what do red pandas even do

OG! Cale makes the deal with the GoD but instead of transmigrating to Korea, he becomes KRS! Cale's subconscious.

He's always awake, he can see and hear everything in KRS! Cale's body. He can also see KRS's dreams and nightmares, he has access to all the powers (including the Earth abilities.)

KRS already has good instincts but mixed with Cale's war honed abilities, nothing is getting past them. Especially because Cale is a very active subconscious.

I love exploring og cale's backstory cause there's practically NOTHING in canon and everything in canon could be a lie??

Like half of the knowledge we get is from og cale himself but he did fake being trash for most of his life so what's to say he isn't lying about whatever he does say

And this is disregarding the fact that we have only 2 chapters of content??

Ergo, I have complete autonomy and that's insane??

OG! Cale @ TBOAH: Call me Jesus fucking Christ because I died for your sins.

I know that KRS is a force of nature and that he's objectively terrifying but maybe it's because of the exposure to his internal monologue but I've always thought of him as less scary than OG! Cale.

Like, in my mind, OG! Cale is ominous and inspires unease in a way that KRS just...can't. He's scary but not in the subtle way that makes your skin crawl but in a more outward way, if that makes sense.

Many times in fics, OG! Cale is described as a small puppy who tries and fails to be scary. I wonder if that's by design though because given his exceptional acting ability, he can do anything he puts his mind to.

I am a firm believer that if OG! Cale genuinely wants you to be scared, you will be scared, regardless of who or what you are.

I really want a Twin AU with regressor Cale who does not have the energy to keep up the facade of trash that he so wonderfully performed in his younger years because war tires a man out, he's old and done with people's bs, not to mention that now he has a twin whom he needs to conspire with to save the world.

Keeping up an act is tiring and Cale is no longer the smiley and sweet person he was as a child. He is kind and he is empathetic to a painful extent but he's subdued.

Idk, just talking, will explain later more, maybe probably not.

I really like the fact that the vagueness and mystery of OG! Cale's canonical character leaves lots of room for interpretation. Like, there's many versions 'og!Cale' in the tcf fandom and I can look at them, note the consistent commonalities and the differences, and go: yes, this is nice.

I think since most OG! Cale fics are written from his POV (the ones that I've read at least) with a few lines from other characters sprinkled in, you don't really encapsulate that mysterious vibe.

It'd be cool if we got a fic that's either a Twin AU, Roksu or the Soos transmigrate together or even a TBOAH AU that have OG! Cale as the or one of the main character but it's written entirely from another person's POV and we rarely get a peek into his mind. You get that vibe sometimes in stories but it's very brief before we switch to the main perspective again.

OG! Cale, in my eyes, is a deeply kind and empathetic person who forces distance that he doesn't want between himself and the world around him for a multitude of reasons. He's gentle and sweet but he's terrifying and you never know what he's thinking if he doesn't want you too.

I would love to see a completely outside perspective on him and his actions. Through that distant, dreamy sort of lens that you sometimes get when people write Cale from Basen and Lily's POV.

Baby Cale staying strong for his father at his mother's funeral then breaking down and sobbing at her grave when nobody is looking.

OG! Cale as the GoD's saint but instead of a saint and patron relationship, they are business partners bound by an eternal contract.

They are Friends and Cale is fond of GoD in an exasperated, amused sort of way. GoD gets bullied by his Saint/friend/business partner. Cale thinks the way he squirms and stutters is funny.

"He's incredibly pathetic, I think it's adorable." -Cale, when questioned by Cage and KRS on why he accepted the position of Saint.

GoD is a wet cat.

Cale is the baddie who liked him enough to keep him around.

I HAVE AN IDEA

OG! Cale dies when Choi Han beats him up and reincarnates in Korea. Not as KRS but as himself, a half-korean half-french dude who looks almost identical to his past life's self except his hair is brown. Like his dad's.

He's still four years older than KRS and he grows up in a normal family. Not super rich but financially stable and comfortable.

He ends up becoming a popular soloist Idol with the stage name 'Cale' and he dyes his hair blood-red, a look which becomes iconic to him.

Cale does not remember his past life. Yet.

The apocalypse happens and Cale gets injured, almost dies and regains his memories.

Fast forward, Cale meets Roksu at the company (post Soos death). At first, Roksu tries to push him away but it's for naught as they end up becoming friends anyway.

Their day off arrives and the two find the TBOAH novel. Cale winces at his appearance in the novel.

Read till fifth volume, they both fall asleep.

Cale wakes up pre his beating in his 18 yo body. Roksu transmigrates as himself but in a younger body (28).

Shenanigans ensue.

OG! Cale, gesturing to Kim Roksu: This is my.... actually, what are you?

Kim Roksu, gently placing a scarred hand on Cale's arm: Your future trophy husband.

I like to imagine Jour with curly red hair and Deruth's hair shape(ig??) reminds me a lot about Cale.

Cale got the red color from his mom and the hair texture from his dad.

Design HCs and stuff, I’m still learning how to draw noses and stuff but Deruth, Lily, and Cale all have high nose bridges that’s what I meant by nose shape

The extra stuff is just like design distinctions that wouldn’t be super obvious in a more detailed style buuut yeah

And the creepy smile is a Thames trait, they all have a scary smile I think it’s unavoidable if ur a Thames

Otome game AU except OG! Cale becomes self-aware Monika style and learns how to hack his world.

Cale notes that he's the game's favorite punching bag, as every ending ends up with him dead or exiled or some shit.

He pushed down the ache he felt but oh well.

"Huh, so that's why that girl is so weird, she's an otome protagonist."

Cale breaks free from his script and decides to do whatever he wants, this causes the AI around him to freak out and glitch. Cale sees that every day is monotonous and everyone has shallow personalities. He is sort of losing his mind.

One day, Roksu finds the game for cheap and decides to play it.

Cale immediately notices his presence and desperate to talk to someone actually sentient like him, accidentally changes the whole story and causes the game to glitch out.

He looks past the player vessel's plain exterior, she's nothing to him, and notes the reddish-brown appearance of her eyes which were previously dark brown.

Cale replaces the mls in most major cutscenes and quickly becomes Roksu's favorite. Whenever the game tries to force his interaction with a ml, he just turns back to Cale.

Cale starts to develop feelings for Roksu.

Roksu is conflicted about how attached he is to Cale.

The next time Roksu logs out, Cale updates the game and puts his whole video game life story in the update logs for Roksu to read.

AU where Cale has incredibly curly red hair. Like, Merida from Brave curly and uncontrollable.

When it was OG!Cale, he used so many fucking products to control it, so the general populace thought it was straight hair.

But when Rok Soo take's Cale's body, he doesn't bother to try to cut it or keep it controlled.

So it's just this uncontrollable bouncing mass of red locks, getting longer and longer, and Hans and Ron are crying internal tears, because the Young Master won't take care of it, so if they want it to look presentable then they have to do two hours of work every day on his hair alone before the Young Master goes out.

Just imagine it. Cale Henituse, waltzing into a huge meeting with a lot of important people, but Ron wasn't able to get to him in time to force his hair into something presentable.

So it's like that gif. Just. Uncontrolled chaos.

You guys ever think about how funny it is that the whole reason why Cale did not have try at all to impersonate the original Cale, was because no one actually knew anything about him, despite the fact that everybody knew about him? On an international scale, even??

Cale: (doing an absolutely terrible job at being trash) Everybody else: That doesn't sound right, but I don't know enough about Cale Henituse to dispute it

You ever reading an OG! AlbeCale fic and they meet when they're younger and you're violently reminded that they have a five year age gap.

This is not to bash on anyone or throw shade because frankly, that's stupid and I would be hypocritical because I have read those 'problematic' fics where they meet and fall for each other when Cale's under 18 and Alberu's a legal adult.

I honestly just think it's really funny, legit muttering "your highness, that's a minor" under my breath as I continue reading.
