Created by Sliver of Straw as an experiment during The Great Problem ERA, after [INFORMATION HAS BEEN DELETED BY {ID: 1912-922-518-156-1920181-23}. UNABLE TO RECOVER DELETED CONTENT] Currently used as a controlled weapon by Looks to the Moon and Sliver of Straw, usually used as an executioner and/or prophet. With his ability to ascend anyone, he also possesses the power of looking into the future, which has it's limits.

Minister of Defense, both outside and inside Downpour country, supreme leader of the army. Started the project of artificial slugcat soldiers along with Seven Red Suns to increase the size of country's army. Attached a microphone on antennae' headphones for easier communication with his troops. He has the most responsibilities in the country: defense systems from outside threats, police departments and patrols, surveillance, espionage and counter-espionage, counter-terrorism. The reason he has so many responsibilities is because his sister, Looks to the Moon, trusts him enough with this kind of important jobs(+he chose to be the Minister of Defense himself when country first formed)
