Intp Rants - Tumblr Posts
What I’m ranting about
I recently declared this a rant/theory page so here’s some stuff I’ll be able to do.
mbti (not in depth though since im too lazy to research the cognitive functions and that)
Tokyo revengers theories (mainly about ending and what happened in the final arc with the timeline and that)
blue lock theories and rants (about sae, the wild card and stufff that have been left unexplained or just anything about the players potential, character analysis and that)
haikyuu theories and rants (unexplained things, stuff about the ending and final arc as well as character analysis and stuff like that)
might add to the list if I get invested in other anime’s/concepts
requests appreciated (they have to be respectful though)
What happened to sae in Spain?
Anything could’ve happened to the midfielder in Spain but the question is what? Did he face Leonardo Luna and decide it wasn’t worth following his dreams anymore? Did he clash with another really good Spanish striker that made him think he could never reach his level and just gave up? A great many things might have happened but one thing is for sure. Leonardo Luna knows about his existence and his play style (?) meaning sae and Leonardo could have interacted once.
Did Leonardo play a role in the downfall of saes shared dreams with rin?
Why did rin choose isagi
Why did rin choose isagi? It’s something i’ve wondered about for a while . So, why did rin choose puzzle boy instead of the king, the lazy genius, or the red panther? Doesn’t make sense if you ask me. In his first decision he chose bachira instead of nagi or isagi which makes sense since bachira was the play maker and isagi was useless without him while nagi was already handicapped having left reo.
But in their second encounter he chose isagi instead of Barou, nagi, or Chigiri. Chigiri relies mostly on his speed because it’s one of the things that he excels at while Barou is a selfish “king” who only works to achieve goals of his own. He isn’t interested in team work and most definitely isn’t a team player. That cancels out Chigiri and Barou, but why not nagi?
We all know nagi can’t survive on his own because he’s incredibly and painstakingly lazy. He forgets to eat breakfast (it’s canon that isagi used to wake him up to eat) and he refers to anything that involves having to work to as a hassle. That is enough reason for rin to not choose him but rin picks players after seeing which one of them is the best and not judging by how that person acts. So if nagi is better than isagi in play style. Why didn’t he choose him?
Simple. Nagi left reo to be on isagis Team because he wagged to play with isagi. Isagi was basically his drive for playing football at the time because he was the first one to give him the taste of defeat. If isagi wasn’t on the team then the quality of nagi’s play might decrease - putting rins team at a disadvantage. So instead, he gave isagis team a handicap by taking away the player that’s holding everything together. Taking away the player that this team was associated around. Taking away isagi.
There, ladies and gentlemen, is why rin chose isagi.
Earpieces
So we all know that the blue lock boys and the foreign teams wear earpieces to understand each other and we all know that they only translate one language. But the question is, is it translating into one language or is it translating one language.
my personal theory is that it translates into one language. For example, if you have yours set to Japanese, anything you hear will be spoken in Japanese and may or may not make sense depending on the language it’s translating from.
whereas if it only translated one language then that would make it quite confusing but would also make more sense. If it was only translating one language then the opposing teams would - in bastard munchens case - only translate into either German or Japanese. If they choose Japanese then they’ll be able to understand their team mates and some of the opposition but if they choose German, they’ll be able to understand Kaiser and ness’s plan and get a chance at stopping them. But how come isagi was able to understand lavinho and kaiser in the same match?
surely the war pieces only translate into one language instead of translating one language. How else would bachira be listening in on Kaiser and isagis bickering while kaiser was talking in German AND be able to understand when lavinho and his team are talking?
just a theory, but if you’re able to add onto it and make it make a bit more sense I’d appreciate it.
What happened to kunigami in wild card
We know that kunigami went through hell and back in those weeks he was there but we don’t know how. We know that he didn’t want to give up his dream so he entered the passageway but since the manga didn’t give us any hints on what happened, only showing us that he is now more buff than before and can shoot with both legs. It certainly doesn’t help that his personality did a while 180 from how it was before since we're used to the fair play kunigami and not to this….. emo one. So what happened to him that would make him throw away all of his manners and turn into this mannerless dark horse? I think that ego, with his manipulative tactics (we all know he has them) used a way to get into kunigamis head.
Maybe showing him his old teammates from team Z and how they succeeded/failed? Maybe he was shown how naruhaya suffered a disastrous fate because he couldn’t keep up? (I think naruhaya wouldn’t give up on his dream easily and would walk into that wild card door because of his backstory, it’s his only chance after all) maybe a couple other people he knew also walked into that door on the day they left blue lock and so he started to realise, slowly but surely, no one would keep up with him and that he was the only one that could? Making the other players there despise him and stir away from him - thinking that he was narcissistic and only cared about himself?
this could have been the reason of kunigamis change in attitude as he’s always wanted to be the hero but the way these guys are seeing it is as if he’s the villain here and he’s the one in the wrong. He’s the one that isn’t playing fair and that he’s using his physical prowess to his advantage.
I also imagine that ego got some top class soccer player/coach to train them in wild card and he was absolutely RUTHLESS. Often eliminating players if he deemed them not good enough. The coach could’ve had something against kunigami which is probably unlikely cause yknow, it’s kunigami. It would add onto the trauma and bad experience though but, In my eyes at least, it’s quite unlikely.
There’s no telling what actually happened to kunigami in there unless the author himself tells us. (I’m anticipating this day and will be waiting for the chapter to be released)
anyways I just wanted to think of what could’ve happened, feel free to add onto it :)
What happened to kunigami in wild card pt.2
So we know that kunigami was out through the wild card but what about the other players that weren’t chosen? What happened to them? One of them would be Naruhaya as Barou was chosen instead of him so would he have also been at the wild card? Did that contribute in creating emogami?
Just imagine, a now broken kunigami chooses to take the last chance he is granted from ego and walks through the door. Only to find one of his old team mates. He fights against him and the training tires him out so much. The last thing he needs is another emotional challenge. And then - as if on cue - Naruhaya trips. His body no longer being able to keep up with ego’s training. When addressing the problem to ego he dismisses Naruhaya. Eliminating him from blue lock for good. That break kunigami. Making him seethe with anger.
He then realises that he’s the only one that’s barely keeping up with egos regime and that the rest of the people there will - sooner or later - be eliminated. I imagine it to be a sort of survival of the fittest meaning it would possibly go against a lot of kunigamis beliefs about fairness and helping others.
After seeing so many of his acquaintances and friends either leave or turn their backs on him kunigami decides that if they want him to act that way oh so badly - he’ll show them exactly how bad things would be if he really was a bad person. He keeps up this facade through a lot of it but after a while his sense of justice just - fades. And now he’s no longer acting. The ‘facade’ he put on for survival now becomes his default state.
Now he truly is a bad person. On the outside and inside. He keeps up this attitude all throughout the two week break as well and when he goes to Bastard München and sees how everyone else has been doing just fine without him he sours a little more.
To summarise — he is traumatised from the experience of losing his friends and being portrayed in a bad manner in someone’s eyes as he is used to being seen as a hero and even strives to be looked at like one so he just decides to become indifferent and distant as a way to survive and it just sticks.
Again, if you have anything to add onto this theory it is greatly appreciated and you can do so by reblogging or commenting. Please correct me if I got anything wrong.
for those of you wondering, no. I’m not dead. I just have nothing to write about so if you’ve got anything that you’d like me to theorise about then I’m open for anything jjk, blue lock or Tokyo revengers related. Haikyuu too but I haven’t read it in a while.
Nightfalls gonna kill wheeler. (She’s insane)
Yuri isn’t gonna find out about twilight. (He’s oblivious)
And yor is probably grocery shopping with anya. (She’s sulking)
after reading this chapter I don’t think Hiori’s getting subbed in the next two chapters so I’m gonna cry in the corner
It better not be gojover we just got him back
If oliver doesn’t have hawk’s voice actor I’m gonna riot cause they give off the same vibes come on how could they not have the same voice actor?

Life isn’t a play. And you’re not writing the script. So don’t fret when it doesn’t go your way.
“they’re gonna revive gojo”
I say delusionally as I look at the new chapter with delusion holding my phone in my delusional hands as I stare as the screen delusionally.
gege needs to put down that pen istg
so you know that official art that Wakui made of south singing?
Yeah that one. It reminded my friend of that one place that nobita from doraemon went with his friends and she sent me these
And so now I think - even though it’s a very small chance - that wakui did this on purpose and I find it so funny and amazing and cool.
like imagine he used to watch it and loved it and then was like “lets remake that one scene” and he did. Like. That’s so cool.
