It just hit me…
Do you know how Deku got last in Aizawa’s first test crap?
I’ve been lying down, trying to wrap my head around how Mineta, MINETA scored higher than Deku.
Granted, Deku was doing the tests quirkless but think about it! HE JUST SPENT THE LAST YEAR WORKING OUT!
Izuku literally cleaned the beach, quirkless and with no prior training. The crap he picked up, carried, ran with would’ve made some of the people in 1A break their backs. Only a select few I can see that can do it in that class quirkless.
And Sticky balls can only get you SO FAR. Not like it would do him any favors in the ball-throw, the one Izuku bested everyone in. So, how did Mineta score higher?
It’s simple.
He didn’t. I don’t need to see all of the tests, I can do you that he didn’t. “But why did he come in last?” Aizawa put him there. The entire episode is him shitting on Deku.
He can’t control his quirk. He’s reckless. A liability. Knocked himself out with one punch. Yada yada yada.
And hell, besides Deku’s main character plot armor, I think his demonstration of control and his sass got him to stay in that class.
Guys I'm tired of pretending I hate mineta. If he wasn't the pervert he is he'd even be my favorite character. Like he's actually so funny, I wish he was just a comic relief character instead of a perv 💔💔

As for why, idek lol. He's just 👌👌👌
He's got a nice personality, neat quirk, great hero suit, AWESOME colour scheme. The show does him dirty tho

However, I think the main reason why he's my fav is cuz of @peterokii (Sorry for tagging you). He does sero RIGHT. Pls check him out if you haven't

Now, least fav character. Min*ta is a piece of shit. But EXCLUDING HIM, likely Satou. I just hate him. He looks stupid, he has a stupid quirk, and a fucking atrocious hero suit. Even his first name (Rikidou) sounds like "ridiculous", which is what his whole character is
Ik there are people who genuinely like his character, and to them I'm sorry that they have bad taste that I can't bring myself to like him
