Spanish saying (refrán)
The opinion of a doctor mostly all the time is enough. Sometimes it's necessary the opinion of two doctors to solve a health problem. A third opinion can complicated the solution. In medicine, more, doesn't always means better.
For all the people that doesn't know what a refrán is;
The definition for "refrán" of the Real Academia (de la lengua) Española (RAE), the institution responsible for ensuring the correctness of the Spanish language, and the common dictionary for mostly all spaniards.
Sharp and judgamental saying, of common use.
We use a lot of "refranes" to teach an instructive or moral message, stimulating the individual intelectual or moral response.
They are anonymous. And they apply to different fields or aspects of life.
This "refrán" doesn't apply only for the medical field. It's very true what infomedicos says. But it can apply for the day to day life too.
Indicates that the excess of opinions and points of view can lead us to freeze and not be able to make decisions.
This is a reinterpretation of the "refrán" set in this days.
Discourages going to the doctor.
This one is the old version and is no longer in use.
Either way, this "refrán" is very accurate to relate It to the medical field, like infomedicos has done.
