Drawing of sweet girl Melora. Kind of a coloring practice, kind of a test to get myself used to her proportions a little bit further. I’m trying to figure out how to draw the darn rosary because there’s NO way I’m animating all those beads.
Fun fact! Melora is from the State of Mexico, while Augusto’s origin is unknown. I thought of this funny scenario to further show the way their interactions usually go.

14 year old Melora. Slightly more developed than her peers for her age. Not a remarkable performance in anything, at least not as far as her school is concerned. Kind of.

The awareness ribbons represent each of their most prominent illnesses. Not saying which of them they are, but you can kind of give yourself an idea of which could they be.
Noamí and Melora are disabled teens. We should treat young disabled people with more dignity. Never be ashamed of being disabled.
Art about Melora and her cousin Fatima. They’re heading back home together, since Melora is on a visit to the State of Mexico. They’re not particularly close, but Melora is the only one who reacts with genuine concern and disbelief to her cousin’s problems with her classmates.
Melora looks older than Fatima in this drawing because there’s like two years between each other (they’re one school year apart because birthdays are a weird thing) and they’re still molting their fledgeling feathers for their juvenile ones. Melora has molted waaay more feathers for obvious reasons, so that’s that.
