First Kyman (ish) post of the year haha but uhh
I think Kyman would just do so much for the show especially at a time where everyone is pretty sick of Tegridy and just wants the kids back (especially the main four). Interactions between the kids has always been one of, if not THE biggest highlights of the show, and even average viewers seem to be highly invested in Eric and Kyleâs ârivalryâ (if you can call it that at this point lmao). I donât mean canonization for Kyman at all, because thatâs risky and I donât even know how that would play out lol, but just any sort of content involving those two always gets great feedback from fans, shippers or not.
Trey and Matt could also bring back so many old or abandoned concepts back like Mysterion, which got amazing feedback and lots of theories, and the friendship between Butters and Kenny which turned out to be relatively episodic and never mentioned again sadly. Fans love Creek so why not another episode about them like âPut it Downâ? Or maybe some nice character development for Cartman alone since Lianeâs started to improve as a parent? Give him a dad!
Theyâve also said in past commentary (I think it was at the end of season 20??) that they miss having stupid plots that donât have much to do with politics. Then do that! Nobody is stopping you, those are everyoneâs favorite episodes!

Exactly! Cartman was rightfully hurt and did like the most mature thing he could in that situation and Kyle had to go ahead and play the victim (probably his most annoying trait tbh) because he was jealous. But I actually think Cartman did get his revenge on Kyle by purposefully rubbing his relationship with Heidi in his face because he somehow knew by then that Kyleâs gay for him đ And the reason he got bored of Heidi was possibly because his conflict with Kyle was just getting way too escalated and they kinda both just missed each other. But the fact that the girls convinced Kyle he likes Heidi rather than Cartman (IDIOT) really just makes the reason that much more confusing and just forces Kyman to take a huge left turn. Idk itâs really complicated and I could be wrong but thatâs just my thought process đ¤ˇââď¸

it fucking pissed me off how kyle acts all butthurt when cartman ended up with heidi and tried sabotoging their relationship and acting like a total victim like doesnât he realize HE was fucking responsible for cartman ending up with heidi??? like LOL kyle was the one who got all the other boys all riled up to break cartmanâs stuff & cartman was reasonably hurt and betrayed by kyle for that. in the beginning of s20 cartman tried being friends with kyle and he asked kyle to help him take down the troll bc cartman knew this was something kyle would be good at & care abt too but then kyle had to be a fucking snake and assume cartman was the troll and break his stuff. honestly cartman had every RIGHT to be pissed off like he shouldâve never talked to kyle again after that LOL kyle is fucking lucky that cartman ended up forgiving him for that and trying to be his friend again. cartman ended up going for heidi bc of how sad & lonely he was bc all his âfriendsâ stabbed him in the back and she was the only one who showed him any care and also heidi apologized to cartman for blaming him for being the troll before kyle did even tho kyle shouldâve been the one running to cartman and apologizing right away not heidi bc he broke his fucking stuff. and then heidi was the one who ended up helping cartman take down the troll which he originally wanted to do with kyle so then ofc kyle is butthurt that cartman is suddenly acting all good and doing this philanthropic shit with someone else LOL. but get over urself kyle that boat sailed for u in the beginning. and kyle was sooo upset to see cartman & heidi together right when he decides to swallow his pride and finally apologize to cartman but it was fucking entitled as hell of kyle to expect that he could just go up to cartman like days or weeks after he broke his shit to give a half assed apology and cartman would just forgive him and everything would go back to normal in their toxic ass love hate relationship (even though part of me thinks during that scene kyle was apologizing and being vulnerable bc he realized his feelings for cartman finally and was expecting more to come out of it). & heâs all surprised cartman moved on before he did and spent all that time hanging out with someone else like does he just assume cartman has 0 life and is totally incapable of getting a girlfriend? like that pisses me off it shows how toxic kyle is to cartman and how itâs like he thrives off of trying to see cartman fail. and cartman also handled things surprisingly maturely after they broke his stuff he didnât get revenge or anything he just realized they arenât his friends and distanced himself from the guys which is honestly what i would do too LOL. and itâs like kyle could not be happy for cartman either like if he was really sorry he wouldâve been more supportive of his relationship with heidi considering he hadnât done shit to her yet until s21 (ugh i fucking hate s21 bc it ruined all the character development they had set up for cartman in s20 by just making him act like a shitbag to heidi out of nowhere). bc thatâs what real friends do they act supportive of ur success and are happy for you when your life improves. but nooo kyle just doesnât know how to accept the outcome of his own fucking behavior and doesnât understand that his actions have consequences and he doesnât get to act however he wants and expect everything will just work out for him.
The premier of South Park season 26 episode one is six days away today, which means that itâs very possible Trey and Matt are coming up with ideas RIGHT THIS SECOND!!! I canât wait!

I do sincerely believe that Mysterion will be returning because the poster technically isnât encapsulating a moment from the series! Kenny is wearing his parka like normal and Cartman is riding on Cthulhuâs back and killing everyone!!! Itâs funny because Iâve only been watching South Park since September of last year but it feels like Iâve been waiting twelve years for this plot line to come back like all the veterans haha!
