Oddworld species idea: creature whose mothers lay their eggs among Mudokon egg clutches like how Cuckoos and other parasitic birds lay thier eggs in bird nests. the young superficially resemble Mudokons in their baby/adolescent/teenage stage until adulthood where they metamorphisize into a far larger, stronger and more messed up looking creature.

This was mostly me doing this based on like- what if they were designed more so like characters I'd make!! so I added my own magic to it while also taking my own head canons into it!

This is actually so unbelievably helpful thank you so much op, this would’ve been a lifesaver when I was trying to draw Gortash for the first time and trying to make it as accurate as I could, but Alas it was a struggle with limited refs. This is gonna be sooo helpful for future drawings 😭🫶💕‼️
