They seem very similar to me, except proshippers usually claim that they only like problematic (incest, rape, pedophilic) content but claim to not support it (where as radqueers both like it and support it).

interesting to see someone asking things genuinely so i'll try to explain it the best i can.

proship has to do with fiction. it is about fictional characters and stories. they support things like incest and noncon (using the word noncon instead of rape because we are talking about fiction, mind you) but purely in a fictional manner. they dont care what other people ship or anything of the sorts, as long as the person does not condone those sorts of things irl.

regarding radqueers, please note that as an anti rq i am indeed biased but i'll attempt to give a neutral-ish opinion. radqueers arent limited to fiction. ofc, not all of them are ok with this stuff irl or at all, but as far as im aware of, they condone things like harmful transIDs that can genuinely put someone at risk (transharmed/harmful, transabused/abuser/abusive, aka actual abuse done irl), occasionally pro-contact for a lot of harmful paras, and more generally not okay nonsense.

i believe the main difference here is, of course, fiction. proshippers keep things strictly fictional, while radqueers often do not.

so yes, i can be proship and anti radqueer. and someone could also be radqueer and antiship. few particular stances are exclusively linked to each other (an example of this however would be being radically inclusive and pro mspec lesbians, where the definition of the former encompasses the latter).
