Attached a microphone on antennae' headphones for easier communication with his troops. He has the most responsibilities in the country: defense systems from outside threats, police departments and patrols, surveillance, espionage and counter-espionage, counter-terrorism. The reason he has so many responsibilities is because his sister, Looks to the Moon, trusts him enough with this kind of important jobs(+he chose to be the Minister of Defense himself when country first formed)
