Choose Your Fighter
I've been in a very Smash Bros. mood lately, and I wanted to determine who truly is my "ideal" main. This led me to a HUGE analysis of character mechanics/behavior, complete with an entire Excel spreadsheet that you can fill out to find your most compatible character. Here's the (non-Zelda) link. Massive props to ritmica for making this. It must have taken a long time.
After completing the spreadsheet and tweaking my answers to really pinpoint how I felt about certain factors (floatiness, weight, etc.), I got my answer: Daisy. She just so happens to be my current main. Peach was right behind her (they have slightly different values in certain areas for some reason; maybe their hitboxes?). I was surprised by my closest runners-up, though. They were Pac-Man and Shulk. I've never considered playing as them, but now, I kind of want to try them out. As for my least compatible character, it was Ganondorf, which...yeah. Heavies aren't really my thing outside of goofing around with Bowser in training.
At any rate, I got bored yesterday and drew the four of them.
Shulk may be sloppy, but I'm very happy with how Daisy turned out! All those little details on the princesses' dresses are beautiful, but so difficult to draw. ^^"

Ok. So I was bored and I randomly started playing Smash Ultimate again. I got finished playing a match using Ridley and then it occurred to me... Ridley and Sephiroth could be a neat crack pairing.
Ok now here me out...
In the context of Smash, the two have a surprising amount of connections:
Both are villains that have been heralds of their respective franchises’ villainous matriarchs; Mother Brain for Ridley and Jenova for Sephiroth
Both are comparatively the most evil villains in the context of the smash world: Ridley is a bloodthirsty sadist who loves the thrill of murder of murder, and Sephiroth is a fallen hero who has murdered hundreds, psychologically scars and wants to destroy the planet like Jenova did.
Both are in a way cosmic space horrors. Ridley is some sort of space dragon/ pterodactyl thing that can breath plasma and regenerate by eating flesh, and Sephiroth is actually a collection of Jenova cells that come together to resemble his original body.
Both have a sadistic side to them and are ax crazy murders, though Sephiroth is much better at hiding it.
Both have psychologically scarred their respective protagonists and have managed to come back multiple times just to spite them: not to mention both have killed their respective protagonists’ mothers.
Also, they both tried to kill Mario
but Ridley actually succeeded.
I don’t know, I think the idea of crackshipping these two would be kinda funny. Like a dark version of Sidlink or something
Another thought, It’s a popular idea in the Smash fandom that Pichu has befriended both Ridley and Sephiroth. So Smash Pichu now has two dads
*The various smashers are convening at Skyworld before going to fight Galeem and Dharkon. Samus finishes talking to Cloud and scowls over at Ridley*
Ridley: Oh hell, it’s my ex.
Pit: Wait, You dated Samus?! Gross.
Ridley: Do I look INSANE to you!?
*Camera zooms past Samus to the far end of the room where Sephiroth is just standing menacingly in the corner. Sephiroth slowly turns towards Ridley’s direction, grins and winks. *
*Ridley hastily shields his face with his wings*
Ridley: Is he still looking?
*Disney execs and CEOs chatting amongst themselves about corporate deals, what franchises they could buy etc.
*A keyhole appears in the middle of the room; King Mickey jumps out of it onto the table.
King Mickey: Ok, who’s in charge here?
*Head CEO raises their hand
King Mickey: Ok, great! Ahem...Sora is going to get to go to Super Smash Bros.
CEO: Excuse you.
King Mickey: Sora, is going to get to go to Super Smash Bros.
CEO: *Chuckles* I’m sorry, but I don’t think you understand. The character Sora maybe a video game character, but he is still a Disney character, ergo under our jurisdiction. So you’ll have to forgive us if we skeptical about having one of OUR characters running around in some other-
*Mickey instantly closes the distance and brandishes his Keyblade in their face*
Mickey: Sora. Is going. To get to go. To Super Smash Bros.
CEO: Sora is going to get to go to go to Super Smash Bros.
Mickey: And he’s going to get to meet Mario, Yoshi, Link, Pikachu, Sonic the Hedgehog, and other videogame characters from the multiverse.
CEO: And he’s going to get to meet Mario, Yoshi, Link, Pikachu, Sonic the Hedgehog, and other videogame characters from the multiverse.
*Mickey retracts his keyblade and smiles*
Mickey: Good. Glad we understand each other!
*Mickey makes another keyhole portal and leaves, and refuses to elaborate*

Since Undertale came out on the Switch I’d hoped sans would be in Smash Ultimate. When the game was released I was shocked that he actually was and how good his model is considering it was taken from a 2-D rpg into a 3-D fighting game
