered. Hmm. I guess we’ll see when we get home, but which one should come first? The strip tease or the dirty talk?

“I love you,” you mumbled, scared of the outcome.
“Now that was evident.” A chuckle.
“You don’t understand,” you tried to further explain.
“Sure I do. You’d give up everything for me. That’s sweet, because I’ve done nothing to deserve it. Now lay down on the bed. Let me show you what you mean to me. More than ‘I love you’.”
Your body stretched out over the bed vulnerably. “I don’t know what you’re gonna do to me.” Your voice broke anxiously, expressing your feelings.
“Perfect…” whispered like the soft crackling of the fire. “It’s better if I have the element of surprise. Now close your eyes, dearest, don’t let me frighten you.”
Cool chills going up soft skin, almost like bones clattering to the floor of the abandoned temple; so lonely and secretive. “I’m sorry…”
Brown eyes slid up the body in front of him. “For what?” Voice was low, almost threatening, making the other being shiver. “For having a life?”
“I didn’t want to leave you alone on the anniversary of… Never mind…But I got caught up with taking my cat/dog to the vet. It was a long day for both of us.”
Shoulders were pushed straight back into the mattress. It felt squishy and rough. Closer, you wanted closer. “I don’t…” Silence.
“Adam?”
“It’s okay. I understand your reasons. I do wish you had been there though.”
“That’s why I’m sorry.”
“Why? Your pet didn’t realize yesterday was important.”
Adam leaned way over you in the darkness. The only things that told you he was there was his body heat and the pressure of his body on yours. You gave way under him, rolling your head back into the pillows and relaxing entirely. You grunted desperately.
Adam’s hands traveled your entire body, making sure not to leave any place untouched. His lips were practically like a soothing message for your mouth. You closed your eyes, and enjoyed it.
Adam straddled you promptly, gazing down at you through the darkness. “Besides, I could have come to your place, but I didn’t… So… stupid on my part. I thought I told you to relax?”
There was a fight of relaxation and stiffness that occurred between the muscles and the brain. “I just want you to fuck me… That’s all I want right now…”
An amused laugh echoed around the pitch black room. “I wondered…” sarcasm. “You want me, definitely. That much was obvious. But I don’t think I want to give you that just yet. You could use some ripening up.”
“Sure… You’re the boss.”
“Good. I’m glad we’re in agreement.”
More messaging of the lips.
More hand-exploration of the body.
More tingles and good feelings.
“Shit, Adam…”
“Did I say you could speak?”
Alarmed, but still aware you choked out, “W-Well no but…” Hesitance. “But I love you…”
Adam caressed your cheeks, and fingered your bottom lip. “Say it louder.” He lifted your chin up.
“I love you…” You whimpered slightly louder than that of the first time.
“Pathetic, really.”
You thrashed under him. “I said I love you!”
“Better. But next time let it be the first time.”
“Right.”
Adam started to pound you into the mattress. “Let’s just make this quick, huh? It’s late and you have things to do tomorrow, yeah?”
“I can cancel them…”
Adam scoffed. “I thought the whole point was that you weren’t supposed to do that.”
“I’m not…”
A whole bunch of feelings mixed together, making it hard to breathe. All you could do was lay there and let Adam have his way with you. But his teasing had been a hellofa ride, and now you didn’t have a chance at lasting very long, and unfortunately the ‘rising action’ was over, now it was time for the ‘climax’. You screamed.
“Oh what’s the matter?” Adam pretended not to understand. You loved that. He laughed. “Too much?”
There was only silence in response. Gasping and heaving were mixed in with Adam’s quiet moans. An effort was put into staying awake, which was all for naught. Sleep won the battle anyway, and Adam was left to finish himself. You would be paying for THAT in the morning. You knew that well enough, or at least you WOULD have known, if you were still awake.

Rainy days were the worst days, but sometimes they could be the best, too. Mostly, they were terrible and cold and wet and filthy, but today was an exception. You sat in front of the big cozy fireplace that was located at the center of the cafe. This place was special because you’d met Adam Faulkner Stanheight here for the very first time. It felt like such a long time ago now, but it had only been six months. You’d hit it off pretty well with the man, in fact it had become a weekly activity to meet at this place, after work, on Friday. Your time spent with Adam took your mind off the crappy weather outside. You loved that.
Stanheight came bouncing in through the glass, double doors, shaking his umbrella. He looked mostly dry… He’d warm up in no time standing by the fire. But you did feel bad for him, seeing as he had to walk most of the way in the rain. That was his choice, though. He didn’t want to take the bus, he preferred walking.
Adam saw you eyeing him from across the room. He folded his umbrella and struck a pose. You covered your mouth daintily with your hand, smiling a little bit in amusement. He crossed over to you and sat in front of the fire. “How’re you, lovely?” He winked.
You giggled, feeling shy and fuzzy at the same time. “I’m good. How are you, Adam?”
“Swell,” He said smugly. “But I’m much better when I’m with you.”
You blushed brightly, and glanced away from his eyes. You got all fidgety when Adam was around. “That’s so nice of you.”
“Is it?” Adam asked, as he leaned back against the couch, and looked at you. He gestured you over with his hand. “Come here, darling. What are you doing by yourself?”
You crawled over him and laid down with your head in his lap. You felt warm and content. Your heart was like a panicked butterfly in a cage, slamming its wings painfully into the bars, trying to burst free. It made you dizzy, but you held on to sanity for just a little longer. You breathed steadily, keeping your nerves calm, forcing yourself not to dive out of the pressuring moment. You felt good. “You’re so warm, Adam,” you said softly.
Adam looked down at you lovingly, a small smile on his lips. “So are you. You’ve been sitting by the fire for a while, haven’t you?”
You nodded, your hair poofing itself around your head at the motion. Adam stroked his fingers through your hair compassionately. “Mmh, you’re pretty, do you know that?”
Surprised, you met his gaze. From this angle the overhead light cast a shadow on Adam’s face. For him, the overhead light cast a glow to your face. Shadows surrounded your face, corrupting your hair and neck. “Thank you. You’re too.”
“Not nearly as good looking as you.”
You sat up finally, your throat feeling dry. “Hey… Um… I’m going to get something to drink. You want something?”
Adam considered you for a short minute, then said, “I guess I could use a glass of water; I haven’t had anything to drink since this morning. But just so you know, there’s something else I’d rather have in my mouth right now.”
“W-What would that be?” You asked dumbly, you wanted to make sure you understood correctly. Adam only tilted his head up at you in reply, but said nothing else. “I’ll just get you that water…” you decided nervously.
Adam watched you leave while a wry smile crept up on his face. He’d just take this moment to check you out. Your body was stunning.
Coming up to the counter, you ordered two waters. Now that you weren’t so close to your love interest, you were able to think clearly again. The brain fog was lifting like a cloud after a thunderstorm. Sun was shining through now, making it easier to see.
“Y/N! Y/N! Will you please move forward? You’re blocking the line!”
You shook yourself out of your trance, and looked around frantically. The barista was glaring at you over his glasses. You hurried out of the way to grab your orders, apologizing repeatedly. You felt awkward now. You headed back towards Adam hesitantly. While you did enjoy spending time with him, it took up a lot of your social battery and made it difficult to keep up. But… in all honesty, you needed this. Adam made you feel an assortment of good things, you didn’t really want to leave yet.
You placed one of the glasses down on the end table for Adam, and then you started to gulp the water from your own glass. The coolness trickled down your throat and helped you to regain yourself. You set the glass down hard on the table, half of the water gone from your glass already.
Adam raised his eyebrows, seemingly impressed. “Better?” He inquired.
“Yeah…” you admitted self-consciously.
“I believe it,” Adam murmured in awe, and then he stood up. He cupped your cheeks suddenly with both hands, making you squirm. He pressed his body against yours. “Remember when I said you were pretty?” He lowered his head to yours slowly.
You tilted your head to the side. “Y-Yeah?” Your voice wavered a little. The close proximity made your heart stutter. Your breath sounded too loud in your head.
“Well, I think I was wrong…” He said casually. His lips were almost touching yours now. “You’re gorgeous.”
You squealed audibly. It was an accident, but Adam’s words made you woozy. So much so in fact that you couldn’t hide it. “Oh wow…” You breathed out. “W-What do I even say t-to that?”
“You don’t have to say anything, darling.” His hands trailed down your neck so lightly it left tingles on your skin. They went past your collarbones, past your chest and over your diaphragm. You were forced to lean into him because your back and knees felt weak. He had never done anything like THIS before. What was he doing? Where was this leading to? Somehow you wanted more though. Lucky for you, this wasn’t about to be ending soon.
“Woah? You like that?” He whispered into your ear.
You shivered against him. “Oh yeah.”
“Nice.” Adam began to bring his hands back up, only this time he went under your shirt. His hands skimmed your stomach and some of your more sensitive parts as well. You buried your face into his shoulder, letting out a couple of moans. His shirt was soft and silky on your face.
“Which do you prefer?” He asked, sliding his hands back out. Your skin felt cold and empty where he had been touching you. You pulled back, trying to bring yourself back to the present. “Hands under or over?” Adam lifted your chin up with his pointer finger. You gazed at him like a lost puppy.
At your silence, Adam dropped his head down and pressed his lips to yours. You were stunned. It was the most beautiful thing you’d ever experienced in your entire life. It was like flying. It felt like wind in your mind, easing you, gratifying you, wooing you.
And damn, did Adam Faulkner know what he was doing. It was impossible something so good could exist. The way he bit your lip. The way he let his mouth wander. The way he kept pushing harder on your lips. It was dizzying.
Adam sank down on the couch again, keeping his mouth on yours. He pulled you after him. You straddled him and wrapped your arms around his neck. Adam let his hands explore the lower half of your body. You shuttered at the teasing sensations.
You were a mess by the time Adam withdrew. You gasped into his mouth desperately, your mind racing. You could hardly think! All you were aware of were the trembling in your lips and the stress building in your body.
Holy shit! Call that sexual tension!
You leaned against Adam, trying to get in some relaxation because you were worn out. It amazed you how something so idle could make you feel so out of energy. But damn it was definitely worth it. Adam pinned you against his chest, murmuring quietly in your ear. “That was fun… Maybe we should do it more?”
You hadn’t realized till now just how much you TRULY liked this man. You nodded your head slowly, breathing in Adam’s scent. “Perhaps,” you whispered.
“ ‘Perhaps’? Why be so vague? Do you or don’t you want me?”
“I do!” You exclaimed. “I never knew I could feel so many things for one person.”
“Welcome to the club,” Adam replied heartwarmingly.
You looked up at him once you got your strength again. His brown eyes were so perfect. It was like they glowed in the dimness. They shone with fondness as he gazed down at you. Something inside your heart felt whole. You didn’t quite know how to explain it… Or did you?
That feeling of wholeness, it was like you had been without it for a long time. Like a dusty glass being taken down from the shelf after a long hibernation. For once, it was being filled again with something warm and enjoyable… something called LOVE…
You stared into each other’s eyes for a few minutes, until you remembered your dog/cat at home. Immediately you scanned the room for some kind of clock. There, above the menu! Eight fifteen P.M.
You fumbled in your pockets for your phone, when Adam put his hands on yours. “Are you okay?”
You kept your gaze on your lap, for the fear of being captivated by him once again. “Oh, yes. I’m alright. I just remembered that I have to feed my pet! Sometimes they like to go outside, but if they do, then I always go with them.”
“We stayed longer, didn’t we?” Adam asked you.
“Y-Yeah…” You murmured. “Quite. But I enjoyed it!”
So did I.”
“Want to meet up again next week?”
“Why even ask at this point?” Adam wondered casually. “We both know we’re going to be coming back here next week.”
You blushed. “Yeah. You’re right…”
Adam clasped your hands in his. His palms were soft and smooth. He leaned his head in towards yours again. In a lustful bliss, Adam began kissing you again. His hands skimmed up your body.
We’re kissing again! The thought ran through your mind so fast you could barely comprehend it. Oh my god, what do I do? I can’t get caught up but… It’s so good!
Adam pulled away slightly so you could get some air. Only one gasp, then his lips were at it again. Time was ticking away, and you could practically hear it.
Eight eighteen.
More kissing and grabbing.
Eight nineteen.
Air.
Eight twenty.
Kissing.
Eight twenty one.
Hands in hair.
Eight twenty two.
Eight twenty three.
Eight twenty four.
Eight twenty five.
And then… finally, it was eight thirty.
After another, impassioned kissing session, you broke away at last. Your head was foggy and hot. You stumbled back. Swallowing nervously, you said, “I’d say that’s a goodbye kiss, for sure.”
“It doesn’t have to be…” Adam murmured in your ear.
You shivered. “What do you have in mind?”
“We know each other well enough. Would you let me stay the night?”
You stared up at him in awe. “S-Stay with me?”
“Why not? You said you have to take care of your pets. So let’s go.”
You led Adam out of the cafe, suddenly realizing the… problem you had going on ‘downstairs’
Oh, shit… you thought to yourself miserably. What am I going to do about THAT!? Fuck, I don’t even have a place for Adam-
A sense of awareness came over you, and you looked back at Adam, as you sat down in the car. Stanheight was sitting next to you in the passenger’s seat. He had invited himself over not to stay the night… He wanted to FUCK you. Why the hell hadn’t you seen it from the beginning? Were you really that deceived?
You grit your teeth. How were you supposed to drive with THAT idea clouding your mind? Grunting, you turned the ignition and started on your way home. You were excited to show Adam your place, if you were being entirely honest. And maybe your ‘places’, too... if you know what I mean?
You wondered what Adam would do first when you got to your apartment. Would he let you feed the dog/cat first or was he going to bang you first? Which one was more important? Would he take you to the bedroom, or was the couch good enough? The more you thought about it, the more excited you became, and it took all your strength to NOT think about it at all. But you were a mess by then and you could barely wait any longer. Well, lucky for you, home wasn’t very far away.
And neither were tonight’s plans.
