It’s weird to think that, in this very moment someone is lying alone on their death bed, balancing between life and death. Someone is reuniting with an old lover tightly wrapped in a warm embrace. Someone is writing a suicide note, pondering different ways to say goodbye. Right in this moment, someone's heart is fluttering from a first kiss and someone's is breaking from a goodbye.~H.C.
If you ever meet someone you can read like a book, just remember, everybody has a chapter they don't read out loud.
This is life. People will screw you over. You'll fight with your family. You'll witness things that will change you forever. You'll blame new lovers for things old lovers did. You'll lose best friends that you thought would always be there. You'll come to realize everyone has a past. You'll cry, laugh, and embarrass yourself. But then you'll find your very own moment where none of that matters; where you can sit back and realize crap happens to the people who can handle it and that this is who you are and that no one should try to change you, including yourself.
Grief, I've learned, is really just love. It's all the love you want to give but cannot. All of that unspent love gathers up in the corners of your eyes, in the lump in your throat, and in that hollow part of your chest. Grief is just love with no place to go.
Something to remember
Life is hard. After all, it kills you.
From the second we are born we start dying, so maybe this isn't life, maybe this is death.
Don't judge people for the choices they make when you don't know the options they had to choose from.

Welcome to society, we hope you enjoy your stay, and please feel free to be yourself, as long as it's in the right way. Make sure to love your body, but not too much or we'll have to tear you down. We'll bully you for smiling, then wonder why you frown. We'll tell you that you're worthless, that you shouldn't make a sound, and then cry with all the others while you're buried in the ground. You can fall in love with anyone, as long as it's who we choose, and we'll let you have your opinions, but please shape them to our views. You're afraid to tell people how you feel because it will destroy them, so you keep it all inside where it destroys you.
How can you say you know me when you've only seen my skin and not the untamed world I hide, the one that's growing deep within. You haven't heard my ribs all creak, behind each plaited vine. Or swum beneath the waterfall that cascades from my eyes, you've not been here long enough to watch a new life start, or find the rundown castle, lying just inside my heart. You haven't climbed the branches that are wrapped around each lung, swaying with the breeze, that comes dancing past my tongue. Don't mark me with your footprints if you plan to leave soon, and only get to know me when my plants are in bloom. Because the birdsong might be pretty but it's not for you they sing, and if you think my winter is cold then you don't deserve my spring.~e.h.
It's so strange that Autumn is so beautiful yet everything is dying.
I realized today that I have stopped living life. I am literally just trying to get to the next day, just living in the thought of tomorrow. I'm not living, I'm waiting, and the trouble is I don't know what exactly I'm waiting for. I'm actually kind of scared for what it might be. ~evfh
There are moments that mark your life; moments when you realize nothing will ever be the same and everything else is divided into two parts: BEFORE this and AFTER this.
Shout out to all the kids who aren't good at what they're passionate about, and who aren't passionate about what they're good at.

I used to think that love made everything better, I've since found out that it makes people jump off Bridges and swallow pills because some people would rather die than live with a broken heart.
