Quantum physics simplified by an idiot
Quantum physics. I'd like to begin by saying that I, an English-obsessed potato, couldn't spell quantum for the life of me.
Ok, now then, onto the physics.
[This is just what I know, not the entirety of quantum physics]
SO in the beningenning, there was a little tiny particle. We'll call him Jeff. Jeff is so smol that super smart people studying him decided to collectively call him a quantum particle. These quantum particles are werid 'cuz they kind of have no mass.
Now something you must understand about Jeff is that he's not like other particles. He can exist as a superposition of all his possible states at once. That probably made little to no sense, since these words are usually only used in this field. Basically, normal particles like our friend Bob here, can exist as a boolean, or a 'true or false' question. Bob can be one state, or 'true', as an example, and he can be the other state, or 'false'.
See, this is where Jeff's superposition makes him so unique. He can exist as any place between his two states all at once. It doesn't even need to be a boolean (neither did Bob, but it's easier to explain that way); it can be the numbers 1 and 5, or and two values. Jeff can then exist as every possible state in between those values at the same time. He can exist as 1, 3.5, pi, 4.2352, and 5, all at the same time, for infinity.
But there's one catch to Jeff's marvellous science: He's really shy, so when someone looks at him, he chooses only one state to exist in (don't we all, Jeff). So if a smart-guy scientist decided they wanted to observe Jeff and measure him, they would be met with Jeff's one state he chooses.
Something else quantum particles do is really interesting.
Here's the scenario: From Jeff's creation, he has had a single partner, a pairing, somewhere in the universe. Let's call them Taylor. Taylor is millions upon millions of miles away from Jeff, yet they remain synced up all of the time. What this means is that if a scientist looks a Jeff, Taylor will assume a correlated-to-Jeff state as well.
If Jeff decides his one state will be 'on', Taylor's will most likely be 'off'.
This syncopated change will happen instantaneously, no matter where in the universe the two are.
There's this famous little thought experiment when it comes to quantum particles that makes them seem like such a science-fiction-y thing that it's hard to believe they're real. That experiment is thus:
Take a box. A simple box. Put a cat in it. (I'm sorry to my fellow cat-lovers). Now small, circular hole in the box, insert a tube, and put a removable cover over the hole. Then, you feed the tube into a tank of poisonous gas, keeping the box poison-free while you do so. Then, finally, you make it so that if a specific quantum particle you're holding hostage in the box is at one state (or 'true', for our purposes), then the fumes are released into the box, killing the cat (Schrödinger was a psychopath apparently). However, if the particle is in the opposite state, the box stays sealed, and the cat lives.
The thing is, so long as no one measures the particle's state, it remains in superposition of both states, and, by proxy, the cat is both dead and alive.

This is a horribly inaccurate and skewed explanation of quantum physics, so don't take my word for it.

Now onto Quantum Phyiscs: The Fun Stuff-
Quantum mechanis for most part covers several ideas and theories and such.
The first (and my favorite) Quantum Entanglement: this classy phenomenon is when two or more particles are connected, and if something happens to one particle, it will happen to the other(s) not matter how far apart they are, even if that span is lightyears away. But the craziest part of this is the effect happens instantly, faster than the speed of light. This theory made one famous physicist (Einstein) uncomfortable and scared, Ha! It scared him because it didn’t match up with his current, and still running, theory about nothing being faster that light, this created an ultimatum. If nothing is faster than light, but quantum entanglement happens instantsniosuly over incredible mind blowing distances, then how does it all work? Well we just don’t know (yet). Physicists today are still unsure of how these particles are able to have the same effects but the current running theory (as far as I’m sure, don’t quote me on this) is that the particles open up the teeniest tiniest portal you could ever imagine and the effect is traveling through said portal. This could be seen as a wormhole possibly as if it is real, it could explain the hopeful existence of them and it could explain how the particles connect so incredibly quickly.
And that was just quantum entanglement alone!
The other ones are quantum tunneling, wave functions, and some others I can’t remember the name of right now, it’s 4 am and I should sleep.

Quantum Kisses: Measuring the World at the Scale of Single Atoms & Molecules |
Even empty gaps have a colour. Now scientists have shown that quantum jumps of electrons can change the colour of gaps between nano-sized balls of gold. The new results, published today in the journal Nature, set a fundamental quantum limit on how tightly light can be trapped.
The team from the Universities of Cambridge, the Basque Country and Paris have combined tour de force experiments with advanced theories to show how light interacts with matter at nanometre sizes. The work shows how they can literally see quantum mechanics in action in air at room temperature.
Because electrons in a metal move easily, shining light onto a tiny crack pushes electric charges onto and off each crack face in turn, at optical frequencies. The oscillating charge across the gap produces a ‘plasmonic’ colour for the ghostly region in-between, but only when the gap is small enough.
Team leader Professor Jeremy Baumberg from the University of Cambridge Cavendish Laboratory suggests we think of this like the tension building between a flirtatious couple staring into each other’s eyes. As their faces get closer the tension mounts, and only a kiss discharges this energy.
In the new experiments, the gap is shrunk below 1nm (1 billionth of a metre) which strongly reddens the gap colour as the charge builds up. However because electrons can jump across the gap by quantum tunnelling, the charge can drain away when the gap is below 0.35nm, seen as a blue-shifting of the colour. MAGUS Part II: Physics of Magic

The psi force appears to be an addition to the fundamental forces of nature, able to manipulate the other four forces (but still ultimately at the mercy of the scalar Higgs field). Because of this, the psi force –and therefore mages– are able to influence gravity, light, electricity, magnetism, nuclear and chemical reactions, and the very concentration of atomic nuclei (though it cannot directly affect mass values, inertia, or kinetics). Despite the apparently limited number of physical aspects that magus directly influences, mages do have control over a vast range of the natural world. By manipulating gravity, electrons, and thermal photons, for example, one can condense and supercool air into a semi-crystalline nitrate solid which can be shaped into a variety of tools or weapons or detonated with a magical spark (nitrate is a volatile oxidizer).
Like the other fundamental forces, the psi force manifests subatomically as a specific class of vector bosons. These psi force carriers, called psions (symbolized with the Greek letter 𝜓 and entirely separate from the charm-meson of the same name), have 17 different forms, each dedicated specifically to carrying information about one type of elementary particle: 5 for gauge bosons and 12 for elementary fermions. There are only 9 psions that are commonly workable; the other 8 are for heavy unstable fermions that decay under normal conditions. The psion is a vector boson because it has defined velocity, and it carries information about other non-scalar particles. The psion uses the vacuum energy of quantum flux to alter the values of gauge bosons in transit and fermions.

Psions, like the bosons of the weak nuclear force, are particles born of vacuum energy which can exist for a limited amount of time until they are forced to vanish again to conserve mass-energy. When a psion intercepts a particle, such as a photon in transit (Figure P1), it actually entangles itself [𝜓 ⟴ 𝛾] with the particle to impart the information it carries, and then annihilates itself to conserve mass-energy. The merge of information causes the affected particle to change its state and/or energy according to the information borne by the psion; in this diagram the photon is redshifted by the interaction. As stated before, the psi force can influence all aspects of other particles except mass values and therefore intrinsic kinetics. Because of its nature, however, there are cosmological problems like the accuracy of redshift/blueshift and gravitational lensing measurements taken by astronomers. The general accuracy of these measurements are accepted as concurrent with the Principle of Inevitable Cosmic Defaulting.

ANYWAY!! let's talk about HOW I (re)changed so easily???? my personality while I didn't even know about loa 😭 actually, no, not the how, cause we all know it!!! okay little storytime
It was about 2 or 3 years ago. I'm too lazy to say what class I was in, but I was extremely cringe. Like, really. If I saw my old me of that year I would definitely slap her 😠 lemme describe her in some words (TW depression???) :

and well that's about it! also, this was my worst school year. This sorta affected my persona and there you go…i AIN'T born like that, I've always had the personality I have right now, it's just that my assumptions had affected it and I had to go back to being like before ok, let's continue. At some point in the year, I discovered what is now my love interest (joking again) MY BREATHING: a manga.

Emma. she changed everything, at the point that's now it's frustrating to compare/separate me to her cause I am her. This mf of manga inspired me, soooo soo soo much, you can't imagine!! I changed all my ideals my life, my mindest, thanks to this masterpiece So, old me after reading the manga and sobbing because of the ending not gonna spoil for those who are reading, decided to BE her to honor her, and also because I preferred to have an optimistic personality rather than a nasty depressive character. Like, at the moment I decided it, I knew it could be me. I knew I could act like her until it became me. So I did.

I didn't even know the LOA and shifting before, I just changed my 4d that easily!! I began to act like her, copying all her facial expressions, her words, acting according to her decisions, her way of speaking until it became part of me again and I was compared to her, especially my two best friends who took me as her reincarnation HELP I even became ENFJ although I already was, I think, my dark sasuke and baka period hid all that I am now extremely optimistic, cheerful, selfless, athletic and academically intelligent again, and this is a fact in my 4d and 3d! <3 rn it has become me, totally.
In my tpn dr, I take her place by being me and keeping the same first name but with her story and her physique yk beacause the level of frustration would be so high if I coexisted with her, two look-alikes? nah, i'd win.

yo, remember that the only difference between the 3d and the 4d is that the 3d makes us feel physically with our senses. hey, that's nothing, why would this make the 3d more real than the 4d? we literally are consciousness. it's beacause of myself i'm feeling senses, that means nothing.

soo i thought of a way to make religion and the law of assumption coexist which was slightly frustrating because religion is my only limit while loass has none. so i decided to set boundaries to separate my desires from my needs! i am muslim but i guess this also applies to christians or other people of other religions who have doubts, anywayyy !!
in islam, we are told to share our desires with god by praying (and ofc not to self-proclaim god). However, in the law of assumption, the fact is that we have our desires instantly in our imagination and that we live in the end by not caring about them anymore. this leads to not wanting to "ask" for this desire anymore, which is contradictory.
Here is my solution : i decided to separate my desires into two categories ; IMPORTANT desires to ask for and futile desires that are only for the purpose of satisfaction.

₊˚ପ⊹ Desires in my 4d :: — what concerns my 4d — futile desires for the purpose of fulfillment — "selfish"/superficial desires (body, clothes) — scenarios — etc.
my imagination does not disturb anything or anyone! I can do what I want there. I already have what I want and I feel good there, that ain't my problem if it materializes in my 3d. they are not even desires anymore, actually 😭
